The room smelled strongly at dissinfectant. The elevators were terrible as you needed to call each one of the elevators individually. In the morning it took us 20 min until we were able to get one. And on top of that the service at the restaurany was beyond terrible. Once we entered the restaurant we waited about 30 min until somebody noticed us. They left a menu for us and then dissapeared for another 15 min. We were able to order the drinks and the food. They bring wrong drink for my wife and the food for me. We waited 15 more minutes and when we saw that her food was not coming, we chased the waiter and asked what is happening. It turned out that they did not even put in the order and they wanted to take the order again. At that point my wife had enough and left the restaurant. On top of that, my choice of food was not good at all. The hotel looks old, feels old and the service at the restaurant was worst ever. Avoid this property if you don't want to riun your vacation

Terrible. 22 minutos esperando el ascensor. Imposible tomar café: 1 sola máquina en funcionamiento

One lift was out of service. The other 2 were very slow, we with my daughter in wheelchair should wait endless to catch the empty one. The other young and healthy guests were not keen at all to give us the place as they were not instructed by the hotel staff.

Llegamos a las 22 horas despues de haver manejado 12 horas y no habia aparcamiento de pago como lo publican en hoteles. Horel de 14cpisos tenia solo 10 plazas de aparcamiento de pago. O sea no tienen aparcamiento. Nuestra reserva no les figuraba en la computadora . Por lo tanto nos aconsejan irnos a otro hotel o pagar por la unica habitacion que les quedaba, (que la tenian para casos especiales). Responsabilizaban a HOTELS.COM les presentamos la reserva que recibimos por email, el pago hecho en nuestro banco 1 mes antes. Y luego de recibir un mal trato del empleado, y largo tiempo de espera. Dice que encuentra el pago pero no la confirmacion de la reserva. Nuevamente culpa a HOTELS.COM. Al final , despues de una hora,recibimos la habitacion . No la que habiamos contratado, inferior. Y siempre diciendo que la responsabilidad era de HOTELS.COM. Nosotros durante años usamos vuestra plataforma, y nunca tuvimos problemas de llegr y q no exista la confirmacion de reserva. Tuvimos un destrato total del joven que nos atendio. No puso ninguna voluntad de entendernos

Parking with pay. Walking distance to turist attractions. Pillows are awful small and uncomfortable, beds are hard, showers falling apart, elevators are filthy. No kettle or coffee in the rooms, AC not very strong.

Very conveniently placed in downtown Sibiu and also closed to the old town. The hotel is nice and clean. The only think is parking is limited but has a public parking in front of the hotel and pay your stay per day.

Hotel con una ubicación bastante buena cerca del casco histórico. Habítación cómoda y limpia. Al baño le faltaba un poquito de mantenimiento, por ejemplo a la mampara de la ducha que no cerraba bien. Cama cómoda. Desayuno bueno, aunque la parte dulce no tanto. Aparcamiento al aire libre, si lo dejas en la acera de delante del hotel, éste te cobra 40 lei diarios, si aparcas en otra zona del mismo sitio, pagas 15 lei en la máquina pública.

Decent hotel in downtown Sibiu, it was reasonably priced but also quite basic. The staff were friendly and parking outside was easy.

Während unseres Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel fiel uns auf, dass es deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, was den angegebenen Sternen nicht gerecht wird. Die jungen Angestellten an der Rezeption waren zwar in Ordnung, aber ein Lächeln würde ihren Service deutlich verbessern. Ich verstehe, dass ein ganzer Tag an der Rezeption anstrengend sein kann, aber als Gast möchte ich diese Belastung nicht spüren. Die Zimmer waren akzeptabel, allerdings hätten sie sauberer sein können. Die Dichtungen an der Duschkabine sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden, da sie, wie das gesamte Hotel, stark abgenutzt sind. Die Kissen waren unbequem und entsprachen kaum dem, was man als Kissen bezeichnen würde. Ein weiteres Ärgernis war unsere Zimmerkarte, die nicht funktionierte. Wir mussten die Rezeption aus einem Nebenzimmer anrufen, um dies zu melden, und es wäre schön gewesen, wenn uns eine Ersatzkarte ins Zimmer gebracht worden wäre. Stattdessen mussten wir zur Rezeption gehen und die Karte selbst abholen. Zu den positiven Aspekten des Hotels gehört die hervorragende Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums und die fantastische Aussicht, da unser Zimmer im neunten Stock lag. Insgesamt war das Hotel für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, in Ordnung. Dennoch sollten die oben genannten Punkte als Anregung für Verbesserungen dienen. Jeder Gast hat unterschiedliche Erwartungen und Empfindungen, und für uns waren diese Aspekte leider enttäuschend.

Hotelzimmer wurde nicht gereinigt keine Handtücher Tür konnte nicht geöffnet werden jedesmal Karte aktualisieren

Peeling paint around TV frame; shower tiles developing mold. Food and drinks were good. Service medium to good.

This hotel is clean, full of amenities, conveniently located, and has a friendly staff. It's not far to the train station (it took about 10 minutes by bus and three minutes by cab) and only about a three minute walk to Old Town Sibiu. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Soweit alles ok fuer ein Stadthotel. Teilweise morgends sehr ueberlaufen. Es waere schoen gewesen, wenn innerhalb 1 Woche Aufenthalt mal jemand vom Housekeeping im Zimmer gewesen waere.

Soweit ok… Housekeeping schlecht, Zimmerreinigung bei Superior room nach urgieren, Gläser nicht gewaschen, Toilettenartikel und Handtücher nur teilweise erneuert. Rezeption sehr bemüht und nett! Frühstück sehr günstig und gut!

The stay was fine but AC didn't work well and it was warm at night which stressed not able to sleep comfortably. Old hotel's odors weren't enjoyable at night. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Es handelt sich um ein eher einfaches, aber doch gepflegtes Hotel am Rand zum historischen Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ansonsten einfach. Die Strasse ist sehr laut, mit geschlossenen Fenster konnte ich gut schlafen. Es war recht warm im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage half nicht wirklich. Das Frühstück war soweit gut.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out experience was smooth. There was plenty of parking space. My room had plenty of space, and had a nice view over the city. The amenities in the room were great, only thing missing was the minibar. There is also a bar at the ground floor where we watched some football in the late evening. From the hotel you can easily walk to the Sibiu town square. Breakfast was also good. I can recommend this hotel, good price quality ratio.

Hotel cerca del centro, bien ubicado. Parking exterior en las inmediaciones. Desayuno variado y correcto. Habitaciones amplias con vistas a la ciudad. Personal amable. Buen wifi. Recomendable.

This hotel was in a great location and easy walking distance from the town centre which boasts a good range of restaurants and bars. Check in was easy and efficient even though we arrived very late. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a comfortable bed, air-con, hairdryer, TV etc. The negative points were the WiFi which was terrible and continually dropping. The safe which had contradicting instructions labelled on the outside and on a sheet of paper inside. Neither instructions worked. Housekeeping were odd as they seems to change towels but that’s it, no tidying the bed or replenishing the toiletries. I also am not fond of these small bottles of shower gel and shampoo, not very environmentally friendly and just a pain to use. I would stay at the hotel again.

We spent a pleasant stay there. Room clean and spacious, breakfast is good and plenty of chiose. The view from the room was nice as well.

Air conditioning didn't work in the room, obscene in a giant glass hotel. Only way to even slightly cool the room was leaving the windows open, but it's overlooking Sibiu's main highway so noise throughout the night. Impossible to sleep. Room wasn't fit for purpose and should have been fully refunded, but the receptionist simply noted the issue and offered no further action.

Rooms weren’t ready at check in time, receptionist abrupt

Wir sind erst gegen 2 Uhr nachts angekommen. Es war aber sofort ein Portier da, der uns unsere Zimmerkarten ausgestellt hat. Sogar etwas zu trinken hat er uns noch besorgt. Spitzenklasse!

Ex-Ibis Hotel but modern & of good standard. My room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff friendly & efficient. Central location, about 20 mins walk from the station. Not as good value as other hotels on our trip but perfectly acceptable place to stay.

Gute Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut (große Auswahl). Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Abendessen war, als wir dort gegessen haben, anders als an anderen Tagen, nicht à la carte, sondern in Buffetform. Die Preise, die in den Aufzügen für das à la carte-Essen aushingen, hätte ich wahrscheinlich als angemessen empfunden (haben wir nicht probiert), das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für das Abendessenbuffet hat leider nicht gepasst.

Un hotel super beau et super bien situé. Le buffet est varié et excellent. Le parking de l’hôtel n’as pas beaucoup de place mais ont peut payer 10 Roni environ 2 euro et c’est pour 24h. Les chambres sont très très propre, confortable et la douche est parfaite.

Hi War alles soweit in Ordnung… nur am Morgen bei den frühstück war es kaos da zuviele Leute da waren …. Es gab keine Kaffe Tassen die Kaffe Automaten waren ständig leer und sehr hohe Wartezeiten überall…. Es war nicht gut organisiert bei diese Massen an Leute braucht Mann das doppelte Personal …
