There was an error with reservation and they immediately comped us two rooms. Nice facility and good breakfast which I thought wasn't included but they gave it to us views were the best. Beds were comfortable. The only drawback was the very tight and limited parking.

The hotel is beautiful, the only problem is that the pool closes at 7:00 PM, which is very inconvenient when you have excursions all day and just want to come back and relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the restaurant is quite expensive, but you have really good options around the area. The only problem is when you want to cross the street, as it's very difficult because the cars don't stop. I also like that the hotel dropped us off at the train station at no charge, really good service.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, toller Blick, gute Lage mit Zug Station in der Nähe, schöner großer Pool + Aussenanlage, gutes Abendessen, (Frühstück war ok). Leider ist es umgeben von lauten strassen, besonders die wespas und Motorräder nerven aber so ist das fast überall in der Gegend.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, toller Blick, gute Lage mit Zug Station in der Nähe, schöner großer Pool + Aussenanlage, gutes Abendessen, (Frühstück war ok). Leider ist es umgeben von lauten strassen, besonders die wespas und Motorräder nerven aber so ist das fast überall in der Gegend.

Fantastic views across the Bay of Naples towards Vesuvius. Nice pool (chilly in Oct) and friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is a little tired (in need of a spruce up) and quite noisy (footsteps and voices carry everywhere it seems). Great base for a roadtrip around Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi coast and Sorrento, with free on site parking.

Belle place a quelque pas de la station de Seiano. Le dejeuner etait parfait très diversifié. La vue de la chambre avec balcon etait impressionante. Il y a deux restos pour bien manger. Le seul bemol que la piscine ferme à 7pm. C'est dommage qu'on arrive de ton excursion et tu ne peux plus profiter de la piscine. Mais à part ça tout est correct

Our first impression of the hotel was that it was very dated. The welcome on reception could have been warmer. The rooms are basic. We booked bed and breakfast and I’m glad we did because the breakfast was good but the restaurant menu for the evening was pretty sad and uninspiring. We ate one night after a long day we couldn’t face going out again, it was ok. The views from the property are stunning. The pool is large and we enjoyed using it, however the first three days we were there they ran out of sunlongers, if you weren’t at the pool by 9.30 you weren’t going to get to sit down which was awful for those people with children who were unable to use the facility. The congestion eased towards the end of the stay. You really need a car to use this hotel. It is on the outskirts of the local town and not easy to get anywhere other than a small handful of restaurants on foot. It is right next to a noisy road which, inexplicably, has emergency vehicles with sirens going practically all times of day and night. The free shuttle service run by the hotel to Sorrento and Vico Equenese is a bonus. We had a great holiday because we had a car and managed to get out and see the area but I don’t think you’d want to use this hotel if you didn’t. If you do go make sure you visit the marina where there are some really lovely, reasonably priced restaurants. The walk down, and especially back up, is not for the faint hearted though…

Hotellet har nok vært veldig fint en gang i tiden, greit vedlikeholdt, men ikke 100%. Dusjen bar preg av dårlig vedlikehold, og selv om vaktmester var innom og jobbet litt med sluket, gikk det fort tett igjen. Ellers var rommet greit utstyrt, sengene var gode, og man får service hver dag. Generelt var de fleste ansatte hyggelige i alle interaksjoner, men ikke alle oppleves blide og imøtekommende når man går forbi de igjennom dagen (mulig dette er en del av kulturen?) frokosten var så som så, utvalget var ikke spesielt stort, og personalet var litt dårligere til å sørge for at det som var av utvalg faktisk tilgjengelig. Lunchen var god, og gjennomsnittlig priset. Bassenget og fasilitetene ute var helt topp, barna har kost seg der stort sett hele oppholdet. Dessverre så ble hele opplevelsen litt ødelagt av at de spilte veldig høy musikk i forbindelse med en fest den siste kvelden/natten, og det var helt umulig å få sove før de ga seg etter 0030. Prøvde å gi beskjed om dette, men fikk til svar at dette måtte vi bare tåle. Dette setter selvfølgelig spor i et ellers ganske bra opphold, og jekker med fra fire til tre stjerner.

För din egna skull boka inte detta hotell. Dålig och oprofessionell service. Extremt gammalt hotell med slitage och en ac som ej fungerade. På sin höjd är detta ett 2-stjärnigt hotell. Frukosten var bedrövlig. Ha även koll på notan då dem överdebiterar en för bokstavligen allt.

We verbleven hier 3 nachten in mei 2025. Het zwembad was fijn en groot. Ook de kamer was netjes en schoon. Prima bedden. Over het ontbijt zijn we niet tevreden. Dat wordt geserveerd tot 10.00 uur in de ochtend. Helaas wordt er vanaf 09.00 uur door het personeel een reorganisatie in de eetzaal gedaan omdat ze de tafels voor de lunch willen dekken. Ze praten daarbij luidruchtig met elkaar en verplaatsen ook tafels door de eetzaal. Daarnaast vullen ze ook het buffet niet meer aan en komt er steeds een medewerker vragen of ze het servies mag opruimen. Dit is absoluut niet fijn ontbijten. Dit gebeurde elke dag helaas. Het hotel lijkt meer ingesteld op grote groepen (busvakanties) dan op de individuele reiziger.

Excelente piscina. Vista maravilhosas para Bahia de Nápoles. Co m O vesuvio ao fundo. No entanto: frigobar não estava funcionando o café da manhã foi apenas razoável e a recepção reteve passaportes por tempo excessivo.

Large room with a large balcony with an extraordinary view on the bay. Unfortunately the hotel is located next to a road with with heavy and noisy traffic. The walls are thin and the hotel hosted celebrations 2 out of 3 nights with loud music. Every morning we woke up by cleaning entering the room before 8 a.m

This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Maybe it was 30 years ago. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels. Only able to charge this much because of the area!

A nice swimming pool, car parking and access is one of the best compared to the surroundings. The rooms are a little dated but clean. The views are amazing.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Moon Valley. The view was stunning—waking up to the sea and mountains felt like a dream. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a perfect place to unwind. It’s a peaceful spot, just close enough to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely come back!"

There was an error with reservation and they immediately comped us two rooms. Nice facility and good breakfast which I thought wasn't included but they gave it to us views were the best. Beds were comfortable. The only drawback was the very tight and limited parking.

Fantastic views across the Bay of Naples towards Vesuvius. Nice pool (chilly in Oct) and friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is a little tired (in need of a spruce up) and quite noisy (footsteps and voices carry everywhere it seems). Great base for a roadtrip around Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi coast and Sorrento, with free on site parking.

Preis Leistung ist sehrgut. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war hervorragend. Die Zimmer Ausstatung mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sehrgut. Poolanlage gut. Einziger minus Punkt ist der Verkehrslärm, welcher durch geschlossene Fenster nicht besser wird. Der Schlaf wird dadurch erheblich gestört.

Our first impression of the hotel was that it was very dated. The welcome on reception could have been warmer. The rooms are basic. We booked bed and breakfast and I’m glad we did because the breakfast was good but the restaurant menu for the evening was pretty sad and uninspiring. We ate one night after a long day we couldn’t face going out again, it was ok. The views from the property are stunning. The pool is large and we enjoyed using it, however the first three days we were there they ran out of sunlongers, if you weren’t at the pool by 9.30 you weren’t going to get to sit down which was awful for those people with children who were unable to use the facility. The congestion eased towards the end of the stay. You really need a car to use this hotel. It is on the outskirts of the local town and not easy to get anywhere other than a small handful of restaurants on foot. It is right next to a noisy road which, inexplicably, has emergency vehicles with sirens going practically all times of day and night. The free shuttle service run by the hotel to Sorrento and Vico Equenese is a bonus. We had a great holiday because we had a car and managed to get out and see the area but I don’t think you’d want to use this hotel if you didn’t. If you do go make sure you visit the marina where there are some really lovely, reasonably priced restaurants. The walk down, and especially back up, is not for the faint hearted though…

Large room with a large balcony with an extraordinary view on the bay. Unfortunately the hotel is located next to a road with with heavy and noisy traffic. The walls are thin and the hotel hosted celebrations 2 out of 3 nights with loud music. Every morning we woke up by cleaning entering the room before 8 a.m

För din egna skull boka inte detta hotell. Dålig och oprofessionell service. Extremt gammalt hotell med slitage och en ac som ej fungerade. På sin höjd är detta ett 2-stjärnigt hotell. Frukosten var bedrövlig. Ha även koll på notan då dem överdebiterar en för bokstavligen allt.

The hotel is beautiful, the only problem is that the pool closes at 7:00 PM, which is very inconvenient when you have excursions all day and just want to come back and relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the restaurant is quite expensive, but you have really good options around the area. The only problem is when you want to cross the street, as it's very difficult because the cars don't stop. I also like that the hotel dropped us off at the train station at no charge, really good service.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, toller Blick, gute Lage mit Zug Station in der Nähe, schöner großer Pool + Aussenanlage, gutes Abendessen, (Frühstück war ok). Leider ist es umgeben von lauten strassen, besonders die wespas und Motorräder nerven aber so ist das fast überall in der Gegend.

Excelente piscina. Vista maravilhosas para Bahia de Nápoles. Co m O vesuvio ao fundo. No entanto: frigobar não estava funcionando o café da manhã foi apenas razoável e a recepção reteve passaportes por tempo excessivo.

Hotellet har nok vært veldig fint en gang i tiden, greit vedlikeholdt, men ikke 100%. Dusjen bar preg av dårlig vedlikehold, og selv om vaktmester var innom og jobbet litt med sluket, gikk det fort tett igjen. Ellers var rommet greit utstyrt, sengene var gode, og man får service hver dag. Generelt var de fleste ansatte hyggelige i alle interaksjoner, men ikke alle oppleves blide og imøtekommende når man går forbi de igjennom dagen (mulig dette er en del av kulturen?) frokosten var så som så, utvalget var ikke spesielt stort, og personalet var litt dårligere til å sørge for at det som var av utvalg faktisk tilgjengelig. Lunchen var god, og gjennomsnittlig priset. Bassenget og fasilitetene ute var helt topp, barna har kost seg der stort sett hele oppholdet. Dessverre så ble hele opplevelsen litt ødelagt av at de spilte veldig høy musikk i forbindelse med en fest den siste kvelden/natten, og det var helt umulig å få sove før de ga seg etter 0030. Prøvde å gi beskjed om dette, men fikk til svar at dette måtte vi bare tåle. Dette setter selvfølgelig spor i et ellers ganske bra opphold, og jekker med fra fire til tre stjerner.

Searched for properties in Positano on Expedia. This came up as an option 6 kms away. There is not way to get to positano other than taxi is 1 hr and 120 euro each way. In 5 days to spent over 1000 euro on taxi to go see Almalfi area. The only good thing about this hotel is the view at the pool. It’s a great pool to take the kids. Also zero benefi for exoedia members.

Belle place a quelque pas de la station de Seiano. Le dejeuner etait parfait très diversifié. La vue de la chambre avec balcon etait impressionante. Il y a deux restos pour bien manger. Le seul bemol que la piscine ferme à 7pm. C'est dommage qu'on arrive de ton excursion et tu ne peux plus profiter de la piscine. Mais à part ça tout est correct

Struttura datata, stile anni 90. Camera pulita ma decisamente antica, il bagno era da hotel 2 stelle. La doccia faceva acqua da tutte le parti, l'armadio era fatiscente, nel frigo bar non "soggiornava" nulla. Accoglienza e professionalità del personale scarsa. Ristorante buono e personale del ristorante all'altezza. Piscina poco fruibile a causa delle persone che la frequentavano (anche esterne all'albergo) ed alla mancanza di rispetto delle regole e della civiltà non fatte rispettare dal personale. La struttura ha una buona posizione ma senza tutto quello elencato non si può definire un 4 stelle. Questa location viene adibita, da quello che ho visto, principalmente per eventi. Fino a quando è in questo stato non credo ci ritornerò.
Struttura datata, stile anni 90. Camera pulita ma decisamente antica, il bagno era da hotel 2 stelle. La doccia faceva acqua da tutte le parti, l'armadio era fatiscente, nel frigo bar non "soggiornava" nulla. Accoglienza e professionalità del personale scarsa. Ristorante buono e personale del ristorante all'altezza. Piscina poco fruibile a causa delle persone che la frequentavano (anche esterne all'albergo) ed alla mancanza di rispetto delle regole e della civiltà non fatte rispettare dal personale. We verbleven hier 3 nachten in mei 2025. Het zwembad was fijn en groot. Ook de kamer was netjes en schoon. Prima bedden. Over het ontbijt zijn we niet tevreden. Dat wordt geserveerd tot 10.00 uur in de ochtend. Helaas wordt er vanaf 09.00 uur door het personeel een reorganisatie in de eetzaal gedaan omdat ze de tafels voor de lunch willen dekken. Ze praten daarbij luidruchtig met elkaar en verplaatsen ook tafels door de eetzaal. Daarnaast vullen ze ook het buffet niet meer aan en komt er steeds een medewerker vragen of ze het servies mag opruimen. Dit is absoluut niet fijn ontbijten. Dit gebeurde elke dag helaas. Het hotel lijkt meer ingesteld op grote groepen (busvakanties) dan op de individuele reiziger.

The hotel is beautiful, the only problem is that the pool closes at 7:00 PM, which is very inconvenient when you have excursions all day and just want to come back and relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the restaurant is quite expensive, but you have really good options around the area. The only problem is when you want to cross the street, as it's very difficult because the cars don't stop. I also like that the hotel dropped us off at the train station at no charge, really good service.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, toller Blick, gute Lage mit Zug Station in der Nähe, schöner großer Pool + Aussenanlage, gutes Abendessen, (Frühstück war ok). Leider ist es umgeben von lauten strassen, besonders die wespas und Motorräder nerven aber so ist das fast überall in der Gegend.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, toller Blick, gute Lage mit Zug Station in der Nähe, schöner großer Pool + Aussenanlage, gutes Abendessen, (Frühstück war ok). Belle place a quelque pas de la station de Seiano. Le dejeuner etait parfait très diversifié. La vue de la chambre avec balcon etait impressionante. Il y a deux restos pour bien manger. Le seul bemol que la piscine ferme à 7pm. C'est dommage qu'on arrive de ton excursion et tu ne peux plus profiter de la piscine. Mais à part ça tout est correct

Our first impression of the hotel was that it was very dated. The welcome on reception could have been warmer. The rooms are basic. We booked bed and breakfast and I’m glad we did because the breakfast was good but the restaurant menu for the evening was pretty sad and uninspiring. We ate one night after a long day we couldn’t face going out again, it was ok. The views from the property are stunning. The pool is large and we enjoyed using it, however the first three days we were there they ran out of sunlongers, if you weren’t at the pool by 9.30 you weren’t going to get to sit down which was awful for those people with children who were unable to use the facility. The congestion eased towards the end of the stay. You really need a car to use this hotel. It is on the outskirts of the local town and not easy to get anywhere other than a small handful of restaurants on foot. It is right next to a noisy road which, inexplicably, has emergency vehicles with sirens going practically all times of day and night. The free shuttle service run by the hotel to Sorrento and Vico Equenese is a bonus. We had a great holiday because we had a car and managed to get out and see the area but I don’t think you’d want to use this hotel if you didn’t. If you do go make sure you visit the marina where there are some really lovely, reasonably priced restaurants. The walk down, and especially back up, is not for the faint hearted though…

great hotel in a very nice location en-route to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Rooms are a little dated but the views if you go for a sea view make up for that, the only downside was a rather limited breakfast with poor quality products. But on the plus side the poor area was extremely nice and relaxing, if traveling by car good parking too, nice stay overall

Hotellet har nok vært veldig fint en gang i tiden, greit vedlikeholdt, men ikke 100%. Dusjen bar preg av dårlig vedlikehold, og selv om vaktmester var innom og jobbet litt med sluket, gikk det fort tett igjen. Ellers var rommet greit utstyrt, sengene var gode, og man får service hver dag. Generelt var de fleste ansatte hyggelige i alle interaksjoner, men ikke alle oppleves blide og imøtekommende når man går forbi de igjennom dagen (mulig dette er en del av kulturen?) frokosten var så som så, utvalget var ikke spesielt stort, og personalet var litt dårligere til å sørge for at det som var av utvalg faktisk tilgjengelig. Lunchen var god, og gjennomsnittlig priset. Bassenget og fasilitetene ute var helt topp, barna har kost seg der stort sett hele oppholdet. Dessverre så ble hele opplevelsen litt ødelagt av at de spilte veldig høy musikk i forbindelse med en fest den siste kvelden/natten, og det var helt umulig å få sove før de ga seg etter 0030. Prøvde å gi beskjed om dette, men fikk til svar at dette måtte vi bare tåle. Dette setter selvfølgelig spor i et ellers ganske bra opphold, og jekker med fra fire til tre stjerner.
