The property was clean, beds are comfortable, and the management was very accommodating.

We stay at this property so that we could visit Saguaro National Park in Tucson. Easy communication with host. Even though there are many houses in the neighborhood, it was very quiet.

The property manager did a great job communicating with us, but we were unable to resolve a significant issue, even after he had people come clean the house during our stay. When we checked in, and started to unpack our belongings, we noticed a smell of urine. The smell came from the master bedroom and was more potent the more we turned on the fan. Dewayne was great to communicate with and did all that he could to remediate the urine smell, including sending cleaners mid week, but the smell never went away. We were staying at the property during the March Heatwave of 100 degree days, and it got worse as each day progressed. I would stay here again, if, and a BIG IF, the smell was remediated. The house was great other than the smell in the master bedroom.

we had great stay at Sunoria House. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked. I contacted host about the charcoal grill being broken and 2 days later a new Weber gas grill was delivered.
