We were delighted to be offered an early check-in, a small gesture that made a big difference after our drive with kids. Special thanks to Shaktivyel, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The service levels were exceptional throughout our stay. A heartfelt shoutout to Ramu** and Veerumani at the restaurant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced every meal. Our kids had a blast thanks to Feroz, the activity manager, who kept them joyfully engaged with well-planned games and entertainment, giving us some much-needed relaxation. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience. With stunning views, top-notch service from their entire crew, and the charm of Yercaud all wrapped into one, this is a must-visit location and a must-stay property. Highly recommend it for families, couples.

It was an amazing experience but the AC in room was not high enough and when I try to lower the temperature,I noticed that beyond some temperature, I couldn't lowered down from my remote. I could have called front desk and since it was at midnight,I really sleepy and don't want to wakeup. That was the only negative experience which I encountered,apart from these everything including hospitality,food were awesome especially hats off to the location.I have to shout out some of the names like Rajkumari ,..in the restaurant did excellent service.

Great view and a good place to switch off and hide out completely to refresh yourself. I would definitely recommend the resort to my family and friends. Pool is awesome too and all rooms have got extraordinary view too ..
