Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Braselton, GA

The first room that put us in the tv didn't work because of a broken cable. They put us in a suite which was "okay", but the floor was slooping in places. It felt like we were drunk trying to walk from the living room to the bathroom. The plaster on the wall was cracked in several places and actually falling off the walls. The room was directly above the indoor pool, which was temporarily closed. Maybe the humidity from the pool caused the cracked plaster and slopping floor. There was a pack of sugar on the floor in an area that looked like a putting green space and large pieces of dried mud in one of the elevators our entire stay (4 nights). Everything else seemed clean. The elevator inspection expired in April of 2023, which is a serious violation. The daily breakfast was good and everyone was nice. However, a smile from the staff would have been an improvement. No one seemed happy to be at work.

staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 elevators on property, 1 was out of order, the second elevator had an inspection permit posted that expired in april of 2024.

Pool area could use a cleaning.

Easy, quick check in (Latoya is really nice!), and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful indoor courtyard area!!

I booked the hotel online traveling back from Tennessee where it had rain and my granddaughters were a little disappointed. I booked at this hotel because of inside pool, only to find out when I checked in, it was out of service. The hotel was nice but would not have stayed there knowing the pool was not in service. That was the main reason I booked there. Granddaughters were disappointed again! Should update info online so guest will know pool was not opened.

Parking was easy. The front desk staff was friendly, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable.

Overall, a solid choice for short stays. One of the safest places you can stay at, as it's directly beside a police station. A car is a must have for this location, I don't recall there being much sidewalks along the country road it's located on and it's about a 15 minute drive to any stores/food. Property was clean. The pool is modest in size and only 5ft deep, so good for kids.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was booked for four people. There was only three bath towels in the room. We all needed to shower after traveling all day. Went to the front desk to ask for an additional towel and was told they had no access to additional towels (it was around 1130 at night). After going back and forth with the gentleman at the front counter, his coworker told him to "go check the dryer", after which he retured with an additional towel. Next day after returning to the room, housekeeping had come to make up the room...they took all dirty towels and only left three clean towels, when again, the reservation was made for four people. Indoor pool was small, but great for the kids to enjoy in November. Breakfast and staff at the breakfast area were all great and attentive.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check-in was OK, not exceptionally friendly, but OK. Breakfast was OK. Appreciated having workout room.

Very clean and friendly front desk lady. The indoor pool is a nice attraction as well, it was clean and the temp was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was very good - they had a lot of options! Overall a wonderful experience!

The property is starting to get run down. Mold in the Bath room, hair in the floor. Front desk was poor at best. Will not stay there again.

The hotel room had a number of significant issues. Specifically: There was an infestation of flying black flies/gnats in the room. They were everywhere, getting into our food and beverage. One was discovered in the refrigerator. They were all over the bathroom: on the mirror, walls, shower, and toilet. I voiced my complaints. A different room was offered. The desk clerk informed me that these pests are "all over," including at the check-in counter. I have multiple red, itchy marks on my extremities. I believe the bugs bit me. A couple traveling from out-of-state said they noticed flying bugs in the breakfast area. I placed several cola, sweetened coffee, and sugar water covered containers and cups in the bed and bathroom. The cups had many, many drowned pests. The evidence was shown to the desk clerk. I spoke with another hotel guest who said the flying bugs were also in his room. Several guests who attended the church service also said they noticed numerous bugs flying around the event room. The event room was next to our room. There was a very large gathering of folks hosting a church service for 6 hours. The music was very loud with bongos and other instruments. Assigned the room right adjacent to this event. With bongos and other instruments, the music was very loud. The shower and sink had stains. The walls were filthy. Mold and leakage on the ceiling just outside our room. The lampshades dirty, dusty with hole. Microwave and replacement didn't work. Bad!

I made a reservation I called to be sure and ask until what time check in was available because we were driving from Orlando Fl, hotel. Com told they couldn’t find my reservation when I have a reservation # and the receipt from my credit card plus my credit card sent me a email and text, lady got me in hold for more than 30 minutes and insisted I don’t have a reservation I asked I wanted to talk to her manager she said manager wouldn’t talk to me how can be I was charged to my CC already and I don’t have a room I hang up called again and a nice guy found my reservation. Hotel doesn’t worth $325 for 2 days, old hotel smells musty room and entrance the night lady for the check in was super nice morning guy didn’t even say GM or thank you when we did the check out. Lobby was dirty we saw a guy all the time there looks like he lives there with his 2 dogs. At least bed and bathroom was clean but musty smell. If you are picky OCD like me I don’t recommend it

Upon arrival. the room had fruitloops under the TV stand and desk. The toilet had used toilet paper in the basin and the shower was full of hair. I responded to your text that the cleanliness of the room was a problem but the room was still not cleaned well. Don't send texts if you are not going to follow up. You have a training issue with the cleaning staff. They come in to clean half-ass and don't care whether it is clean when they leave. They check the boxes and hurt your business. Are they your relatives? Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the pillows. Room doors are old and not insulated, so I heard every person and chime from the elevator. I hope I will never stay at your motel again. Camping out may be a better alternative...

The hotel itself was fine. Good location, clean, breakfast was good. Good facilities as well. What let us down was the housekeeping. We stayed there for 5 nights and it ranged from bad to non existent from day to day. One day they came in and emptied bins only. Another day they did not change towels. Another day they forgot to replen coffee. Our beds were not touched throughout the stay. Mentioned it to a lady at reception and next day housekeeping did not do anything at all. The person that checked us in was fantastic but unfortunately I did not get to speak to him about the issue until the very last night we were there so not much he could do by that point. Shame about the housekeeping because the hotel itself was good.

The lobby, elevator and hallways were so heavy with mold, I could not breath. Thank goodness the room was not so bad. Had to use my nebulizer. Didn’t know how to get out of deal when the room was paid for. Dangerous to health!

Older Inn, need remodeling. Carpet was dirty, old pillows, shower didn't work very well and tub didn't empty.

The suite was fine but the mattresses are rock hard. We had a very hard time and felt very achy after the little bit of sleep we did get because of the mattress.

The hotel is clean but dated. We just needed a place to sleep and it was good for that. Bathroom lighting is terrible-4 bright daylight light bulbs and the only mirror in our room so beware. My husband actually loosened 2 bulbs because the lights are so glaring. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s okay but we will try other hotels next time we travel through the area. I’m learning not to depend on Hotels ratings. This hotel is certainly Not Excellent in my opinion. It should be rated as Good.

It was a nice hotel. The only negative was the gap under the door let all the noise in and the shower screeched the whole time I was in it. Probably a little pricier the it should be.

Freeway noise is unbearable. All of the suites are on the south, I-85 side, and there seems to be no sound insulation in the windows. I was able to get moved to the east side on the final (3rd) night, but that was no better. Staff was nice, but accused me of being a light sleeper. I would never stay here again.

The staff was incredibily friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable, although a little worn and shabby.

The property was fine. It looks as though updating is necessary. Our 4th floor room was on the highway side so there was some noise from the traffic. It was also directly across from the ice machine and laundry which again was a little noisy at times. There was an odd looking spot on the ceiling and we were unsure if it was a dead bug, a live bug, or something else. We decided to we spent the first night and when we saw the spot in the same place determined it to be an unusual mark for a ceiling and thought no more about it. The first morning there, the staff knocked on the door while we were all still sleeping. I told her that since we arrived late last night that we needed no service that morning. The next morning the knock came again but we were headed out for the day. I said five minutes and we'll be gone, but no one came back to make up the room. Maybe not as reliable as I would expect. The parking lot seemed a little small to me and all the big vehicles took up too much space. Also, when coming from the east the sign for the facility is hidden somewhat and not very large.

This hotel is too close to the interstate. It backs up to I-85 and all you could hear all night was the traffic - it was terrible. No sleep at all.

The room was as described online. Although some minor cosmetic issues were observed, the property was pleasantly comfortable to stay at. Elizabeth at the front desk was a Heaven sent and assisted us once we needed our stay extended.

Convenient and friendly staff

The staff was excellent! I had a friend with health issues and they put us in adjoining rooms. Very accommodating!

Unfriendly staff during check in and check out. Had to wait for 10 min for someone to appear for me to check in. Breakfast wasn’t served on time as stated.

Fe ail desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. When asked about the tv not working her response was “what do you want me to do about it”. Male desk clerk was courteous, helpful and friendly.

Have stayed before for Road Atlanta race events. Recent stay involved terrible check in experience. Was not greeted upon arrival No more then 2 lousy words from desk clerk who was apparently eating her dinner. "License" and "card" was it. Period. No hello. No how are you. No info on breakfast. No directions to elevators. Bad enough that we won't stay in future.

Amazing front desk welcome with a great attitude!!!!

The first room we were given smelled like mildew and the tub drain was backed up. The staff was helpful in getting us another room which was in better condition. The locks on the room doors are ancient and we kept having to walk down to the front desk to have our room keys reprogrammed so we could access our room. When we checked in at the front desk, we asked to extend our stay by one day; we were told to check back with the front desk the following day. When we did check back we were ultimately told we were set up to stay the extra day. The following morning, we received an automated text reminding us check-out was at 12. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told our stay was never extended and that it wouldn't be possible to extend as the hotel was full. All in all, our experience with this hotel was awful. They are currently renovating which also negatively impacts guest experience but perhaps things will improve after renovations are complete.

Great staff

This is a good hotel in a great location relative to the track. Quiet around the area so easy access and safe. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. Terrence is the man. I don’t know if I’ve ever had such helpful staff and I’ve been in ALOT of hotels with my travels. It’s wonderful to see such kindness and help still in the world today.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Frittata breakfast was excellent. Their store offered healthy frozen food options which I loved and I was able to splurge with ice cream as well. I was disappointed that pool was indoor, but that was my fault that I didn’t read. Room was comfortable and A/c was great. While the hotel was close to freeway, there was a lot of construction making it hard to get around easily. I also had a misstep and the manager went above & beyond to help me. Thank you Elizabeth.

Desk clerk was the best ever. Never found as good as her. Food didnt have choice. Fritata eas with Ham and sausage was pork. Not good for vegetarian, jewish or Muslims.

The TV lost signal right in the middle of a big football game we were watching. For the rest of our stay the screen said "Weak or no signal" The sink in the bathroom was stopped up and drained very slowly Our neighbors were screaming next door starting at 12:45 and lasting several hours Breakfast was terrible
