Great owners and family owned business! The Quality Inn in Holly Springs will soon be the best hotel that the town will have to offer. Even with ongoing construction onsite during our stay, our room was pleasantly quiet and clean. Highly recommend and will soon return.

The service provided by the hotel was good. The staff were friendly, and the caretakers took care of the room regularly (in terms of cleanliness). The elevator was not working, which was a bit of a hassle for the guests staying on the second floor. The hotel is within 30 minutes' driving distance from Ole Miss campus, so it is ideal for folks visiting family members, watching a game, or attending commencement.

The service provided by the hotel was good. The staff were friendly, and the caretakers took care of the room regularly (in terms of cleanliness). This hotel has been renovated and looks quite modern from the outside. The lobby and breakfast areas are beautiful. The room doors are still the old ones, but everything works. The bathroom was quite nice with the higher toilet seat which is nice for us older folks. Clean pool also. Located right off the exit so easy to get to and leave.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the room was updated and nice. The breakfast area of the hotel was also updated, clean and nice. The carpets (hallways and in room) were dark and dated. The room had an odor (perhaps from previous smokers) and the A/C unit wasn't as effective as I'd like given the odor. Side door to building wasn't not secured by keycard even though the sign claimed it was. The price felt a little high for this level of "quality."

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The pool had safety issues, no emergency exits from the pool. The hotel wasn’t very clean. Just overall a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here

The front desk worker was very kind and accommodating. However, our room was not very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable; the shower was clean, but the walls in the bathroom had grime and random chunks of something that had previously been flung on there; the carpets felt grimy and damp when walking on them; the remote control had grime on the back of the controller. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke mixed with cleaner and it was a smoke free room. Overall, we had the general feeling of ick while being there. Again, the staff was quite kind and helpful, but the general room was not something i want to return to.

It was filthy from top to bottom. Big stains on the bedspread, mold in the bathroom, sink did not drain, tub, did not drain, exhaust fan in bathroom, did not work, mold around the window seal the owners absolutely do not spend any money whatsoever in regards to repairs and maintenance and or supplies.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The microwave didn’t work, the TV had to be reprogrammed by a manager, there was no coffee anywhere, and the continental breakfast didn’t start until 7:30, which is way after what was advertised. I had to depart at 6:30, so I would’ve picked a different hotel.

The property was fine but there was a man shouting obscenities a room or so down from me until about 11:30 at night. I thought at first he was in an argument with someone in the hotel but since I didn’t hear anyone arguing back I assumed he was on the phone. I am not sure if hotel staff heard him but he was extremely annoying.

Very quiet and peaceful. When I arrived I didn’t know I had to pay a 100$ deposit but they were gone reimburse the funds after I checked out the room . I didn’t have 100$ on a card and he told me to just pay $50 cash and will give it back in the morning and when I checked out I got it back .. very trustworthy and honest staff ! 9.5/10 will book again

I was having a great road trip traveling all over the South, unfortunately I caught a cold just after New Years Day 2024 and needed to stop. By coincidence I landed at the Quality Inn at Holly Springs South, Mississippi. Instead of spending just one night I ended up two night and three days due to the cold. The accommodation and manager were perfect. He even check on me to make sure I was okay. Next time I stay just because it a nice play to stay.

The room I reserved was non-smoking. However, the room stink of cigarettes. The hotel staff would not switch out my room because they said it was a third-party payer. The room stink horribly, and I have no choice but to stay there because I was exhausted.

I believe they went up on the price? I think my price was quoted to be $130. But they changed the price to $179 a night. Never paid that much so glad I don't have to go there again. I'm glad my son graduated.

Stay away from this hotel! Mike, the manager or possible owner is psychotic! He kicked my family out of the hotel because my daughter and her friend came to be our guest, from college. They weren’t spending the night. They just wanted to eat dinner with us and go for a swim after a hot Mississippi move in to my daughters new dorm. Mike instantly told me I was a liar and told me to get out. Terrible service. It was very scary. We drove all the way from Minnesota and had no where to stay in Holly Springs. We had to drive back into Olive Branch, which btw was awesome.

We picked this property from using it 5 years ago. It has been 5 years. A lot has changed around it in 5 years. The property owner was on site this morning. He was very likable and pleasant. The hotel is next to a Love's stop. We didn't have any issues with noises or people.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The microwave didn’t work, the TV had to be reprogrammed by a manager, there was no coffee anywhere, and the continental breakfast didn’t start until 7:30, which is way after what was advertised. I had to depart at 6:30, so I would’ve picked a different hotel.

Was reasonably comfortable, clean, and quiet (especially for the price). Honestly my only complaints are that I had to wait for a good 5 minutes to check in because there was no one at the desk and no way to call them, and that they didn't actually serve breakfast. Breakfast was promised/included but when we left at 7 the breakfast area was dark, empty, the fridge was locked, and once again there was not an employee to be found

There was a smell of mildew in the room, pink mold and hairs around the shower, visible urine stains on the toilet And the refrigerator was broken. I asked for a new room and I was told no. I said fine, Can you please at least Clean the room. I was told the room was cleaned and refrigerator was replaced. After I got back from work, I realized neither happened. I asked for a new room and I got one. The front desk attendant Told me to pack all my things and meet her at the new room and I gave her my old key. She said that since I didn’t have both keys, I could not get into the second room. I Told her it was probably packed in my bag, but she did not accept that and would not let me in the new room. I was literally sitting in the hallway with all of my belongings like a homeless person. I lost my purse in the process had to call and have my credit cards stopped. I thought it had been stolen, but it was at the pool because that’s the only place I had to go while I tried to figure out what I was gonna do because she wouldn’t give me the key the second room. I offered to pay for the lost key, but that was not good enough. I took videos of all of this and I’m sending them to corporate And my lawyer Never stay at this place. They do have a mold problem and a water problem because all of my clothes, stink like mildew and you feel like you’re being wrapped in a wet blanket when you walk in the room.

Started out stepping on a roach walking in to check into the hotel. Hotel had double doors but the outside doors were propped open. Check in was fine but took a little long. The unit did not smell right. I tried to lock the deadbolt on the door but it was very difficult to lock. After several minutes of trying, I raised the door and it finally locked. Was difficult to unlock the next morning. The a/c unit was turned on to 60 degrees but never really kept the room cool. There was a coffee maker but the part that covers the reservoir was missing. The toilet moved around when you sat on it. There was a lot of caulk applied to the base on the toilet. Breakfast was not good.
