Has electric car charging facilities. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we will come back again. Breakfast is generously served and delicious. Deer in the garden too. Lovely garden views at rear.

If found the room should have had USB outlet in a double socket, the overall setting and ground are good, and the staff helpful, Sunday carvery I found poor value, we turned up at 12:30 one person trying to manage carving and left ux standing for minutes, to get meat. Only to find the veg’s trays empty. I could see other staff in the kitchen talking Would I stay again Yes but I hope the carvery needs looking at

The hotel was very old and tired, the food in the restaurant was awful no taste. The staff were very helpful. The golf course was very good and the pro-shop also very good.

We stayed in the new golf pavillion building. Its in a great location right next to the golf course with views looking out towards the sea. The accomodation is immaculate, the staff are friendly and the food is excellent.

Beautiful property. Lovely bathroom. Service in dining room very slow and chaotic. The food at dinner was excellent. Breakfast was average. There were two ladies on reception who were were unhelpful. One lady was very nice.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in the pavilion the room was massive. Had all the things you need. So happy being there. Lovely setting. You can use the caravan park nears swimming pool and entertainment if you wish. Has a well being centre onsite. 10/10.

Very nice hotel and it mixed with old and modern style. Lovely breakfast. Liked the spa but the temperature was too hot so couldn't stay longer. The temperature of the jacuzzi should set a lower temperature.

The hotel/Manor & surrounding grounds were delightful, from the delightful duck pond to the challenging links golf course, reasonably priced for guests staying. The Wellness gym, spa & treatments seemed idealistic

A beautiful setting and building. The service from all staff was really good. Friendly,polite and efficient. Our room was spotless. The only negative was, with just a single Velux window and no air conditioning, the room very hot as it was high summer. A good tower fan did help though so not something to get upset about. Sadly the room did not reflext the inages on tge website and was not as clean as expected. The condition of the room is below what was expected with walls chipping, furniture visibly damaged and the bathroom was in much needed of a revamp. I don’t usually leave a reciew but felt so dissapointed that I needed to mention this. The restaurant, gardens and overall care of the property was fantastic and did not match the condition the room was in.

The de luxe accommodation was exactly that - delightful. The room was spacious, there was plenty of cupboard space and a nice sitting area. The bathroom was pristine. We had a lovely restful one night stay and I would recommend to anyone.

Disappointing. Stayed in newer cottages. Very basic furniture of cheap and nasty variety. Wardrobe door hanging loose, one and only one bedside light. Weak shower. Dirty carpet. At this price point in Norfolk, expect much better.

It is a nice property and the food was very good however there were a number of disappointing things. A few of the staff were a bit grumpy, service at dinner and breakfast was very slow, we had a dirty glass on the table, shower soaked the bathroom floor.

Need to have choice of duvet as the provided was far too warm for me in June. Had to take cover off and use this rather than the duvet. Leaving windows open downstairs during night was necessary as too warm but always worry about security. Keys for front door and room door could be more easily identifiable as constantly trying wrong one as look the same. Pavillion last food orders didn't align with advertised times

WE were in room 12 on a very hot day. We opened the patio doors onto the beautiful garden to be greeted by the noise from the kitchen . The level of conversation was appalling with some very choice language and the conversation that would make you blush. We went out and came back still the same language. The next morning we woke to the sound of the kitchen and one chef saying "i hate F***ing breakfast why don't the C88ts cook it them selves Having paid over £200.00 it was simply not acceptable

We stayed in room 2 which is a lovely comfortable suite. All the staff were friendly and worked really hard, especially as it was a busy New Years Eve. Breakfast was superb … great quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. We couldn’t fault it at all. A wonderful stay thank you all.

First time staying at the manor. Although we only stay one night for our anniversary. I felt really comfortable. Food was great , the people working there were really friendly.throughly recommended staying there. And will definitely be visiting there again.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the pavilion. Good food, cooked breakfast in particular was really tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again.

We stayed in the new golf pavillion building. Its in a great location right next to the golf course with views looking out towards the sea. The accomodation is immaculate, the staff are friendly and the food is excellent.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in the pavilion the room was massive. Had all the things you need. So happy being there. Lovely setting. You can use the caravan park nears swimming pool and entertainment if you wish. Has a well being centre onsite. 10/10.

The hotel/Manor & surrounding grounds were delightful, from the delightful duck pond to the challenging links golf course, reasonably priced for guests staying. The Wellness gym, spa & treatments seemed idealistic

A real Gem. Hotel, room and staff were excellent. But a special mention for the food in the Mulberry restaurant, our evening meal and freshly cooked breakfast were first class.

If found the room should have had USB outlet in a double socket, the overall setting and ground are good, and the staff helpful, Sunday carvery I found poor value, we turned up at 12:30 one person trying to manage carving and left ux standing for minutes, to get meat. Only to find the veg’s trays empty. I could see other staff in the kitchen talking Would I stay again Yes but I hope the carvery needs looking at

We stayed in room 2 which is a lovely comfortable suite. All the staff were friendly and worked really hard, especially as it was a busy New Years Eve. Breakfast was superb … great quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. We couldn’t fault it at all. A wonderful stay thank you all.

Beautiful property. Lovely bathroom. Service in dining room very slow and chaotic. The food at dinner was excellent. Breakfast was average. There were two ladies on reception who were were unhelpful. One lady was very nice.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the pavilion. Good food, cooked breakfast in particular was really tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again.

It is a nice property and the food was very good however there were a number of disappointing things. A few of the staff were a bit grumpy, service at dinner and breakfast was very slow, we had a dirty glass on the table, shower soaked the bathroom floor.

Room had not been fully cleaned when we checked. Bathroom door would not lock and there was damage to the wall behind the door which had not been repaired. Shower screen over the bath was not adequate to prevent water from soaking the floor. Overall the decor was tired and in need of refreshing. Food in the restaurant was average. The room rate of just over £300 for the night was excessive for the standard offered at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the Full English Breakfast was lovely. Our room was clean with full size bath towels, hand towels, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water (still & sprinkling). Mattress was a little hard but comfortable. The only down side was the room was really hot (35 outside) and it only had a tower fan so the first night was a bit uncomfortable temperature wise apart from that i will 100% recommend this hotel to stay. I can’t wait to stay there again
