The room itself was clean and perfectly okay, and I had no issues with it. Tea, coffee and cornflakes were provided, but unfortunately, there was no milk for the cornflakes, which was disappointing. However, the overall experience was not great. Once you step outside the room, the surroundings are not particularly pleasant, and the location is far from ideal. While the room was acceptable, the overall environment and location really let the place down. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this as a first choice for accommodation. There are likely better places to book that offer a more pleasant setting and a better overall experience.

So, we were struggling to find accommodation at short notice anywhere near a venue we were attending. This option came up in central London. Appreciated that, at the price we paid, not to expect too much. The reception in the pub was fine. nice young man got us checked in. Bit of pressure to get there before 10pm, but we made it with 1/2h to spare. The rooms are, to be honest, basic. That's ok. Bit damp smell, which can be a wee bit off putting. The fan in bathroom was trying very hard, but not really cutting the mustard! Struggling to do much. To be fair, had fridge in room, offered free milk & cereal for breakfast, so that is kind. And fair. Walls felt "thin" - could hear a lot from other rooms. Noisy outside until well into the night. But not a surprise, being quite city centre but also some residential accommodation around. Overall, no surprises. Get what you pay for. And young lad who did check in was polite & helpful.

Ideal place to stop over a night Car park available the guy was good caring. Pub downstairs watch sports food shops 10 min walk...bus route in to London..

Basic facilities but good value, especially considering the location in London (343 bus from London Bridge stops very near). Very good to have a fridge in the room with some milk and cereal. Also communal kitchenettes with microwave available, though we didn't use them. We would have booked an ensuite room but none were available. However the communal bathrooms and toilets were adequate. There was only one stool; a chair or two would have been nice. Bed mattress was rather soft and there was no bedside lamp. However overall it was a good place to stay overnight.

I want to start off with the staff. The staff were so lovely and helpful! They made us feel right at home. The beds were also so comfy, it was like floating on a cloud. We loved our stay
