O funcionário que me recebeu foi super simpático. O quarto grande com vista pra montanha lindo, limpo. O hotel com uma baita estrutura. E do lado da estação de esqui para iniciante. Dá para alugar os equipamentos lá mesmo no hotel.

Værelset var ok, men slet ikke 800€ /nat junior suite til to værd. Der var også en kedelig udsigt fra balkonen og det var virkelig irriterende, at lyset var styret af natte, dags, eller aften lys, så man ikke kunne tænde bare en lyskilde ad gangen - f.eks. hvis man ville læse en bog om aftenen. Dele af personalet var ekstremt langt fra et 5 stjernet hotel. Dog var personalet i restauranten fantastiske.
Værelset var ok, men slet ikke 800€ /nat junior suite til to værd. Der var også en kedelig udsigt fra balkonen og det var virkelig irriterende, at lyset var styret af natte, dags, eller aften lys, så man ikke kunne tænde bare en lyskilde ad gangen - f.eks. hvis man ville læse en bog om aftenen. Dele af personalet var ekstremt langt fra et 5 stjernet hotel. Dog var personalet i restauranten fantastiske.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut oder überragend ausgestattet. Empfang und Service ist hervorragend. Ganz zu empfehlen ist die wirklich große und entspannte Wellnessanlage. Diese ist sehr zu empfehlen Und dann natürlich das tolle Serviceteam, insbesondere der immer aufmerksame und super sympathische Amani aus Kapstadt, im Bergland-Restaurant. Er hat einen erstklassigen Service abgeliefert und uns sehr nett und toll unterhalten. Es wsr ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Abend beim Essen, welches natürlich auch sehr gut war. Amani hat uns aber jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen, und dies ist natürlich für den Gast sehr erfreulich.

Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. A few members of your team I would like to give special mention to are Anna at reception; our waitress, whose name I regret I didn’t catch but who I believe is Slovakian; the Greek barman; and the gentleman who I assume is the restaurant or front-of-hou
