After another 20 minutes, they still had nothing available. Every other hotel we checked in the greater Rochester area was sold out. My daughter and I ended up sleeping in our rental car. This wasn’t simply an inconvenient check-in. We had a reservation and were left without a place to sleep after midnight. The lack of preparation, communication, and professionalism was unacceptable.

Pros: It is cheap and reasonably near the airport. It is pet friendly, and I enjoyed meeting the dogs. Cons: I was charged more than the quote, but couldn't understand the explanation why. The room was dirty, the carpet was gross and the towels were stained. There were no cups or any kind of kitchenware at all, despite having a "kitchen". There were parties going on in the parking lot until midnight.

Place is gross, staff is obviously long term residents who are pretty openly being abused by ownership. Trash rooms perpetually full. Hallways stink. Really it’s a pretty disgusting place. But it’s pet friendly at least so my dogs happy and the kitchen in the room is functional once you scrub it down.
