You get what you pay for. It’s not TERRIBLE but I could definitely be better. There was no iron/ironing board in the room nor on the property it there was a washer and dryer you could pay for and use.

The ice maker didn't work. Had go to racetrac Fuel station to get ice. No coffee and the sheets had spots from candy in it...

It was a nice room with kitchenette and large fridge

Clean throughout. Great shower. Microwave and fridge. Perfect for what i wanted.

Clean rooms and helpfull staff. I will stay again !

Very Clean Rooms Brand New (Renovated)

A complete dump. So many roaches I can't even sleep. Literally one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Not to mention the staff is rude

The room was both very unclean and almost nothing worked. Hair in the fridge and in the microwave? Also just as a list of everything messed up when we checked in: phone wasn’t connected, alarm clock unplugged, TV said no signal and you couldn’t use any outlets next to the bed. Not to mention rude customer service and lack of professionalism. Received a non-smoking room that smelt like what you would imagine your grandmothers house from the 1960s smelt. The cherry on top was the hole and screw in the ceiling. Ultimately wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend at all.

The man checking in demanded 100$ Cash for a deposit he had my credit card on file but demanded Cash saying he would give it back to me in the morning I refused since a card for incidentals is what should be required he was hateful about Cash but no recipients for the deposit would be given. There were 10 coolers outside rooms beside us and the people staying there were having a party in the parking lot music so loud you could not sleep this continued for 4hours I asked the man to say something nothing was done ! At midnight I told Him we felt unsafe and had to leave the musics beer cans everywhere and the drug use out side our door was unacceptable. He still refused to do anything refused to refund our stay told me to go tell them to stop that he wasn’t going to do anything. The room had ants in the bathroom there was empty beer cans setting in the main office lobby all over the restroom in the lobby. This place is trying to steal 100$ cash from people and giving no receipts allowing drugs and alcohol party to carry on all night and refuse to do anything for the safety of the rest of the GUEST. unfortunately this was a horrific experience!

Decent for the price. Room smelled like weed. Floors were very dirty.

Our room had trash in the bed side drawer, and for a no smoking hotel there was burns on the blankets and sheets, as well as the room stunk like cigarettes. The room was unbearably hot when we got into it and took over an hour to cool any at all. The floor had not been swept.

Door didn’t locked when you get out. Card is not working even door already open.

There were a bunch of people partying upstairs when I was getting ready to lay down. I said no sheep tonight for me. I seen it was 10:00pm and heard steps coming down the hall above me. That was all The noise I heard that night. People up front don’t mind stopping the noise at 10:00pm. That’s fair enough. I will be staying here again.

Got locked inside the hotel bathroom alone when the door handle broke off. I called the front desk 10 times and didn’t get anyone finally I was able to break lock and get myself out after 10 minutes and walked in to the lobby to the old Indian guy sleeping at the front desk.

I was quite pleased with the Tidiness & Curb Appeal being that it is an older building. The Cable TV worked well as did the WiFi.

Customer service was good until it was time to check out. Front desk called my room at 10:46 to tell me it was check out time. Check out is at 11:00. Then when I went to turn in the key card, he snatched it out of my hands. No greeting, hello, thank you for staying or nothing. I'm very big on customer service especially when I am spending my money for a service. The room was nice and clean. There was a stain on the shower curtains. Look like some shampoo. My only other dilemma is this morning there were some guys out front of my room talking loud but it was time for check out anyway. Other than that overall stay was okay!

From the rude man at check in to him giving us a room that was occupied, and then being more rude when we came back to get a room that was empty it was already obvious that this hotel has no business whatsoever on hotels.com. On top of that it says there is a no smoking policy, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke and we found cigarettes and ashes in the nightstand draw as we checked the room before leaving. The door was so crooked on the frame that you could see light around the door 24/7. If not for the fact that there was nothing available for a reasonable price due to University of Georgia graduation weekend, I most definitely would have left.

Was told check out is 11 am card was deactivated at 9:30 am and had someone walk into the room

Nightmare. When I arrived to check in nothing was said to me the guy didn’t even get out of his chair and come to talk to me. Then I was told I was a liar for not providing an ID for my service dog. (That’s illegal to ask) so I asked for a refund and the other male that came to help, They both stopped speaking to me and stopped speaking English. Waved me away. Went outside found the ID on my phone and showed the males. They changed my room number and shoved me a card. The room was used and trash can full of beer cans. Had to ask for a new room because that one was leaking. During check in I had a friend help me and they only wanted to speak to him during the room exchange instead of me. (Showing obvious signs of discomfort in speaking with a female) Housekeeping came in less than 12 hours of me checking in to “check the room” I work from “home” so I was in the room during the day and was treated like a criminal. When I asked for clean linens and towels after a Week of being there. They refused. Said I couldn’t do that. I spent 2 weeks during this one stay because moving to a new hotel was extremely inconvenient to me. Housekeeping never came and I was denied clean linens and towels so I used my own and had to go buy my own toilet paper because front desk told me I wasn’t allowed to ask for them to be changed. Parties in the parking lot of groups drinking and grilling and playing music loudly. It only gets worse from here and will leave extended review. Pt. 1

Front desk personnel had no customer service skills whatsoever. I felt treated as if I was staying there for free.

Customer service was not the best from an older gentleman that checked me in. No I contact, no greeting, could not understand, a I believe either a customer or perhaps a maintenance staff that was standing behind me helped when it wasn’t clear what the check in attendant was saying. 1 night stay, 5/9 ~ 5/10, Rm 214

It was convenient to a lot of eating places. It was quiet and affordable.

Kind of hidden behind another motel so I didn’t find it right away. It’s a basic room at a good price.
