Awesome breakfast. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we were there but indoor pool hot tub and spa are a plus. Good walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming, the food was good (breakfast and dinner - and free snacks in the afternoon!). There's a nice pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room on the property. The location is convenient to the little town with lots of shops, and a 5-10 minute walk to the train to get to the Zugspitze. Overall, we had a really nice stay and I would recommend this hotel if you'll be in Garmisch!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a lovely balcony with a beautiful mountain view. As an added bonus, there is a very nice spa and pool. We were driving and the parking garage was so convenient with easy access to the hotel. There was great variety on the breakfast buffet and everything was delicious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. A great choice for a stay in Garmish!

Cleaned room, good size and nice view of the court yard. Service was good. Swimming pool was very refreshing. Jacuzzi was powerfully and clean. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.

Wie immer sehr freundliches Personal. Es wurde zum letzten Mal einiges erneuert/renoviert was gut ist! Schiebetüren für das Bad sind jedoch nicht unbedingt mein Geschmack. Zudem hatte unser Zimmer [212] einen eigenartigen Eigengeruch. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt sowie auch das Frühstück: sehr gut!

We loved Hotel Zugspitze! We stayed here for a few nights and used it as our base for exploring the area and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is near the main squares and shopping street in the town but far enough away that it is very peaceful. The hotel itself is very cute and clean, with very helpful staff.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder frisch - das Zimmer altbacken. Beim Frühstück gibt’s keine Säfte. Wasser in Flaschen muss bezahlt werden. Der Pool und Gym sind aus der Zeit gefallen. Abendessen ist lustig. Die Suppe kommt später im Hauptgang als Soße daher.

The place was absolutely amazing and the staff were super friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. The only think lacking was AC. We thought they had it so we’re disappointed and very hot at night while trying to sleep.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Sarah at the front desk. Not enough towels in our bathroom and they were not very good quality. Shower floor was dangerously slippery. Food was very good. Very nice private parking garage.

The breakfast was fantastic every morning we had it. The food was fresh and had a plethora to choose from. The rooms are huge and so are the bathrooms. The view from the furthest side of the building still has the mountains peeking out above the buildings. The staff were very pleasant to talk to. This is a four star hotel and it shows!!

Loved my 3 nights at Hotel Zugspitze. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. Loved the french doors out to the small porch. And the ability to tilt the door to safely get fresh air. Super convenient to access Zugspitze, Eibsee and Linderhof.

Opholdet på Hotel Zugspitze med balkon og udsigt til bjergene var fantastisk. Den valgte halvpension levede med kulinariske valg kant over det forventelige. Service og personale ikke oplevet bedre - seriøse med mange bud på oplevelser og print/køb af billetter. Kommer gerne igen, da vi “kun” nåede at udforske Garmisch og dermed har Partenkirchen til gode

Opholdet på Hotel Zugspitze med balkon og udsigt til bjergene var fantastisk. Den valgte halvpension levede med kulinariske valg kant over det forventelige. Service og personale ikke oplevet bedre - seriøse med mange bud på oplevelser og print/køb af billetter. The Hotel Zugspitze offers an incredible staff, delicious food, stellar location, and amenities. We wish we lived closer so we could visit frequently. Frank was kind enough to make sure we were fed after a late arrival. However, the star of our stay was Jonathan, who was kind and helped us so much. We cannot wait for the opportunity to stay here again.

The Hotel Zugspitze offers an incredible staff, delicious food, stellar location, and amenities. We wish we lived closer so we could visit frequently. The property was impeccable. Beautiful , festive . Rooms are great , fantastic bathrooms . Nothing missing Front desk staff was also great & pleasantly helpful . Restaurant staff were not pleasant . We were there for a conference down the road, but we chose to stay closer to the center of town for more dinner choices and access to the Christmas Market. We couldn't have chosen a better location. The hotel is outstanding. The service staff at the front desk, dining, bar and cleaning were excellent. We promise to be back again for next year's conference!

Loved my 3 nights at Hotel Zugspitze. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. Loved the french doors out to the small porch. And the ability to tilt the door to safely get fresh air. Super convenient to access Zugspitze, Eibsee and Linderhof.

Loved afternoon “Kaffee und kuchen” happy hour. Very helpful front desk, especially on recommendations for food and attractions. (Sold tickets for Zugspitze at front desk.) A great stay. A little pricey, but great location. Two minute walk to downtown.

We loved Hotel Zugspitze! We stayed here for a few nights and used it as our base for exploring the area and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is near the main squares and shopping street in the town but far enough away that it is very peaceful. The hotel itself is very cute and clean, with very helpful staff.

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming, the food was good (breakfast and dinner - and free snacks in the afternoon!). There's a nice pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room on the property. The location is convenient to the little town with lots of shops, and a 5-10 minute walk to the train to get to the Zugspitze. Overall, we had a really nice stay and I would recommend this hotel if you'll be in Garmisch!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a lovely balcony with a beautiful mountain view. As an added bonus, there is a very nice spa and pool. We were driving and the parking garage was so convenient with easy access to the hotel. There was great variety on the breakfast buffet and everything was delicious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. A great choice for a stay in Garmish!

The breakfast was fantastic every morning we had it. The food was fresh and had a plethora to choose from. The rooms are huge and so are the bathrooms. The view from the furthest side of the building still has the mountains peeking out above the buildings. The staff were very pleasant to talk to. This is a four star hotel and it shows!!

Cleaned room, good size and nice view of the court yard. Service was good. Swimming pool was very refreshing. Jacuzzi was powerfully and clean. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.

Hotel Zugspitze was one of the highlights of our Bavarian vacation. Parking was convenient. We temporarily parked beside the hotel to unload our luggage before moving our vehicle to the hotel’s private guest parking area. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff graciously stored our luggage while we explored the nearby Partnach Gorge. When we returned later that afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our luggage had already been delivered to our room. To make our stay even more memorable, the hotel upgraded us to Room 103, which featured a beautiful balcony overlooking the majestic Zugspitze. The room was modern, spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and smelled fresh. It included many thoughtful amenities that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We chose the half-board package, which was an excellent value. Afternoon snacks, dinner, and breakfast all offered generous selections of fresh, delicious food. We also enjoyed the hotel’s large, spotless jacuzzi and wellness facilities after a day of sightseeing. Another detail we appreciated was that guests were free to choose where they wanted to sit during meals, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Garmisch-Partenkirchen and provides easy access to the surrounding attractions. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. We highly recommdnd this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
