El hotel es precioso, el personal muy amable. Ubicado a 10 minutos del centro del pueblo, un paseo tranquilo y llegas sin problema.Zona tranquila. Se puede aparcar en la puerta sin problema. La habitación muy bonita, la única pega que los colchones son un poco duros para nuestro gusto.

Cuando llegué, una señora, amable eso sí, lo primero que hizo fue cobrarme y luego me acompaño a la habitación. Una vez en la habitación veo que hay un mini ventilador de aire; le pregunto a que se debe; y es SÓLO en ese acondicionado NO FUNCIONA! Insisto, es una vez que me ha cobrado, SIN ADVERTIRME NADA, QUE ME DICE QUE EL AIRE ACONCIONADO ESTA ESTROPEADO hasta el lunes. Creo que antes de cobrar ese "pequeño detalle", un 25 de julio, en plena ola de calor, debió ser advertido. Yo también tengo un negocio y por ética, jamás haría algo así, sino que avisaría de mi problema al cliente y que fuese el cliente que elija si quiere o no la estancia sin aire acondicionado, a mi NO SE M,E DIO ESA OPCION

We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed. Sepulveda was quiet which was surprising for the time of year so rather spoiled the visit
