Dear Le Fleur Team , Thank you very much for your hospitality . We stayed in total 3 nights . One of the best service that i ever experienced . Rooms are very clean , very nice and classy designed . The room service ladies were very friendly and attentive . Same for the receptionists, they are very kind , professional and helpful . They made me , us feel very special . The Breakfast team is also above expectation . They made us feel at home . The Ladies were every morning welcoming us with a big smile and are really professional. In total , it was an amazing stay , thank you for everything .

This hotel is not 5* and stop confusing customers. Yes, it’s great location to Porto Montenegro, just steps away. Hotel is surrounded by such an ugly buildings and construction site. We were greeted by some old man, no uniform, no hello, no can I help you carry luggages. Room was small, but clean and very good air conditioned, but elevator and hallways is literally sauna. Breakfast totally not 5* quality. Laying in the plates folded cold pancakes and waffles. We were offered water from a sink, tasted so awful!!! Fruit plate was cut fruit, pineapple peaces rotten.Table was decorated very nicely and breakfast attendant from Bali was the biggest highlight.She was so professional, sweet and friendly. The man who check us out charged us city tax and pretend doesn’t have right amount give us a change, he can leave some tip for him self. If you call your self 5* hotel you need to deliver everything to perfection. If you want to experience truly 5* facility and service go to “ Regent” hotel. They should visit them self and learn from them. I would never consider to come back to this place.

The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!

We are fussy travelers from Manhattan and keep high standards. La Fleur was a perfect hotel. Quaint. New. Excellent location block from the water and main restaurant and shopping area. It had everything you need, small pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam. Lovely and quaint rooftop bar with great views. Well appointed rooms. Most importantly beside total cleanness is staff. The staff is amazing. All the people for day and night teams whilst we were there this week weee outstanding! Everyone in the team should be proud of themselves. So friendly. Genuine. Kind. They made the hotel shine. Our waiter(forget name) was l sweet and most thorough-he made our dinner all the better. Thank you everyone at La Fleur-you are the five stars of the hotel.
