En el baño habían pelos. El balcón da hacia una chatarrería que hace ruido toda la tarde, el ascensor, no se si era porque estaban de obras pero esta cubierto de carton. El parking te cobran 20€ mas por día.

War wunderbar. Ideal gelegen, doch Gegend war etwas heruntergekommen. Zimmer war sauber und ruhig (gegen Innenhof). Badewanne alt und etwas gefährlich...irgendwie eine Art Sitzdusche. Duschkopf sehr alt...mit einem neuen könnte viel Wasser gespart werden. Frühstück ausserhaus, aber sehr lecker. Gym und Studierräume auf jeder Etage waren phantastisch!

The studio room was very usable and it was great to have a microwave/oven device to reheat food. The laundry facilities in the basement was convenient as well

Hemos ido mis hijos adolescentes, mi madre y yo y hemos estado genial. Era un pequeño apartamento con cocina, microondas y nevera, con camas confortables y dos sofás de dos plazas delante de la tele. Anosotros nos ha tocado patio y a los niños les ha encantado. A demás hay un pequeño gimnasio y te dejan juegos de mesa si los pides. También hay billar y futbolín. El personal es muy amable. Nos dejaron hasta un paraguas porque llovia y no llevábamos. En fin, una experiencia genial!!!! Ah y si vas con coche puedes alquilar plaza de párking.

Me encantó el alojamiento, limpieza comodidad Muy céntrico la única complicación que tuvimos es el aparcamiento pero tuvimos que aparcarlo en el aparcamiento de la residencia. Nos costó 20 € cada día lo demás genial le doy un 10/10

Het betreft een klassieke studentenkamer waarin een extra bed is geplaatst op de plaats van het, inklapbare, bureau. Het gebouw is schoon en netjes van binnen, maar de omgeving is rommelig. Het Renfe-treinstation is op loopafstand. Het ontbijt is in een gezellig ontbijtrestaurant zo’n 500 meter van het hotel vandaan. Omdat de kamer ook beschikt over kookplaten en een magnetron met borden etc.is hij ook geschikt voor wat langer verblijf. Er is wel wifi, geen tv.

Como en todo Bilbao, muy poco aparcamiento. La residencia estupenda, pero el precio de la opción de aparcamiento, cara.

This property is a student residence. I stayed in a double room with 2 twin beds. It was small but we didn’t need much room since we were only there for the weekend. The bathroom and beds were clean. There was only a top sheet on the bed, no blankets which I didn’t love but the room wasn’t cold so it was okay. There is also a tiny kitchen with plates and a few cooking utensils and a microwave if you want to reheat something and a fridge for storage. There are also a lot of areas to hang out outside of the room and some table games like ping pong and pool. To get from the center of town to the hotel isn’t bad since Bilbao isn’t huge. There’s about 3 minutes of walking where the location doesn’t feel the safest. If you go the opposite direction though it starts to feel more unsafe. Getting into the hotel isn’t a problem, but if you go the other direction it’s a little sketchy. Overall a good experience. The staff were really kind and helpful and they gave us coupons for free breakfast at a small cafe down the street where we could get a coffee and a sandwich or piece of tortilla that was delicious. If you’re only going to Bilbao for the weekend and need a cheap place to stay this is a good option, but probably not the best for more than 3 nights.

Hotel was very clean and staff were excellent but basic accommodation however had everything you needed in good condition.

If you need aparthotel with kitchen, there is not much choice in Bilbao. So, this will be a choice. Room rate is reasonable. Location is close to Bilbao old town. Unfortunately, it is located in an unsafe area, lots of illegal immigrant liked people gather around. Not recommend to single female traveler. We also heard the negative comment from nearby restaurant boss. Front desk staff is helpful, can answer all your queries. However, when messaging the hotel prior to check-in in person, no prompt answer which frustrated us a bit. Room is old, bedding and facilities obviously for students dormitory standard. Shower head is broken, room with little unpleasant smell. Downstair is noisy. Not enjoying our stay very much.

The balcony area was poor. It was dirty and on the ground floor so no views besides the back of the surrounding buildings. The area around the property felt unsafe. The street was cordoned off by police one day due to unrest. The room did not feel particularly clean when we first arrived. Clearly had been cleaned in a hurry. Apart from that the property was walkable from all major attractions.

This property is not suitable for any tourist. 1. Over 35C for the 3 nights we were there, we didn’t get any sleep. No A/Conditioning they did supply us a small fan. Our room was at 522, the higher floor and the room is very small with 2 windows. We did open both windows for ventilation but honestly was not enough. The noise coming from the traffic and the people around the neighbourhood was very noisy. 2. Our bed was not clean with some dirts and hairs on the bed sheets. Poor hygiene and cleaning. We did offer to change the bedsheets ourselves. 3. Location, the property is situated quite away from the city over 3 km away and not the best part of the neighbourhood. Every night we had to walk passed the square with lots of ethnic groups from Northern Africa looking at us. Numbers of police cars always around the area. The last night, we saw 2 police stopped in front of the square and 4 police officers rushed to arrest a person to the ground. Overall, this place is not safe for tourists nor for the students. 4. The breakfast is not in the same premises, about 1 km away at the local restaurant. orange juice, 1 cup of coffee and 1 piece whatever available on display on shelves. 5. Don’t be deceived by the pictures on the advertisement, the room is very small. Not much to offer even they advertise for a kitchen. No kettle. Only 1 small saucepan to boil water for hot drink. 6. Cleaners weren’t there to clear your rubbish ever and change your wet towels. I personally recommend it.

Aunque el personal que atendía en recepción era muy amable, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. La habitación era un horno literal (viajé la primera semana de mayo), no imagino cómo será en julio. No había aire acondicionado, sólo ventiladores que hay que solicitar en recepción y recogerlos uno mismo. Las camas parecían de piedra, muy incómodas, y todo es muy viejo y requiere una renovación urgente. Para toda comunicación con el hotel hay que bajar. El secador de pelo había que solicitarlo, bajar por él, usarlo y regresarlo "por si alguien más necesitaba". En plena ducha de mi hija pequeña me tocaron a la puerta porque había un charco de agua fuera de la habitación, sin embargo era de una fuga o algo mal sellado porque en el interior del baño no había ni una sola gota fuera! El servicio es literal como residencia estudiantil, siempre que se necesita algo hay mucha gente esperando. Y la zona en donde está ubicado es muy fea, y me atrevo a decir que algo peligrosa. Está frente a una chatarrería y todas las calles aledañas dan la sensación de que hay mucho trapicheo. El casco antiguo está enseguida, lo que no sabes es que para la vuelta te toca todo de muy de subida (unas seis calles desde el río) y es algo que no te encanta luego del agotamiento de todo el día. Me pareció caro por lo que es, se aprovechan de que es Bilbao pero las habitaciones no deberían costar ni la mitad.

Habitacion muy pequeña con dos camas individuales pequeñitas normal ya que es una habitacio de estudiantes universitarios. No recomendable por lo que se ofrece y el precio que se paga ( muy caro para lo que se ofrece ). Zona fuera de la residencia muy sucia y la barriada muy decadente

Muy buen sitio para alojarse, cerca de todo. He estado en un estudio y disponía de todas las comodidades. El personal está siempre disponible para ayudarte, las 24h, y son muy amables. El entorno no parece ser el mejor cuando llega la tarde-noche, pero yo no he tenido problema alguno. Sin duda lo recomiendo, y cuando vuelva a Bilbao repetiré.

Nobody at front desk for several minutes when we arrived late at night. Said we still owed for the room even though we had a receipt saying the room was paid in full.

El personal de recepción (un señor que atendía en horario nocturno el día que fui) fue extremadamente amable y atento. ¡Muchas gracias! El barrio no es céntrico y si vas sola por la noche no transmite seguridad. Por el día no hay problema.

If you need the Internet, DON"T STAY HERE. Instead of giving its guest an internet password, I had to register directly with the provider Ask4; and when it didn't work, the hotel was hands off and I had to contact the provider directly. It never worked during my three days of stay, and the hotel was completely unhelpful and unapologetic.

The room was OK. The TV was side ways as the wall arm holding it was falling off the wall. I had to place a cushion under the TV to have it a bit straight. Breakfast was included, but in a cafeteria about 10 minutes walk away from the actual hotel. Breakfast wasn't good, it wasn't worth the walk. The area was a bit dodgy. Not recommended for women alone to walk around in the evenings. For how the room was, the area and the weirdness of the breakfast situation, it was definitely pricey. One to avoid.

Central location, but neighbourhood with lots of men hanging around in groups in the streets. You see more police than women.

Calidad - precio bien. Barrio multicultural, poco seguro. Buena cantidad de policia a diario por la zona. A 10 min andando del centro. Desayuno incluido nice, con zumito de naranja, importante.

Residenza universitaria. Situato in buona posizione (il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi), ed è molto vicino alla piazza dove partono diversi bus per la provincia, in caso di gite fuori porta. Attualmente la colazione è servita in un bar nella stessa piazza dove partono i bus. Personale molto cortese e camera essenziale (dispone anche della cucina). Ottima scelta

We had a great stay. Accommodation spot on and the breakfast was great. Didnt seem to be a good area to stay but was ok. Friendly reminders from local shop keepers to keep safe from pick pockets. Great for access to everywhere. We walked but plenty of buses. Would use again.
