First room they gave us smelled horrible and the bed sheets had food crumbs and black stuff of some sort on mattress. They promptly moved to another room which was better but still had slight odor. The door had giant gap all around door that u could almost see thru meaning anyone outside could almost see into room if tried hard enough. Room poorly set up and couple outlets didn't even work or so loose the plugs fell out repeatedly. Only 2 things good was the staff seemed real nice and the shower while small was adequate. Left day early and staff said she would try to refund 2nd day but instead got a email saying charged 18$ in fees instead. Would not stay again

Loud - people coming and going all night. Lots of coughing - I could hear and smell guests smoking weed. BLACK MOLD all around the heating unit and vents. The area around the hotel was just fine. The hotel itself was not clean, the room was damaged in multiple places, all of the furniture is damaged. The fridge did not get cold. At least our room didn't have bed bugs because I checked! But the sheets were dirty and stained, one of the comforters was stained with paint even. Never would stay here again or recommend it!

Only thing that went well was getting our room replaced at 6am instead of having to sleep in my truck. After discovering various bugs under the sheets and pillows of both beds, I proceeded to speak with the property manager who then tried to belittle the situation by saying " oh its just a beetle and a fly " not aware of the videos and pictures i have of another smaller less recognizable bug. Im not a bug expert and IDC to be one. There SHOULDNT be any bugs in the beds and definitely not UNDER the sheets. The shower floors are disgusting the dirty and soap scum build up is so insane i had to place a towel on the shower floor because you could see the dirty. I rubbed a clean streak with just toilet paper.....ewwww. And lastly customer service is trash after talking to the manager not only did she belittle the situation as said but she told me she would get back to me within 15 minutes of my complaint, and never did. This happened on 07/04/2025 , its 07/09/2025 and she still has yet to get back with me. So evidently she never wanted to help accommodate and expected me to just lay in a bed full of bugs, because "oh we dont have bed bugs" .... yall tell me the photos are there

The price is good for what you get, and trust me. The service ain't bad it's actually very good they have employees who are working at the highest standard of service. The problem is that maybe because of the low price you get all of this unpleasant customers which make the facilities unsafe for other people who are just trying to rest, enjoy their vacations or whatever on top of that there's a stigma around people who stays at this hotel (Uber and Lyft drivers are always surprised when they have to pick you up or drive you there, because they consider this is not a good place for a foreign tourist or for families) And that's a shame because as previously stated this is a good hotel with clean rooms and excellent service, it could be better with a little bit more security for the employees and for the people around. There's hot water, the sheets are clean and everything smells generally ok.

Room was not up to par. Outlet was hanging out of the wall with exposed wiring. Bathroom smelled of urine. Only had 2 towels, and the shower curtain doesn’t reach in bottom of the shower so water was getting out everywhere. Door handles lock mechanism was shotty, was nervous the door wouldn’t open. Stains on bed, and on furniture. Heavy levels of dust on head boards. Uneven paint. Outdoor pool was great, house keeping was great with providing more towels. Part of why I booked here was a provided breakfast, upon arrival learned that they no longer provide breakfast. Great location decent price.

The room was surprisingly clean given the shower floor was rather disgusting. The furniture etc was worn but functional. Everything worked. The neighborhood did not look very safe and having to check in thru a 8 inch by 2 ft bullet proof glass window was not reassuring. The ‘we rent by the week’ sign, prominently placed, didn’t help. The lobby itself had been effectively locked by the time we checked in. The workers were all friendly. And the room, linen, toilet, everything but the shower floor really was very clean. Quite the contrast.

My wife & I stayed here in the middle of August and I can safely say we will not be staying here again. When we first opened the door (on the non-smoking room) we immediately smelled stale cigarette smoke. I brought it up with the night staff, but all rooms were booked, so we didn’t have much choice. Looking around the room it seemed like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time. There were dead bugs and moldy grout in the bathroom. I had to fix the toilet because the flapper was leaking and the fill valve would run every 3min. The main area floors were so dirty that my socks looked like I’d been running around the parking lot. The room had a generally dingy and run-down feel to it. The two bright spots were that the fridge worked well and the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. I stupidly locked myself out of the room and they set me up with a new key card. They verified I was who I said I was first, so that was definitely a good thing.
