Extended Stay America Suites - Ramsey - Upper Saddle River

The odor throughout the hallways. People complaining at the front desk about clogged toilets. The room smelled nauseating. Absolutely awful. Felt bad for front desk person fielding all the complaints.

This hotel was not clean and felt unsafe to stay in. I do not recommend it.

Dirty. Smells like crap in hall ways. Staff is the worst.. manager is even worse than employees. House keeping staff don’t even clean the room well. Sticky floors. Hair on bed. Hair in clean washed towels.. never mind the homeless people staying there. Cars damaged in parking lot few times to mine. Manager does nothing about it. Personal property left in room stolen by employees. Manager did nothing about it. Just lies from his mouth. Wouldn’t stay here ever. And I’d recommend spending few more extra bucks if you value your health cause this hotel is dirty.

Horrible. I got to the front desk after making a reservation. I was checking in. They took my ID then after 5 mins of scrolling through their iPad they announced to me that they are cancelling my reservation cause they have no availability. Then they said that everyone that has been booked already is being moved to a different floor. So how come I don’t get a room! I made a reservation and I wait 10-15 mins to get that response ! They must have known before taking my ID that they have no rooms.
