The hotel air was broke in the lobby. The room smells musky, carpet needs cleaning, popcorn ceiling is old. Price was good but you get what you pay for. Staff was amazing and friendly. We could not hang out in the lobby due to the air not working. Bed was comfortable and air in room worked great.

Starting of with finding used needles in my room, massive safety and health concerns. I tell the front end staff and they didnt even seem to care or show any type of concern. The changed my room and that seemed better. I believe the but another family in that room later that night, i am not sure. The lobby of the hotel doesn't have air conditioning or some time now i was there the first weekend of august and from what i was told it was out already 2 month prior. The room air conditioner stopped working on the last night i was there. Overall i do not recommend this place for anyone. Management is useless and corporate seems not to care either.

This property needs upgrading. The HVAC system put out stale air in several areas. The water tasted terrible- like sulfur. The sofa in the room was stained and so was carpet. The elevator floor was marred. The breakfast was excellent and staff was very good there. The pool was nice too but furniture outside needed refinishing. This would be a great hotel if it was cleaner.

The pool area needs new lounge chairs. They are falling apart. Also need some umbrellas out by the pool area also. The hotel good selection is not the best at the bar. Breakfast was very good. Elevator was pretty dirty, buttons had a lot of dirt build up. And there was pen and ink stains all over the floor in our room.

Property seemed to be old ceiling in bathroom was covered with mold bathroom sink took all night to drain no air conditioning in lobby area this is far from Hyatt standards best thing I can say was breakfast was good I would not stay at this property ever again

Overall, it was an average stay. However, there was only one elevator working, which was quite slow. What topped that off was the morning we checked out. We were waiting to get on the elevator, and one of the housekeeping staff seemed to be cleaning her cart, and putting things where they belong. We were holding multiple bags and been the first to push the elevator button. Finally, the elevator comes to our floor, she proceeded to get on and as we started to go in, she put her hand up and said, “I’m going to the next floor”, preventing us from getting on.. Yes, there was enough room, and we found it SO disrespectful that she watched us holding all of our items and “cut us”. There staff clearly need to be taught kindness and courtesy, as she must’ve forgot she works somewhere where customers should be given that.

We had reservations through hotel.com....upon checkin they had trouble finding our reservations. One of our rooms had blood on the sheets when we went in and the room they changed us to had a very noisy ac. Breakfast was basic....waffles were rubbery.....hotel staff were often not at front desk for help. Tried the pool...two of the lounge chairs were broken and there were no pool towels available.

Not worth the 250 price tag. This hotel looks nice in pictures… it is anything but. The carpets are badly stained all throughout the hotel. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Little to no toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioner was loud and barely worked. Pretty sure there were blood stains on the floor of the room.. along with many other unidentifiable spots. When I asked the front desk of any recommendations for places to eat she responded with “I don’t know”. Poor hospitality and overall a horrible hotel. Will not stay again.

The desk staff were helpful and friendly, they were the best part of the stay. The housekeeping didn't show up. The hotel is musty smelling, there was poop smear on our toilet seat in the first room we had. Scribbles in black marker on the couch, stains on the sheets. The pool had lots of bugs, including palmetto bugs. The included breakfast was pretty good. Overall the hotel needs some work, which is supposed to happen but who knows when.

This hotel is disgusting. Roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom exhaust caked with crud. The only light in the bathroom flickers. Stained carpet in the room. Every piece of furniture dinged up. Peeling wallpaper and frayed carpets in the common areas. Usually Hyatt Place hotels are pretty nice. This one is awful. Was very happy to leave after a three-night stay.

I'm not even sure where to start with this review... the only good thing about this hotel was the staff. It was the dirtiest most disgusting place I have EVER been in. The bedding was so old that it not only had blood stains on BOTH beds but the sheets, towels and comforters had been so wore down that they had huge holes in them! There were black hairs everywhere, in the bed and on the floor. Our feet were black after walking on the carpet. I brought these concerns up to hotel staff and they laughed and told me that they get these complaints 10x a day and management will do nothing about it. I will never go back there.

The overall hotel and the property were good but something was going on with our room. Our room had this overwhelming damp smell when you walked in. It was actually hard to tell if it was a damp smell because it could have been smoke. The smell was always overwhelming once you entered the room but afterward, you got used to it. Thankfully I was only staying in the room for one night otherwise I would have complained about it.

The overall hotel and the property were good but something was going on with our room. Our room had this overwhelming damp smell when you walked in. It was actually hard to tell if it was a damp smell because it could have been smoke. The smell was always overwhelming once you entered the room but afterward, you got used to it. Thankfully I was only staying in the room for one night otherwise I would have complained about it.

The property was OK, not the greatest but not terrible. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean however, it is pretty outdated. The furnishings, flooring, paint, linens, etc. are all aging. The hallway carpets and conditions of the elevator cabs are really bad and could do with a heavy cleaning. Hyatt needs to invest in updating this hotel, especially if they are going to continue charging the same prices as similar and more modern hotels in the area.

No internet for 5 days. The room wasn’t clean. There was grease on the couch and Cheeto dust on the tv remote. We asked for a new room (you know a clean one with internet) and of course didn’t get it. There is one ice machine on a busy floor. Two slow elevators. Terrible experience all around.

Check-in was easy. The room felt humid, but I’m not sure if that’s normal for this area or not. The carpet wasn’t fully clean and felt damp/sticky when walking on it. Updated and clean. Friendly staff. No microwave in room. Smelled like pot on the entire floor first night, and in our room the second night. Management sprayed the halls, did really work.

Once they know you are international they will never refund your deposit, I have been waiting for more than 12 days and never get it back. When I ask them about it they will tell you the issue with your bank. I check with the bank and they told there is nothing refunded, all hotels released the deposit in the same time at the check out except this hotel

Mia, erin, Dianne and all the rest of the front desk staff, are absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. The hotel house keepers are absolutely wonderful and so helpful, they, will literally stop what there doing to help you out.

Our first night the a/c was broken so everyone woke up hot an nauseous. When I told the woman at the front desk she said that the maintenance guy came in at 9 and she would send him to the room. I asked if we could change rooms but she wanted us to wait. There was also no cleaning products in our shower pumps and pizza on the floor by our elevator. She didn’t write anything down, nor did she apologize or seem to care. I called that afternoon to check on the room, and the person I spoke to at that time knew nothing about my concerns, and the maintenance guy had to been notified! When we arrived that night, the man we spoke to at the desk was helpful and polite- he switched our rooms and apologized.

We had 2 hotels, 1 at this location, 1 in Orlando for DisneyWorld. When we returned to our room at this hotel our fridge was cleaned out of our water & energy drinks by staff. We spoke to front desk about it, they said the manager was on site & it would get resolved by that night. Spoke to them again 2 days later & they said there had not been an update. They said they would go ahead & issue credits. Its been a month since our stay & we recieved no credits or reimbursement for the stolen items.

Staff was great, and very nice. This place is in terrible condition for a Hyatt. Elevator was filthy, and the floors need to be replaced. The hallways smelled like weed and carpets where old and dirty. They let a homeless woman sleep on the lobby couch each night. Our bed was old and sunk in the middle.Overall..this place needs alot of work and updating. I have never seen anything like this at any other Hyatts we have stayed at. I was on a business trip and didnt have time to change my hotel. So we stayed away as much as possible. I will be talking to there corporate office. We get hotels to rest while we are conducting business. But this time...we are totally exhausted and disappointed at almost everything we seen at this hotel.

Overall, it was an average stay. However, there was only one elevator working, which was quite slow. What topped that off was the morning we checked out. We were waiting to get on the elevator, and one of the housekeeping staff seemed to be cleaning her cart, and putting things where they belong. We were holding multiple bags and been the first to push the elevator button. Finally, the elevator comes to our floor, she proceeded to get on and as we started to go in, she put her hand up and said, “I’m going to the next floor”, preventing us from getting on.. Yes, there was enough room, and we found it SO disrespectful that she watched us holding all of our items and “cut us”. There staff clearly need to be taught kindness and courtesy, as she must’ve forgot she works somewhere where customers should be given that.

I didn't like the lady that greeted us when we got there. She was extremely rude. I came down stairs after seeing the room and she looked at me waived her hand in the air and said what, like really that is how you talk to me?! I told her the room was not what I booked and she proceeded to tell me there was nothing else available and that is what I booked. When checking out the same rude lady was there and I asked her where do I put my room cards and she said throw them in the basket. Sorry I interupted her smoke break and her phone call! Never again would I stay there because of the way she treated us.

This property needs upgrading. The HVAC system put out stale air in several areas. The water tasted terrible- like sulfur. The sofa in the room was stained and so was carpet. The elevator floor was marred. The breakfast was excellent and staff was very good there. The pool was nice too but furniture outside needed refinishing. This would be a great hotel if it was cleaner.

This is a perfect location and a perfect hotel for a one night stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds have amazing sheets and pillows. Reflective of a more expensive property. Also, the shower is, again, amazing for the value. You feel like you are staying in luxury for a value price.
