The rooms were an inferno, with AC doing nothing but make a buzzing sound and the staff seemingly uninterested. The property isn’t close to the airport either and there’s no shuttle (taxi is €30 ). If you are looking for a hotel prior to flying I would strongly recommend you stay somewhere else nicer as you’ll have to take a pricey taxi either way

Close to airport but that’s the only bonus. But even that was suspect as the arranged transportation from hotel to airport. Cost 30€. Absurd. The hotel has a limited menu and bar. Do yourself a favor and go for a walk. There is a great Italian place Il Vicolo. The pool was closed and the bar. Closed at 10.

Cuarto muy limpio, silencioso y cama muy cómoda. Clasifique como muy malo el servicio ya que este hotel no cuenta con un servicio tipo Shuttle bus que te lleva al aeropuerto (5 minutos de distancia), lo que te obliga a la fuerza pedir un Taxi.... La movilización en Taxi hasta el aeropuerto (5 minutos) costó 30 Euros, a las 7:30 de la mañana. O sea casi el 20% del costo de la habitación!

Kjempefint hotell i nærhet til Firenze flyplass og også Firenze by. Vi kom med bil og fikk parkere gratis på utsiden av hotellet. Veldig hyggelig personale både i resepsjon og under frokosten. Vi ble oppgradert til et connecting room siden vi var to voksne og tre barn, og i den orginale bookingen hadde to separate rom hver for oss. Bassenget var er veldig bra! Utendørs, kanskje litt lite sol der, men det gjør ingenting når det er så varmt som det er. Masse deilig søtt til frokost, også varme retter som man kjenner det fra hotellfrokoster. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

This should not be called an airport hotel. It is false advertising...cost me 50 Euro to get to the airport. The room quality was also very poor...horrendous mold in the shower, shower flooded out into the bathroom, door locks didn't work as they were some modern security lock that started alarming in the middle of the night for an unexplained reason, wall paper was falling off the walls...not up to the Novotel brand that i know from north america as a premium European brand.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences that we've had. I never write reviews but feel I must warn others about this place. If you plan on staying here anytime between June and September please be aware that there is no air-conditioning in the public spaces or your room. We stayed here when it was 35 (95 Fahrenheit), it was impossible to sleep in the room. When asked the front desk to help with the issue they sent up a fan saying that this is normal for this hotel. The rooms are also very worn out and dirty, the carpets have stains, the curtains are dirty, and the bathrooms smell of mold. We rented 2 rooms for our family and both rooms had similar issues. This hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel on Expedia but in my opinion, it's no better than a 1-2-star motel comparable to a motel on the side of a freeway.

One of the worst hotels if ever been to. Loud, very dirty, mold, dust and stains everywhere. The room I was initially sent was a complete disaster, the receptionist Luca however was very helpful and supportive. He apologized various times and sent me to a newer but yet not much cleaner room. All in all, I strongly don’t advise to stay in this hotel. The value for price ratio is just the worst. I paid around 150€ and it was just not worse that amount of money. Sorry, big disappointment…

We chose the hotel for its convenience to rent car return and airport for early departure. The desk staff were excellent, giving us a room prior to official check-in time. The dining could have been a bit better but it was okay for our purposes. On the second floor there was noticeable street noise even though we checked that the window was closed and locked.

Far, very very far from nearest attractions or convenient transportations. We had to take taxi everyday which cost $50-60 one way. Slow Wifi, no A/C at 80 degree F, no USB port at all, no kettle or coffee maker. Staff tried but nothing much they could do. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was in terrible conditions. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the carpet of the room right when you walked in the door. The walls had scuff marks on them. The air conditioning unit didn’t work until someone came up to manually reset the thermostat after multiple calls with the front desk trying different restart options. Nevertheless, helpful, kind staff who arranged a taxi for me to pick-me up for my early morning flight.

We checked in late in the evening and the staff were not very welcoming. The taxi cost over €30 because the hotel falls into a different area to other airport hotels. On check in , no information given re wi-fi and we could not locate any in the room either. Room was very basic but clean. I was due to stay here the night before my return flight but cancelled and stayed at Wyndham Garden instead - very good decision.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfy, the buffet breakfast was great and had lots of choice. The staff were also friendly and would help with anything. This hotel is right near the airport, only a 10min drive from the terminal (cost us €25 for the taxi). This hotel DOES not provide easy access to Florence itself - you would need local transport or a taxi to get into the city centre. There are restaurants and a supermarket close to this hotel in the area.
