Expedia was sadly far over priced compared to Agoda. The Haven had issues with fridge not working, lights in room failed, shower and bath tub tan water at the same time & the gym wss frequently closed due to maintenance which wasn’t true. Won’t stay here again and will think twice before using Expedia again.

We stayed at this property in a 2 bed suite and throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly, helpful and the suite was very spacious and immaculate. One thing to note if you are staying in a suite, is there will be a lot of noise (from early in the morning) from children playing in the pool when it opens from about 7am. If you are looking for quiet, this may not be the best option. We weren’t able to use the pools for this reason, which was a bit of a shame. In terms of factors within the hotels control, our stay was excellent. Great location, free shuttle to the beach, afternoon tea, great breakfast spread. Thank you.

The hotel was noisy with construction work and the pool decking at the back pool was loose and uneven, A man slipped and broke his hip while I was there. The prices contained hidden extras....a bottle of wine shown at $50 Australian dollars cost $65, To top it off the hotel has kept my deposit of $200 Aus eventhough I paid my bill in full and there seems to be no way to contact them reguarding this issue... not impressed.

We had a deluxe pool view booked. Room was nice but there was no view of pool so I asked if we could move - it was no problem the next day. We then asked for quieter as there was lots of nightclub sound! Again no problem and we were upgraded for a very reasonable price to a quiet, spacious and very comfortable 2 room suite. Such good service and lovely staff. Very good value especially with breakfast included. We liked the beach club option too.

I’d really recommend guests to purchase the breakfast buffet or at leas order the in house dining menu to be sent to the room. The pool is also breathtakingly beautiful.

Super séjour au Haven, le personnel est exceptionnellement serviable , les équipements sont très bien , deux piscines qui sont à l’ombre dont une avec des arbres, ce qui est très agréable par forte chaleur. Il y a également un espace réservé sur la plage , ce qui en plus économique et évite de payer un transat .

The 4 different pool options were suitable for all. Location was great for shopping, eating and nightlife. Walking distance to all of the above. Property beautifully presented with very friendly staff. Room was lovely and balcony pool view was gorgeous.

This hotel was fantastic! The family suite was extremely affordable and was huge! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the kids absolutely loved the daily buffet breakfast. The Asian Dinner Buffet was also very tasty and good value! The pools were lovely, but the decking could do with replacing in many areas. This hotel was very central to everything and there were drivers that were only too happy to help out with any transport requests.

We stayed in one of the Suites, very spacious good layout! Bathroom needs a really good makeover! Tiles/Sinks stained! Sealing black and moulding! Same with linen old grey bedsheets! The place could be great with a bit more maintenance!

Our experience at Haven was very disappointing. The first room was not the room that we had booked and a bad smell and was also also construction on the level which wasn’t advertised. The second room was worse — visible mould, damp air from the AC, wet sheets, a broken balcony door, a dirty bathroom and flies in the room. I was told three times that no refund would be given, and instead the staff kept trying to move us into different rooms, even though I made it clear we just wanted to leave. There was also miscommunication — two different people both claimed to be the manager, with one making a completely false statement about us “having a car on the way.” It took three separate attempts before a refund was finally approved. To make matters worse, the hotel later recorded the reason as “inconvenience,” which is simply untrue. We did not leave because of inconvenience — we left because the rooms were unsafe and not as advertised.

Rooms were clearly outdated and bathrooms had a dusty mould smell. Lots of ants and mozzies in the rooms and aircon was extremely annoying and loud. Aswell as the restaurant down at the lobby playing loud music all night making it hard to sleep. Although the place was priced quite cheap and was fairly priced in my opinion .Pool needs more sunbeds!!!!

First of all the rooms are badly maintained. Cracks on tiles. Tiles bad discoloration. Housekeeping just do a superficial job as stains of my coffee spills still around.

Staff is good. Cleanliness is not not ok. I booked a 2 room suite and very disappointed with Cleanliness. Rooms were dirty. And i was shocked when one of my kid found a used panties tuck inside the blanket and dropped on the floor when she was about to sleep. I guess the room cleaning staff did not cleaned the room at all or did not changed the bedsheets and pillows case at all. I tried to contact the manager but the front office staff told me ok but till i checked out nobody tried to apologize about the used panties in my room or about the Cleanliness of the room.

Best thing at the hotel was the 3 small pools. Really nice to be in with infant. Didnt try the Big pool. Area not that nice as it really noise, good thing is the Big Bibtang supermarked bearbejde. Rooms really old and noise. Balcondoors couldnt cloose and tha air in the room was really bad. Breakfast wasnt that great but nice staff. Hotel really needs freshen up.

Vi blev upgradet til en suite, hvilket var fantastisk. Det var stort og rummeligt med sofa, stor altan og køkken. Vi fik også en kage i forbindelse med vores bryllupsdag og en flot svane på sengen. Badeværelset var dog meget gammelt. Vi fik badekar, der havde dårligt afløb. Vores suite lå også ok langt fra morgenmaden, men morgenmaden var fantastisk. Stort udvalg, frisklavede æg, der blev lavet foran en. Frisk frugt, pandekager og vafler. Poolen var også virkelig smuk og gav Bali vibes. Kan anbefales til alle, der ønsker afslapning, lækker mad og smukke omgivelser.

Great location, price, beautiful pools,1 bedroom pool view suite clean and comfortable but feels worn and aged. Shower over bath had no water pressure and did not drain properly and there were mosquitos in the room. I would stay again for the location and pools but would be looking for a more updated room.

This was fine. Bed was hard. Pillows were lumpy, like having been washed too many times. Towels were crusty and all smelt of dampness. Good location. Pool is sunny, partly. We had a pleasant stay at The Haven. Had a few hiccups on our first night, we were placed in a slightly outdated room (one that didn’t quite match the photos we saw when we booked. Apparently we had chosen a Standard 2 bedroom suite which was not clarified by Expedia at the time of booking). The room was at the very back of the property that had a few items missing ie kitchen utensils and was not quite clean as we had hoped for. Called up and the staff were very helpful and quick to rectify our issues. We asked to change rooms and they were more than happy to move us to a more updated (and much cleaner) Premier room the very next day. This room matched the photos when we booked but apparently was slightly more expensive - thank you Expedia for not using the correct photos …….. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Always greeting us and making sure everything was ok. A bit of a walk to reception if you are staying at the very back of the property. The pool at the back is also slightly cold due to it being in the shade for most parts of the day - but it is far more quieter than the front pool if you have kids. Close to the hustle and bustle - which has its pros and cons. Pros: close to shops, food and attractions & Cons: you can pretty much hear noise late at night (guests coming home from their night out and not very good at keeping the noise down - which isn’t the hotel’s fault). Food was great. Breakfast buffets had a good selection as well.

The staffs were excellent 👌👌. I like how central it is. My recommendation is to the owner(s) is to upgrade out all the towels, the robes and the sheets. Invest in some new and updated ones. You need for them to be white white and softer to touch. Overall I enjoyed my stay but kudos to the staffs that cater to my team.

Excellent two bed suite. Comfortable, clean and perfect place to relax in after exploring or relaxing by the pool. The staff were all exceptionally polite and welcoming- a real family feeling staying here even though it was a hotel. The manager introduced himself and made us feel valued and welcome as did all staff. Special shout out to reception team and Aditia whose eggs and waffles at breakfast, as well as welcoming, professional attitude was an asset to the hotel. Also, thanks to De whose taxi services we used to Ubud and our transfer. If we return to Bali we will return to this gem in Seminyak and the suites they offer. Bliss.

We had booked a pool view room starting Saturday but, due to flight issues, we could only arrive on Sunday. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not ready. After some waiting, we were given a room and told it was an upgrade. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Had an excellent stay at Haven. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. Syahrul and the other room cleaning staff were very attentive and were always available for help. Sarah and the restaurant staff were always asking if everything was ok. There were no issues with the rooms. The pool was nice and the hotel is close to restaurants and the beach. I stayed here 10 years ago also, and will certainly come back.

The Haven is located on a busy street with many convenience stalls, shops and restaurants nearby! That being said, it can get very noisy at night so it may not be the most ideal for light sleepers. Facilities like the pools were well maintained, and the service staff were warm and friendly! Highly recommend!

Stayed in a Premium room, so had access to the quieter pools at the rear of the complex. Great location, just 5 min walk to the beach.. Road at the front of hotel is very busy, but we loved seeing the bustling street life.. everything at our doorstep. Highly recommend.

The only thing I didn’t like at the breakfast nearly all the sweets and chocolate croissants were uncovered with bees and flys on them I did tell them they should be covered but they chose to not do anything about it but the staff were brilliant

We cannot rate this property high enough. Our suite was fantastic. What you see in the photo's is what you get. Very comfortable bed and so roomy. The team at The Haven couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable. Everyone from the young man at the pool, to Management Staff who came around and spoke to us several times. Breakfast's, dinner's, cocktails, all wonderful. The pool area, beautiful. Under the palm trees. Will be cack again, for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My room was very cold first 2 nights even with air-con turned off, would have liked a blanket, thankfully the air-con was fixed. Breakfast looked good but limited choice for myself. Cereal poor only plain Cornflakes and cholcolate flakes no healthy one with Bran, fruit, nut. Lots of cakes but noticed only 1 GF bread for those who need GF food. Saying that staff wonderful.

Nice relaxing pool cocktail resort in the middle of busy kuta. I was here for the long weekend so was perfect for me. Longer stays I would probably find a place closer to the beach. Food and Drinks exy for bali but I didnt mind for convience. Breakfast buffet is unreal! 5 stars for that alone.

Das Hotel kostet mehr als andere 4-Sterne-Hotels (z.b. Mercure), kann aber vor allem hinsichtlich unseres Zimmers den erwarteten Standard nicht bieten. Während die Außenanlagen und Pools schön und in einem guten Zustand sind, war unser Zimmer stark abgenutzt, nicht überall sauber und wies teilweise Beschädigungen auf. Es wurde zwar jeden Tag das Housekeeping durchgeführt, aber die teilweise zerkratzen und abgenutzten Oberflächen wurden dadurch eben nicht wirklich schöner. Das Personal ist freundlich und durchaus aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels der Kategorie eher kleiner und nicht besonders vielfältig, es gibt sehr viele Backwaren und süßes Gebäck für westliche Touristen, aber eher wenig asiatische Gerichte, was wir schade fanden. Wir hatten für einen Geburtstag einen Kuchen und Dekoration bestellt, beides war sehr gut gelungen.

The rooms are aging, but location and grounds are great. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The traffic in Bali has now doubled and they are drowning in their own transport, a trip to where ever takes now twice as long.

The place is lovely. Not close to the water but a vibrant 10min walk and a heap cheaper but right in town with Bars & Resturants. If you want a 5star on the water it’s probably not for you. If you want lovely in the middle of everything with nice pools. BOOK IT.

The staff are amazing, such lovely, helpful, geniune people. They are the stars of the show. We loved the pool area towards the back, it was so relaxing and the vegetation provided lovely natural protection from the sun. The rooms were really spacious which we loved and the beds were excellent, so comfortable. The interior is slightly dated and we could of done with a few more utensils / plates in the kitchen. The breakfast was perfect and the added bonus of afternoon tea was a special treat. The location is great, lots of shops and a short walk to the beach. We also met our great driver Surya (Tom) who took us on a great half day trip to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Pedang Pedang beach. Highly rated, his patience in traffic was inspirational. Highly recommend The Haven and would definitely stay there again.
