The property was fine. The room was large and convenient for our family of four but everything is very old and outdated. Plus points for the food, which was absolutely excellent. Service- ok. Not the friendliest staff and yes, compared to an average German location. Ridiculous that you have to pay 15 euros for lost keys. They also don’t let you know upon checkin so that was an unpleasant surprise. Sauna is small and you have to book in advance Overall it was fine but I expected nicer facilities and room for the price!!
