Backyard Oasis 4 Meilen in die Innenstadt! Whirlpool, Feuerstelle, Spiele!

Loved the backyard for the dogos... hot tub was great! Plenty of space for our group of 8 adults. Area was very nice and close enough to Broadway for inexpensive uber rides.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the patio and lawn games! Great location and we loved walking in the park up the street.

Traveled here in late June with my family of four (two teens 14 and 17) along with my sister and her family of five (14, 11 and three year old). Home was clean and appeared as described. Check in was easy and fast. Home was in a very safe neighborhood, close to highways. We were in town for a family reunion in Franklin. We were able to get downtown quickly as well as Franklin. Downtown is about 12 minutes away. We visited the Zoo (10 minutes away) and the Grand Old Opry ( 20 minutes). Would highly recommend. Not in a walkable neighborhood to restaurants/bars if you’re looking for that kind of experience, however.

Perfect home base for our Nashville stay!We were in town for our daughter’s orientation at Belmont University, and this home was ideal - only 8 to 10 minutes from campus. It’s a great spot for families, especially if you’re bringing a dog, and would also be perfect for a girls’ trip. We especially loved the “get ready room” with three daughters in tow!The backyard, hot tub, and covered patio made a great hangout area for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, with easy access to everything in Nashville. We also loved having a dog park just steps from the house.The home had everything we needed, even a yoga mat and small weights, plus some fun games. The management company was responsive and communicative, though we never had to reach out because check-in and check-out were seamless.We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in Nashville with the family!

Street is quiet and short walk to 12 South.
