Deal with the lady who was very pleasant, not the guy who was quite abrupt and almost militant. Initially when we entered our room it appeared clean, however there were cobwebs around light fittings. The bathroom sink was blocked caused by someone who must have shaved their head. When the sink filled with water lots of hair started coming back up the plughole into the sink. This was very unpleasant. The shower was awful. The flow was really poor and trying to get the temperature right was extremely difficult to master. It was either scalding hot 1 minute and freezing the next. The restaurant closed at 8pm, the actual pub closed at 9.30pm. We weren't aware of the pub closing time when we booked. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Room only for 1 night cost £116.
