Clean and Comfortable hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Slept great! Comfortable bed and quite fan. Pool not heated, but hot tub was very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. Win ...Win here.

The property was easy to locate and check in was quick. The woman working the check-in counter was very kind and helpful, even while busy. The suite was spacious but very outdated. The walls and carpet were dirty, the carpet had not been vacuumed and was stained, and there was trash behind the bed and around the dresser. The tv did not work and the closet mirror was broken. The sink was located outside of the bathroom, which was odd. The bathroom was clean and we had plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. The sofa was stained but the sofa bed was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for linens as none were provided. Overall, the room was very comfortable and quiet despite the minor issues mentioned above. The pool/hot tub was very clean. The pool is not heated but felt great. The hot tub is perfect temp. Breakfast consisted of a buffet and had plenty of options, but the biscuits were hard as rocks. There was plenty of parking and gas stations were close by. I would definitely consider staying here again.

My husband, daughter and I attempted to stay at this property. However, once we checked in and arrived to our room our bathroom trash had a spit in it and our toilet seat was dirty and had pubic hair on it. We reported this to staff and they were very nice and apologetic of the situation and gave us a new room. When we got to our new room I inspected the room and restroom and found toe nail clippings in the shower and hair on the shower wall. At this point I was fed up and we decided to leave and got a different hotel all together.

Our room smelled terrible, there was a dead bug in my sons bed, our bed had a huge dip in the middle you sunk into, bathroom had loose tiles and a dip in the tub with standing water. Tried to switch up rooms and even offered to pay to upgrade but was unable to.

One that is probably best avoided. Having stayed in many hotels in many countries this is the first time arriving to one in which there were faeces marks still on the toilet seat. If nothing else, the very basic expectation of a clean bed and toilet are surely non negotiable. The bedsheets also had marks on. I am sure the hotel would say we should have asked to change room, but if your hotel is in a position where guests must do this because bathroom has not been properly sanitised, then housekeeping standards need to be improved. Plus, we didn't trust that any other room would be any cleaner so we made do. In general the room was musty and poorly cleaned, with dusty and dirty carpets. Though some maintenance issues can be forgiven, the rusty marks on the bath and dirty shower curtain only added to the lack of charm. The coffee machine had also not been cleaned and the filter tray had detritus in it. Breakfast was mediocre with tasteless coffee, no fruit, lots of plastic and polystyrene plates and bowls, which cannot be excused. In general, the place needs cheering up and for standards to be higher. Baymont Snyder, I hope you know we are expecting a refund in full: there was noone at the reception desk in the morning to discuss these issues with....

I was very impressed and think this place is a great value at their current rate. Everything was clean and somewhat new, or at least showed little to no wear. The sheets, upholstery, carpet and such were of good quality and nice to the touch. As well as being clean and well equipped, the room was huge with I believe were 12' ceilings. This was the first floor so I don't know about the other floors, but the first floor room felt like a palace. For less than a hundred dollars I was very happy. Breakfast was fine, to a little better than you usually get so that'll please some. My only gripe would be the side door wasn't working, myself and the clerk agreed it was likely in need of new batteries which is the routine, so I thought it would be done, soon. I brought it to their attention around three and it hadn't been fixed by time I left at 8 the next morning. Extremely inconvenient and uncalled for.. That said I'd go back in a heartbeat and likely will.

Staff was nice. The room was big, but the beds were old and the mattresses were bowed in the middle, were not very comfortable. The carpet was very old and felt dirty. The area may be a safe area but did not feel super safe. We stayed 1 night while passing through and it got the job done.

We did not like that the check in lady was not professional. Also, we chose this hotel thinking it was going to feel like home. We stayed the night because of a wedding we were attending and thanks to a non working air conditioner we sweated the whole 2 hrs we had to get ready for a very important day. Coming back to our room 203 we didn’t enjoy the stay because we sweated all night!!! We liked the breakfast but that’s about all that was liked!!

We did not like that the check in lady was not professional. Also, we chose this hotel thinking it was going to feel like home. We checked in. I was traveling with elderly parents who have difficulty walking. Found out our room was on second floor to the very end of the hall. Receptionist refused to switch rooms, claiming she couldn't because we had booked through a third party. I have worked as night manager at motels and know that you can switch a room. What if the room was uninhabitable? Which, when talking about uninhabitable: our heater didn't work! only blew cold air. Phone was not hooked up in room. Walls had dirt on them! Cigarette butts in the hall ways. Restrooms near pool locked so you had to return to your room if needed to use a restroom. The only positive was the breakfast employee and the breakfast! She did an amazing job! I would not stay here again!

The the front and desk lady checked us into the wrong room. The last names were the same, but the first names were not. The card on file was not my card, but I guess she did not question herself. Once we got into the room, we had to go get our actual room. Every time we left the room, we had to get a new key card. Our door would not work

The property was easy to locate and check in was quick. The woman working the check-in counter was very kind and helpful, even while busy. The suite was spacious but very outdated. The walls and carpet were dirty, the carpet had not been vacuumed and was stained, and there was trash behind the bed and around the dresser. The tv did not work and the closet mirror was broken. The sink was located outside of the bathroom, which was odd. The bathroom was clean and we had plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. The sofa was stained but the sofa bed was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for linens as none were provided. Overall, the room was very comfortable and quiet despite the minor issues mentioned above. The pool/hot tub was very clean. The pool is not heated but felt great. The hot tub is perfect temp. Staff was nice. The room was big, but the beds were old and the mattresses were bowed in the middle, were not very comfortable. The carpet was very old and felt dirty. The area may be a safe area but did not feel super safe. We stayed 1 night while passing through and it got the job done.

The area is right off the freeway for easy access, but is pretty rough on the exterior. Close to fast food. I had a big room and it was relatively clean. Kept my flip flops on (just in case). By the time I got to breakfast it was cold, but nice they offered it!

Over all the stay was great. The lady at the front desk was wonderful, she even sheared a great place to eat for my kids at Pizza Inn. Breakfast was ok. They definitely were not prepared for the amount of guests to feed. They ran out of biscuits, for biscuits and gravy. We had to wait around for awhile for more eggs, potatoes and milk. Then when they brought it out, it was only enough for two people to get food. The woman cooking was great. She was trying and very polite. Over all very pleased with the stay.

We have stayed here in the past and have had a great experience. However first impressions of the room and a torn bed spread in multiple places is not acceptable. The bath worked but didn’t realize until the next morning that the shower would not work. We tried to let the front desk know but no one was around during the entire time of eating breakfast and taking our things to the car. We do enjoy the breakfast lady and the breakfast selection

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. When I arrived at 11:00 PM, there was no staff member on duty at the front desk, and it took approximately 15 minutes to check in. The first room I was assigned was inadequately stocked and poorly maintained. There was no shampoo, no Kleenex, and only about one-eighth of a roll of toilet paper remaining. The air conditioner did not work, the television did not work, and the room was not clean. The carpet appeared heavily stained and dirty, and there were fleas in the room. When I returned to the front desk to request a different room, there was once again no staff member available. The only way to reach someone was by calling the hotel's main phone number. After another delay, I was finally assigned a second room. Unfortunately, the second room was nearly as bad as the first, except it did not have fleas. The television worked, but the internet did not. The room contained only one towel and one washcloth. The bathtub drain plug was missing, making it impossible to fill the tub. I had to use the only washcloth available to block the drain so I could take a bath. There was no Iron or ironing board in the room. Additionally, there was a large rust-stained area around the tub's overflow drain, and the wall behind the tub appeared to be rotted and in poor condition. It was disgusting. Overall, the condition of both rooms and the lack of available staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in quite some time.
