Manager was rude and combative, breakfast was cold and almost no food. Really disappointing. Won't be back!

I’m placing a formal complaint. I paid for in advance two queen beds. When I got there, they had one queen bed and one sofa sleeper. I did not consent of that and was not offered a different room based on the availability. We arrived sometime between 5 and 7 PM. I was told three different times the manager would call me to compensate me and I’ve yet to hear from the manager Elena. Therefore, I would like all my money back.

Hotel is new, breakfast was excellent! Front desk people in general really nice. Very good gym (no weight machines), the treadmill had its own TV. Didn’t give 5 starts because the shower didn’t have great water pressure and the blackout curtain didn’t open all the way.

Very Happy with our stay! Newer property. Very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was enjoyable and had heart healthy options! Staff was friendly. We will return!
