This hotel was exactly what you would expect. Clean with friendly staff but nothing fancy. The bed is hard and pillows flat, but everything was clean and room was quite despite being not far from the interstate and door opening to the parking lot. One awesome feature is that pets stay free with no deposit! That saved a lot of money compared to some closer to the city. Would definitely stay again.

Free breakfast was only toast and coffee and tea. The pool was closed. The TV did not work. Check in was easy and quick, room was clean, shower was hot and good.

Got the room to get a solo staycation to self and although it said there was a pool, it wasn't until I got there to see the pool was permanently closed. Did NOT care for that because that is false advertisement. My bed spread had a burn hole in it but outside of that I enjoyed. Didn't hear rowdiness of any kind whenever I came out my room..I won't say I felt safe because anything can happen anywhere but for the most part, I would DEFINITELY come back for another solo staycation.

Average hotel with some updating done to the rooms. Not completely clean but not disgusting. A/C worked and TV (and remote) worked. Even though it’s next to a truck stop we didn’t notice much noise. The pool is permanently closed. Continental breakfast was good. We will stay here again if we’re in the area and their prices don’t go up.

Nice, clean updated and large room. Big TV with lots of channels, including Prime for TNF. Parking right outside the room. Well lit parking lot. Waffle House next door. Pilot convenience store close. Easy I-10 access.

We came evacuating Hurricane Milton, the owners were amazing. We did have our fur babies, and it was great knowing it was pet friendly. You could never tell this hotel IS pet friendly. Room was very clean, smelled good. I was weary at 1st, but Iĺl say, they did not disappoint. The owner, who was very personable, sweet and understanding. I ended up extending another night. Price point, even better!!! Keep up the great work! More Hotels need owners like you!!!

Red roof inn provides travelers a good place to rest while on the road. Overall I was happy except the tub wasn't clean. Rest of room was acceptable and took a few minutes to make bathroom usable. Bee was box spring but provided a decent night sleep. Plenty of towels and toiletries. I checked in at 10pm and out at 6am so was sleeping most of my stay.

The bathroom was filthy. There was dirt all around the side and back of the toilet like no one had cleaned it for months. We ran out of hot water for the shower. Beds and tv were ok. Breakfast was average but no hot foods. It was a sparse breakfast. I rated it average but it would be a low average. We won’t stay there again. It’s pet friendly so there were dogs likely in most rooms.

Had a normal check in experience, nothing bad or overly great. Got to the room, opened the door and from afar everything looked nice. HOWEVER, THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING! One could only assume our room had been used for filming a porno or someone just had some sort of dirty sex. The sheets on both beds were covered in pink/red lipstick stains; the comforter had cigarette burn holes; and the tub looked dirty as well. But worst of all was the clear handprint on the backboard of the bed as another reminder I was sleeping in a room and bed that sex was had ALL OVER in and then probably was just tidied up and not even cleaned. I paid the $112 because I wanted something more quality than the $65 hotel options nearby even though I am on a budget. I regret it because it would’ve been the same as a rundown roadside hotel. I will not be returning to a red roof inn again. I wish I could get my money back.

Its a good place to get a room if youre down on your luck maybe or need a place to stay in a pinch but in my pinch, i coulsnt bring myself to stay here. We checked in & seen the rooms & left. The rooms were filthy. Handprints on head board, filthy floors &inspected the beds & there were stains & just felt nasty. We couldnt bring ourselves to do it. Didnt feel clean enough to lay my head there & definitely not clean enough to have my kids around it all. Its a motel style place so when i arrived, i shouldve known. Going to be avoiding this place & anything simular.

One night stay on our travels. Would definitely stop again. Check in was easy and the young lady was pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The lady at reception at breakfast in the morning was also very pleasant and friendly. I will add this place to my stops when heading to Florida.

I like the location of the facility, it’s by the highway. If you are stopping by for a night after a long drive. It’s a good place to be. Clean room Nice and quiet Friendly staff Big TV👍👍 The only issue I have in the room that I stayed at. AC/Heater unit have seen better days. Needed to be serviced. The fan is too noisy when it’s on. I had to turn it off so can sleep and that gives me a warm room to sleep on. Not fun when you needed a good night sleep and the next day I have a long drive ahead. But overall I really do like the place. It was just unfortunate that the AC unit wasn’t working properly when I stayed. And it’s was the last room available when I stayed.

There was a big dog show in town, and the staff at the hotel was super accommodating every day for a week serving us breakfast early at 5 AM instead of the usual 6 AM. All of the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything.

The young lady at the front desk was very professional and courteous. I was treated as a very important guest. The room was exceptional. Cleaned better than some 4 star hotels that I had stayed in. I booked a smoking room and there was no trace of smoke smell when entering. Worth every penny and priced so reasonably.

Got in super late due to travel trouble and asked if it was possible to get a late check put at noon and got a very rude and abrupt NO i said i would have paid a fee still No thought that was crappy but over all a good place to stay

Nice, clean updated and large room. Big TV with lots of channels, including Prime for TNF. Parking right outside the room. Well lit parking lot. Waffle House next door. Pilot convenience store close. Easy I-10 access.

There was a big dog show in town, and the staff at the hotel was super accommodating every day for a week serving us breakfast early at 5 AM instead of the usual 6 AM. All of the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything.

Free breakfast was only toast and coffee and tea. The pool was closed. The TV did not work. Check in was easy and quick, room was clean, shower was hot and good.

The room was nice and clean But house keeping was very slow in cleaning my room and making the bed I saw the maintenance guy and he was very helpful in getting some one to attend to my room His name was Richard a very nice guy The hotel is very old and needs a make over But it was ok for my trip I don’t think I would stay there again As they have no pool The breakfast was a joke

Excellent front desk person when I checked in! Large clean room with dated furniture & appliances. Only dining options are a Waffle House next door & Burger King a quarter mile away. Only protein source in the free breakfast is yogurt.

bed comfortable, too bad we had to change rooms due to VERY inconsiderate neighbor (not the hotel's fault). front desk tried to get the attention of the person next door with Loud tv. breakfast was good and location was easy to get to

The rooms especially the bathrooms were very dirty. Had to go buy my own cleaning supplies. However the staff was nice. The rooms were in decent condition. They have a continental breakfast, not a full breakfast. But was still good to get the day started.

The staff are all wonderful and helpful; the rooms exceeded my expectations, as it was modern, comfortable and clean. They even let me get breakfast earlier than posted time, as I was leaving for a road race. I would absolutely stay here again!

Shower was not clean. A lot of hairs on the side of the shower and a nasty looking rag was hanging on the curtain rod. Staff was nice and friendly!

The phrase "you get what you pay for" comes to mind, regarding the Red Roof Inn. When I arrived about 6 o'clock in the evening, there was no one in the lobby took several minutes for anyone to show to check us in., the room was seemingly clean, but immediately noticed stains on the bedspreads, throughout our stay, my wife and I found out we weren't alone. Several different types of bugs were crawling or flying or dead. The bathtub looked as if it was the same one that I had used 50 years ago when I stayed at these kind of motels. The breakfast was only a hot breakfast because of the self made waffle no proteins were offered except for a yogurt. Overall highly regrettable forgettable stay!
