Hampton Inn & Suites Clovis-Airport North

This is a very nice place to stay when you are in Clovis. Very clean, delicious breakfast and a wonderful staff. Near lots of shopping and restaurants.

Only problem was staff was uninformed on laundry..and Laundry room was a nightmare. App to use machines....complicated. then required huge financial deposit and no soap available anywhere...

I stay here a dozen times a year because my wife and I have family in town. This past weekend though the up keep of the some of the hall way floors were not clean and blk. One of the elevators wasn't working so it would take 2-5mins for the wait time. Keep in mind we had 5 kids with us and one kf which was a newborn. The elevator i can over look because it was just this one time but the floors I couldn't. The price you pay for this location is in the premium price range so I'd expect clean floors Overall the rooms were clean and stocked. Breakfast was good and the entire staff were very nice.

I reserved 2 Queen beds for four people. And when I got to the hotel, hotels.com. Sent them the wrong information gave us only one Queen bed. And so we had to find a place for my kids to sleep. But the hotel took care of everything and got it sorted out even during the rodeo season when they were booked up the hilltail took care of us hotels.com. Mested things up
