Very nice modern hotel close to the airport with an airport shuttle. Comfortably slept 4 of us in one room. Excellent in house restaurant. Small gym but equipped with essentials for cardio or weight training. Laundry service offered but no laundromat on premise.

Close to airport with free shuttle which is why we booked it. Landed in terminal 1, called hotel and was told that shuttle comes by every 30 minutes. An hour later, no shuttle and no knowledge where it was when I called a second time. Took a taxi (min 33€ for airport) and when we complained to manager, basically offered nothing. Little care and told us that we should have waited longer. Otherwise, room was fine and check in staff polite. If you stay, they have a shuttle but unsure how long you’ll wait for it….

The hotel’s shuttle service to the airport is a well organized and very convenient. The vehicles are very nice and well maintained. You let them know when you need to leave and schedule you for that time. They efficiently load everyone and leave in a timely manner. This is so appreciated when you need to get to the airport. We didn’t get to take advantage of any other amenities. We did walk 10 minutes to a nearby mall to get dinner. The proximity to the airport and the shuttle are the main reasons why we stayed. If you are looking to see the sites in Madrid, this wouldn’t be a convenient location to stay as it is not convenient to the metro.

We sure appreciated the airport shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the spa facilities (extra cost but very much worth it). And its always a good sign when you see flight crews checking in.

Main problen was the nearly identicle property next door. Easy to go to room property. We reserved a 4:30 am shuttle ride to the airport for 4 the night before. When 4:30 am came up. The shuttle drive said "only got room for 2" hopped in the shuttle and drove off, before my wife could say anything.

Hotel maravilhoso, já ficamos hospedados duas vezes e tenho certeza que ficaremos tantas outras vezes. Para quem tem família como foi nosso caso, o quarto é nota 10! Grande, confortável, piscina top para as crianças brincarem, tem restaurante, van para ir para o aeroporto 24/7 Nota 10! Sem contar que o staff é nota 1000

The reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, hottub, and restaurant; none of those were available.

I noticed the bathroom railing have hand marks and the walls were not wiped, there’s dirt. The breakfast is good. The room was okay.

No cuentan con habitaciones familiares y el staff es poco atento. Las habitaciones olían mucho a cigarro, de una si pedí el cambio porque el olor era extremo. Te mandan correo de bienvenida pero dan más información como en otros hoteles, tipo es día festivo y no hay taxis.

We booked a family room for 3 for 2 niggts. The room with bunk beds was spacious and clean when we checked in but had very little shower gel left in the bathroom and was missing a glass for the third guest. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport was quick and left on time. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items and food was good. Unfortunately they did not provide housekeeping after the first night (houseeeping missed our room) and so we were not happy with the state of our room when we returned at night. We had to call front desk just to get enough shower gel to wash ourselves. That was a disappointment.

Clean

The stuff was great; however, the conditions of certain things like the clock of the spa, which has been broken for over one year! My glass night table was also broken, as was the shower, and glass was not well cleaned out of the floors, resulting in me getting a thin glass shard inside my feet that I was able to later extract with tweezers…

Hotel was exceedingly clean, rooms were spacious and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful after a long day of travel.

The room was nice but the bed had bed bugs and we got bitten up pretty bad.

It was a bit further from the airport than I expected but the shuttle worked well and staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the noise. I could hear people above me and in the hallway most of the night.

Nel complesso non buona per nulla intanto la camera era un forno poi aveva un vetro rotto , una spina elettrica non funzionante in bagno ( l’ unica tra l’ altro ) vicino ai comodini solo da un lato c’ era la presa elettrica dall’ altro no . Poi la mattina per fare la doccia una tragedia non c’ era acqua calda ! La porta della stanza per aprirla era come un terno al lotto … per il resto il personale è il ristorante/ colazione cena andava tutto bene

Great room and appreciated the upgrade, however huge queues at breakfast meaning no time for a hot drink, very weird access on doors meaning couldn't always get into the room, very slow service in the restaurant. A shame as it could be a nice hotel

Excellent Room

The rooms were great! Ours was huge with bunk beds and queen. Very comfortable. Takes about 20 min to get from airport.

No a/c in the rooms. The hotel turns it off in rooms in the winter regardless of the temperature. They did bring us a fan but it was still hot. Definitely a no frills hotel. Comfortable bed and close to airport

The hotel and room were very nice, we hated the bathroom!! The lighting was terrible, and the attempt at avant-garde glass bathroom door is horrible. We couldn’t turn on the light in the night to use the bathroom because we didn’t want to wake the other up. We had to stumble around in the bathroom in the dark, stubbed my toe! Bathrooms need real doors, privacy please

Nothing but good things to say - spacious modern room, including a white loveseat and chair. Very friendly, helpful staff. Airport shuttle. And a 10 minute walk from a gigantic modern mall with countless eating and shopping options.

Rooms were fairly large. Kids really loved the bunk bed setup.

My stay was not that good. I only had a short overnight stay at this hotel. I selected this hotel because it had a nice restaurant and bar area. The shuttle to the hotel was good, but it was a tiny mini van and it didn’t have a lot of room. So I felt uncomfortable but the young man was very nice. Upon check in we discovered the pool was closed, and it was still pretty early in the evening. So that was a little disappointing. But other than that check in was fine. We go up to our room, which was very nice, but the next morning I realized the shower wasn’t working properly, and the drain on the floor was broken. Another disappointment. We freshened up and went downstairs to the restaurant, and the young lady in front of the restaurant told us we would not be able to eat there because there was a flight cancellation and they were expecting a lot of people. We explained to her that we selected this hotel because it had a nice restaurant downstairs. And the young lady said she was sorry, but unfortunately she could not accommodate us. My friend and I were very disappointed once again. The young lady didn’t offer us a drink or anything. We checked our phones for restaurants nearby, and most of them were closing soon. We went to the front desk and explained the situation to another young lady and she recommended a mall nearby that stays open late. Overall, I just have to say my stay was disappointing. The hotel was not what I expected in terms of customer service.

Staff was amazing

The Axor Barajas was very accommodating when our flight was canceled unexpectedly and last minute from @unitedairlines. We were unsure of our length of stay and the Axor Barajas was very sweet and met our needs and worked with us to get the best price. As of now, I only received a $50 voucher from united airlines. Totally unacceptable.

Adternoon shift Front desk middle age woman was not friendly. We were not welcomed well during check in. She had an unenthusiastic expression and rude. Stingy on water and refused to give us an additional bottle although there were 4 of us. She asked us to walk to the supermarket to get water knowing that the supermarket was closed that day. We were provided only 2 towels even though we registered as 4 guests. The room had a broken closet door and faulty phone. The maintenance man was nice though and fortunately fixed the issue. Hotel does not supply facial tissue which is unusual for hotel that pricey. Breakfast was good and staff there were friendly. Air conditioning and fridge were not cold enough.

Terrible staff

Overall the hotel was great. Disappointed with the checkin procedure. I had paid for 3 rooms, 2 of which were under same last names, other a hyphenated name. Handed out passports over. Received 2 room keys and was told only 2 rooms booked. Apparently the gentleman took it upon himself to disregard the hyphenated name and switch to my husbands name. After back and forth discussions, with me presenting the paid receipt did he realize his error. Finally, 3 sets of keys. Off we went to our respective rooms, except our key would not open the door. Had to go back 3 times for the gentleman to believe me. He followed me up with a key generator (?)box. Viola..the door opened.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I had a flight delay and had to stay overnight. They helped me with several questions.

Wonderful hotel near Barajas Airport. I truly recommend this place if you are staying in Madrid. The rooms are nice and clean, spacious and well design. A great value.

Hotel limpo, confortável, tem um shopping a +- 10 minutos a pé, também próximo ao aeroporto e com transfer gratuito. E a uma média de 10/15 Euros vc tem transporte por App aos principais pontos turísticos de Madri.

Excellent quiet place in a tranquile area at 10 minutes walk from a large mall center (Plenilunio).

Good location close to the airport and shopping center. Friendly staff. 24 hour shuttle to the airport is a big plus.

For a quick overnight is fine in case of a layover in Madrid. A bit away from Madrid Centro if you have the time to explore, about 25 euros for an Uber. The shuttle service is great but it could be a bit hectic, I arrived on a late flight and manage to get on the first shuttle but as they run through all terminals my ride got pretty full out of T4 but the driver alerted the hotel and another shuttle was on the way. The a/c in the room was not great as it is controlled and it was a bit warm for our like while sleeping.

Hotel was in a commercial area close to the airport with a free airport shuttle. Restaurant was good. If you are looking for more than a clean and comfortable hotel close to the Madrid airport then you may want to look elsewhere.

It was the perfect place to stay on our last day in Madrid. Great bar, and great prices for a Hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

The breakfast could be have a bit more choices. Need to keep in mind the international travelers!

Food and restaurant service was very poor for 4* hotel.

Room service food was terrible. We ordered 3 entries and only 2 arrived. The pasta noodles were cold, stiff, and the sauce was so pasty & thick it looked red crunchy paste that was squeezed out of a tube. The chicken wings were warm, but raw in the middle. The manager came to our room apologized and comped half our meal and told all cooked foods at the hotel are microwaved. Apparently, the hotel has no other way to cook food.

This was nice for an easy access to airport hotel. Airport shuttle was prompt. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool for entertainment before our flight. There are no good restaurants near the hotel and the hotel restaurant was very limited so not good for picky kids. The room service was quick but the food was awful and they didn’t have any of items from their menu. So overall it was a fine stay but definitely be prepared for limited dining options.

Le pommeau douche pluie ne fonctionnait pas, pas beaucoup de légumes au choix pour le petit déjeuner et UNE SEULE machine à café pour tout l’hôtel. Tous les matins il a fallu attendre au moins 5 minutes pour avoir son café / thé. La navette qui amenait au salon est parti trop tard, tous les jours arrivés avec 15 minutes du retard.

Hotel is very nice, has nice amenities and their breakfast was outstanding. Great service too!
