Easy check in, nice well let are to walk the dog. However they entire grass area around the property is full of trash and cigarette butts. Hard to let your dog got to the bathroom when everything they sniff is another cigarette butt.

It was a very friendly environment. And I like the fact that my dogs were welcome. Even accommodated us with a ground level room. Just so it was easier when walking out dogs.

Very nice folks at the check-in counter! A very convenient stop when on a longer trip home from North Carolina, and perfect for those of us with a traveling pet. Thank you for allowing my pup, Henry, to stay free of charge in our room with us. He and we appreciate being able to travel with a furry family member!

Only bad thing i had to say was im disable and had a long walk from my car to my room. My room was in front of the pool and i had to walk around to the back where no parking is. Other then that it was all great.

Went with our dog and they have a huge grassy area to walk him. The place was very clean and breakfast was decent! Would stay again.

Great check in and all other interactions with front desk was professional. The room was in great condition. You can see that recent renovations had been done. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. If I'm in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook at this location.

walked in checked bed sheets had pubic hair and spotted I went and got sheets from front desk . This has been my favorite spot to stay when I come to town even months in a row but I will not return, room floor did not look clean at all I was very disappointed desk table legs were wobbly

Even though they were many many available rooms I was given room that faced the parking lot. When I asked for a room on the other side I was given attitude. The rooms are dark with only a single curtain that is open shows the world what's in your room. There was a blood stain on the sheets, there was hair on the wall of the shower, and again the staff grunted at you when asked any questions

It was nice. I liked the room, the laundry machines there. There was even a nice man that talked to me there. The room was spacious and the bed was big. Everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay there. I couldve stayed there longer probably.

Nov 2025. We stayed there for 1 night. Coming in into the reception area, there was no one there. I had to wait a while. Front desk person was nice though when she got there, and that's the only service I required on that visit. Breakfast included coffee, juice, muffins, and waffles (self-serviced). Room was pretty standard; don't expect to be wowed. It looked like an old property, but seemed pretty well maintained. It has security cameras everywhere, so I guess I felt somewhat safe as it's right next to the interstate. Restaurants are within walking distance.

It is right next to the highway, and the noise is extremely loud. The air conditioning in the room is also very noisy, making it difficult to rest properly!

Bed was comfy . Pillows were hard as a rock.. were a few drops of dried blood on the bathroom floor near the jam. I gloved up and cleaned it with bleach. Other than that I would stay here again.

Upon entering my room, there was a pile of dirt by the door. The floors appeared to have been hit and miss by a mop. The doorway entrance to the bathroom had hair and dirt in the crease. The heat/air unit was very loud and the door did not shut securely allowing air to breeze in at the bottom. It looked as if the door was once off its hinges. I did not feel safe.

After staying at this hotel, I promised this would be the last time when i sacrifice my comfort for money. The biggest problem was the bed (and the most important one). I don't know what they use for the mattress base, but it was metal and every time i sat or tried to lay down it was like rolling on a metal can. I couldn't sleep and we had to stay there for 4 nights ;/. There were also guests smoking all kind of things on the staircases. That didn't feel great. Location is in the center of Commerce, with lots of local food shops and a mall near by. They did allow our dogs in for relatively low cost, that was good.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Red Roof Hotel. My husband, who doesn’t speak English, was treated with blatant discrimination. Instead of being patient or respectful, the staff made us feel unwelcome. One staff member in particular, Billy, was incredibly rude and had an attitude the entire time. She showed zero professionalism and treated us as if we didn’t belong there.To make matters worse, they escalated the situation by calling the police on us when we hadn’t done anything wrong and was just simply trying to get a room to sleep. It felt like we were targeted simply because of a language barrier, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. No guest deserves to be treated this way. If you value respectful and fair treatment, avoid this hotel at all costs. I would never recommend staying here.

Hotel charge me double for the room. Both on hotels.com and at the hotel but the hotel is saying not in system but it is on our credit card statement. New girl at front desk obviously needs to be trained more. Very unhappy with this check-in experience you need to check your statements carefully if you are going to stay here.

Probably the cleanest Red Roof I've ever stayed in. Your front desk manager was friendly efficient and even had a sense of humor. Road access to the facility was challenging.

Be prepared for them to ask for a $100 cash deposit for security. I did not have cash and then they said I could use a credit card so they need to learn to give that option first because I reacted poorly. That’s the only thing I had to be concerned about on the entire stay.

Had a very good stay. Red Roof was clean, and very inviting. Very convenient to different shop's and food restaurants, with a pretty good selection of food places. Staff was nice, very sufficient in getting you checked in promptly. Thanks for the overall stay of comfort and warmth. I would definitely recommend to anyone to visit. Awesome 👍

The property is right beside I85, so there is a good bit of road noise. The room was clean, but the furnishings were worn and in need of updates. Breakfast was minimal, but served in a clean environment. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in.

Probably the cleanest Red Roof I've ever stayed in. Your front desk manager was friendly efficient and even had a sense of humor. Road access to the facility was challenging.

Clean, quiet hotel, large rooms. Nice breakfast options. Friendly staff. No bugs! Amazing location, restaurants and grocery and gas nearby. Great budget friendly option in the area.

Nov 2025. We stayed there for 1 night. Coming in into the reception area, there was no one there. I had to wait a while. Front desk person was nice though when she got there, and that's the only service I required on that visit. Breakfast included coffee, juice, muffins, and waffles (self-serviced). Room was pretty standard; don't expect to be wowed. It looked like an old property, but seemed pretty well maintained. It has security cameras everywhere, so I guess I felt somewhat safe as it's right next to the interstate. Restaurants are within walking distance.

The young lady at check in was great as well as everyone we interacted with; however, we had to kill a couple of small roaches will in our room. Breakfast was limited on choices. Other than those two issues the stay was great.

Clean room. Bed was good. Only complaint was very slim picking for breakfast (waffle maker, Cheerios and Raisin Bran, toast and bagel, packets of grits, prepackaged small pastries.

Went with our dog and they have a huge grassy area to walk him. The place was very clean and breakfast was decent! Would stay again.

Very clean. Breakfast…pancake maker not working, juices were watery. Room needed some some touch up painting. Like the hardwood floors versus carpets for cleanliness but it’s kind of a cold feeling. Ok for the price.

Bed was uncomfortable with hard pillows. Felt like someone had sat in the same spot for months on end. Front desk was attentive except for when asked to refill the waffle mix an hour before breakfast ended.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here, the only thing I disliked was not having breakfast. It was wonderful to have a pool right outside my room door. And room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

When I booked this breakfast was included. When checking in I was told no breakfast because the waffle maker was down. The listing has since changed and breakfast has been eliminated. I would not book this property for that reason. The room was ok, there was a dehumidifier running in the bath area, quite loud and distracting for sleep. The room looked like it was missing some furniture, we did a take out dinner and there was no place to sit. Was an ok experience, I just won’t book it again and will be very wary of booking another RedRoof.

Everything was quite adequate for a one night stay. Shower had dispensers for soap and shampoo. Didn't work very well but again adequate. Pillows were hard.... Very pleasant except for the pillows. Free breakfast have been discontinued but there must have been over a dozen restaurants within a mile from the ĥotel.
