Broken ice machine for at least a month.

The actual room was pretty decent, except for the old smoky smell and broken tv…the property was honestly terrible. Broken ice machine and broken elevator.

The Motel 6 was the least expensive in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was up and running and was well-kept. The room was simple and clean. The bed was comfortable. It's not fancy, but it serves its purpose and is close to the bus stop that goes to the light rail station, so it's convenient.

You don’t expect a lot from a motel 6, but this was one of the worst! Pool was closed. Hallways stink. Ice machine is down. Rif raf all about. Dog poo everywhere. Recommend spending the extra 30-40$ and stay anywhere else.

There was at least a half inch gap at the bottom of the door. We could hear people talking loudly and dogs barking until well after 11 pm and very early in the morning. The hotel is hidden behind a gas station and it was difficult to get in with a car. There was no direct street access. Everything else was fine.

The elevator at times wasn't working, but aside from that the room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Stopped by before check in to verify reservation. Lady said was no problem but would not let us use a bathroom even though I had a reservation. When we checked out the next day a new lady checked us out and was very nice and polite. Motel was a little hard to negotiate and get to for parking.

You can tell they got a lot on their plate. The service was good, the room itself was fine it was just under construction, elevators didn't always work, my non smoking room sorry if smelled like a smoking room and you can't actually adjust the temperature of the shower you just get very hot water with varying pressures plus no soap or shampoo. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they're in a rebuild and that's ok, but if your rebuilding and still open, you need to make sure the guests your are serving are taken care of.

Honestly for a motel 6 this is probably the nicest one I've stayed at. I was surprised there was no shampoo or Kleenex in the room, but it's not a big deal. Fridge and microwave, ac was groovy and the rollaway wasn't garbage. I would've liked to have been able to open our window a little more than was available. Security and staff were very nice. There were a few moments I was sketched out, but it came down to the tenants not the actual property. No pet fees and tons of places to take your pet. A couple was fighting in our hall and they took care of them within five minutes. For everything it is, I'm honestly really impressed! Well done guys!

Large noisy dogs barking into the night. People talking in the hallway at 3am. Hallway carpeting smelled like urine. Room dark & dingy. Worst place I’ve ever stayed & I was a flight attendant. Don’t stay there !

The entire motel including the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. So much so that while walking in the hallways, I held my nose. My clothes smelled from it too. It’s shame because it’s one of the few budget motels or hotels in the area with comfortable beds.

Did not clean the room even after requesting multiple times.

Left the Hotel after 3 hours due to blood on the sheets of my bed. Was promised to be refunded through Hotels.com still waiting

Rooms was not clean ac was broken and had all types of people wondering on property. Feel not safe .photos online was misleading

The building is pet friendly which is amazing but you can really smell it. They need possibly stronger cleaning agents. The staff is wonderful and kind. Plumbing could use some updating as water pressure is low and drains move slowly. I came away with some bug bites from the sheets and didn’t want to peek to figure out what it was lol. Overall if you’re in a bind it’s a great place to stay at a great rate.

Dirty room, room key do not work and you have to constantly ask the front desk to reactivates it. Most people work there are nice except for one. Homeless people all over place, overall very sketchy. I will never stay at this location again.

If you are looking for the cheapest place in town, this is it but there are reasons why. First of all, there were some shady characters hanging out outside every time we went in and out of the hotel. One guy sat in his car for hours and had various people enter and exit, so it seemed like he was dealing something.This hotel is located very close to Arapahoe and I-25, so the noise level is loud. Our room had a loud AC unit that took hours to cool the room down, an industrial strength toilet that alerted the entire floor you just flushed, and a TV that was pretty difficult to work. The bed was HORRIBLE! They still use spring coil beds, and I tossed and turned all night because of the pressure points. They only had two pillows on the bed, and no comforter. They had one of those scratchy blankets in between two sheets which was just awful. You can tell the owners tried to make a few updates, but they didn't make the place that much better. The walls were completely bare. The staff was also not the greatest. At one point, my husband went down to the front desk to ask where the ice machine was. There was a staff member on the phone YELLING about how someone had "f-ing threatened" her. She never came to the front desk to help my husband. The hallways smelled of weed, and the room had a weird smell. I came here with my family and was just grossed out by the whole experience. Pay $25 more and stay at La Quinta right next door.

Don’t believe any of these 5 star reviews. They’re incentivized to leave a 5 star reviews. The motel offers discounts for these reviews. I’ve stayed here twice, both time the wifi didn’t work. If you need reliable wifi during your stay, don’t stay here!!!! The hot water in my room was out. Both ice machines don’t work. The only good part about my stays was that the room was newly renovated. Outside of the room, everything sucks.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat and worn.

I wish I knew at check in that the rooms with ODD numbers are on the side of the building away from the busy interstate. I have had trouble sleeping every night from hearing traffic as well as a very noisy heating unit in the room. It would be nice to have real creamer, not powdered with the coffee. It would be great to have napkins with the coffee as well.

The person at the desk said my full name, my room number, and my phone number in front of someone who was living there, who was describing me to a person they were with on the phone. Did NOT make me or my mom feel comfortable at all, that’s how people get kidnapped. The tv didn’t work at all, we called the desk night one, and no one ever came to fix it. Day 3 we called again for help with the tv and the person at the desk came to try and fix it. She couldn’t, but said she’d call maintenance. They never came. So the tv didn’t work the whole time. Neither did the WiFi. There was dog pee in the elevator the whole trip. The sink in the room didn’t have hot water.

If you work from home do not stay at this hotel their Wi-Fi is very unreliable.

Room was big, bed was comfortable and I had a great view of the sunrise from my window. Also tv had a good amount of channels. A couple negatives are housekeeping were very noisy in the morning, talking loudly and doors slamming shut. It's a pet friendly hotel which is nice for people but someone left their dog in the hallway and they were barking forever. Had no shampoo, that's a basic thing to provide. Also it's unfortunate that the pool is outside, since it closes for the winter.

WI Fi sucks.

The room was fine. The night attendant seemed to be fairly new and didn't have much knowled. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but the price was cheaper than those places around the areas. ge.

The boss lady was rude and the elevator had a bullet hold in it! There’s people living at the hotel and people hanging around the hotel outside!

We could not check into the hotel because there was no one there to check guests in. 6 guests were standing in a 10x10 room that was dirty and unsafe. There was and armed guests with billet proof vest to check guest through a plexiglass door…if there had been a clerk there. Since we could not check in, we had to look for other accommodations.

I did not stay here. This motel is getting 1 star because I attempted to confirm my stay and was hung up on, 5 times. I live 7 hours from this location and would have gotten into town very late. I did not want issues, so i called to make sure my room would be there when i pulled in. Not only did the front desk hang up on me twice, but the customer service agents hung up on my 3 times. There was no confrontation or rudeness, there was no reason. I did not receive call backs or emails. So i cancelled the reservation and had Hotels.com (amazing help) email them for a waiver. After 72 hours, i was informed that Motel 6 would not give a cancelation waiver. No further explanation. This motel should be struck from the list of possible places to stay.

Staff was helpful & kind. Didn't like that while trying to help a family member I had to book thru a 3rd party & wasn't able to apply a military discount.

Other than someone setting the fire alarm off at 3 AM, everything was great! Staff was super accommodating. Right next to gas stations and target. 10 minute walk from the train.

Michelle was one of the best check in employees ever, greeted me with good service let me know wether or not I could get another night due to a unforeseen circumstance she gave me advice about cheap and good gas stations near by let me know about pricing helped me out whenever I got food ordered honestly, best service ever!

It was within walking distance to Fiddlers Green Amphithearter!

A sketchy area, homless and others hanging outside all night scaring the staff.

The hotel was okay but quite dirty in the hallways and common areas. There were quite a bit of homeless around the area and didn’t seem like a super safe area. There was only one body towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping as well as the interstate. Overall it wasn’t the best nor the worst place I have ever stayed. Would stay again in a pinch.

My second time staying at this property and it has been an easy check in, safe environment with lots of dinning options and close to the LR arapahoe station!!!

Good rates, clean rooms and nearby shoping and available public transportation.

Motel is a homeless hangout, 4th floor stunk of Marijuana eventhought its a non smoking property. Peoples are consistently yelling and stomping around all throughout the night. I understand that for the amount you are paying you for the amenities are not going be great but you can clearly tell there are people that are not paying guest accessing the property at all times of the day.

The coffee was good!

The staff was cool and there was fresh coffee every morning. Eclectic mix of people and few to zero a-holes.

First and least time using motel 6!!! No hot water for tea of coffee after 10am. Shady people all hours of the night. Just overall terrible. Bad location

It’s a Motel 6. The rooms are clean, the a/c and heater work, and there’s no pet charge (which at $15-25 per dog per night can be the same charge for two people at some places that have make-it-yourself waffles for breakfast). So we Motel 6 it. And then we have enough money left over to find our own breakfast choices down the street.
