A beautiful, quiet, quality boutique hotel, centrally located in the Old Town. The staff were all extremely smartly dressed, efficient, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was of the highest quality and dinner in the restaurant was exceptional.

Conveniently located except if you need to park, The Dome Hotel is a gem in Old Town Riga. Nicely appointed plush rooms with robes to indulge to the sauna (schedule a time, it’s included) to the wonderful (also included) breakfast. The eggs Benedict is wonderful as are the deviled eggs and the Caesar Salad at breakfast was wonderful and welcome! The restaurant in the hotel is Michelin awarded but alas is closed Sunday and Mondays; everyone needs a day off!

Beautiful hotel with stunning ambience and a great location. Breakfast wasn't ready at 7.30 am one morning. Not sure if I got the time wrong? Roof terrace wasn't open for drinks which I found odd ( apparently there was a private function). Minor things really. All in all a great experience.

Muy lindo hotel, la ahabitaciones muy cómodas. El desayuno incluidos fue realmente bueno: barra de frutas, quesos, pan y carnes. Además opción a elegir el plato principal a la carta. Está ubicado en el centro pero en una zona tranquila que permite descansar. Pudimos conocer Riga caminando por la facilidad del hotel. No tiene estacionamiento pero nos indicaron dónde dejarlo y pagamos en el hotel 30 erutos por la noche, muy caro pero no es tema del hotel sino de la ciudad. En general es un excelente hotel.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night but the hotel room itself was amazing! It had high ceilings and tongs of space for two people. Our room had an entryway with a fanning couch and rack that I could put my suitcase so it was out of the main room. The room was so spacious and clean and the bed was the most comfortable one on our entire 12day trip! The bathroom was fine and had plenty of counter space so things weren’t always getting wet from the sink. It is very close to the Dome Plaza and 3 Brothers which makes it an easy home base for site seeing. loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Riga!

A nice little hotel close to everything in the old town. Staff delightful. Silly sized bath towels and bed valance could have done with changing but overall a lovely stay , thank you. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

I liked this property. It felt intimate and is in an excellent location central to many interesting areas and sights. I noticed black mold on the ceiling over the bathroom shower. I informed the staff and they were unable to move me to another room.

It's in a nice location with friendly staff. The downstairs lobby is very attractive and at first glance so was our room. But I was irritated by some features eg the shelves in the wardrobe were sideways on and it was so dark in the wardrobe I couldn't see what was on the shelves. The bathroom window and door were clear glass with curtains. I don't like that style. But the bed was comfortable. Our bedroom had stairs up to the bathroom which could be a problem for some people.

Great staff and service and the restaurant was excellent. The only downside is that the cast didn’t work on the tv & although the staff were really helpful and tried to rectify it, it just wouldn’t work. So no Netflix possible. The hotel is in a quiet safe area & would definitely recommend.

It was a bit tricky to find but got there in the end. Has a boutique hotel vibe. Room was comfortable and nice bathroom with a view of the dome. Great location for sightseeing and meals. Also had parking as I requested. Breakfast spread was amazing. Internet was spotty.

Overall the experience wasn’t bad but wasn’t what i was hoping for. I booked E Benz for the airport pick up and there was no Benz when i got there. The polite receptionist asked me how was my airport pick up when i said it was okay he just kept quiet and didn’t mention it. I booked a deluxe suite, they first sent me to a tiny room at the 3rd fliir I believe it was 301 and I refused to take it then they showed me 202 which was a bigger room (suit). Both rooms had terrible view. The room itself is outdated but nicely decorated and the bathroom is okay with lots of amenities. What’s really special about this place is it’s unique location its food steps to all the gorgeous sightseeing in beautiful Riga, you can’t beat that. The breakfast experience was amazing as well i guess that makes it up for the other stuff. If im visiting Riga again i will probably stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We absolutely loved it. The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous with lots of choice and a cooked to order choice. Staff extremely helpful and well trained.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and offered many great suggestions. The breakfast was amazing, among the best I have ever been to. Of extremely high quality and delicious. The rooms were clean and had a very comfortable bed, a great bathroom and rub. I would definitely recommend staying here. A great experience.

Dette skulle være ett 5 stjerners hotel. Etter min mening er dette ett 3-4 stjerners hotel. Det var fine rom, men frokosten var dårlig, kun toast brød ikke tomat, agurk eller paprika. Det var heller ikke gulost eller skinke. Personalet i frokostsalen var lite service vennlige, det virket som ett ork hver gan vi spurte om kaffe eller andre ting som måtte bestilles. De var rett og slett sure. Forventet meg mye mer av dette oppholdet. Vedkommende i resepsjonen var derimot veldig service innstilt og anbefalte diverse severdigheter i gamle byen. Jeg kommer ikke til å velge dette hotellet neste gang jeg skal til Riga.

Conveniently located except if you need to park, The Dome Hotel is a gem in Old Town Riga. Nicely appointed plush rooms with robes to indulge to the sauna (schedule a time, it’s included) to the wonderful (also included) breakfast. The eggs Benedict is wonderful as are the deviled eggs and the Caesar Salad at breakfast was wonderful and welcome! The restaurant in the hotel is Michelin awarded but alas is closed Sunday and Mondays; everyone needs a day off!

It was a bit tricky to find but got there in the end. Has a boutique hotel vibe. Room was comfortable and nice bathroom with a view of the dome. Great location for sightseeing and meals. Also had parking as I requested. Breakfast spread was amazing. Internet was spotty.

A beautiful, quiet, quality boutique hotel, centrally located in the Old Town. The staff were all extremely smartly dressed, efficient, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was of the highest quality and dinner in the restaurant was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel with stunning ambience and a great location. Breakfast wasn't ready at 7.30 am one morning. Not sure if I got the time wrong? Roof terrace wasn't open for drinks which I found odd ( apparently there was a private function). Minor things really. All in all a great experience.

Det var ret forvirrende omkring morgenmad på hotellet. Men man betalte åbenbart over 200 kr. - hvor man så kunne få alt muligt lækkert. Jeg fik kun en skål yoghurt med noget ovenpå og en glas appelsinjuice og så er det altså lidt mange penge. Alt andet var perfekt og de var søde i receptionen.

There was no bell service and no assistance with our luggage. Apparently, guests are expected to handle their own bags at this “luxury” property. Then came the real luxury experience: the air conditioning didn’t work during warm, humid weather. Our room became unbearably muggy, uncomfortable, and the air felt difficult to breathe. When we reported it, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the front desk employee actually suggested that we cancel our reservation and find another hotel. Seriously? No room change. No upgrade. No discount. No attempt to make things right. Just: “Go somewhere else.” Quite an impressive definition of 5-star hospitality. The bathroom was another “luxury” surprise: rotting wood at the door frame, a cracked tile, and visible mold in the shower grout. Nothing says 5-star quite like mold and decay. The location is excellent—that was the main reason we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, a great location cannot compensate for poor service, neglected maintenance, and an unacceptable attitude toward guests. Broken air conditioning, no luggage assistance, mold, rotting wood, cracked tile, and a front desk telling us to leave. That is NOT 5-star hospitality. Save your money.
