Building looks run down and close. The pools were shut down. You can hear your neighbors upstairs and side by side talk, water running, toilet flushing, foot steps and T.V on. We had a hard time sleeping due to all the noises. The carpet feels sticky all around, we had to keep our shoes on. The pictures on the Experian looks deceiving. Never again will go back to that hotel. Overall staff was polite.

Made up their own hours to use pool and hot tub. Sign stated it opened at 9am and was going to go swimming before checking out and was told on Sundays it doesn't open until 11am very disappointing especially for my grandson who immediately cried because he was looking forward to be able to swim!!

The bathroom door was hard to shut and the tub had a dark stain on the bottom of the tub. Also, pool/hot tub area closed at 9pm. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing after dinner hot tub relaxation.

Hotel was older. I booked mainly because they had a pool and hot tub, as I have 2 teen boys. Checked in at 6:30 pm, pool was closed and dark. Rooms were worn and older looking. Hotel is just off main road, with trucker parking lot behind it. Beds were actually comfy, so not a total loss. Breakfast was about a 5 out of 10. Not the worse hotel, but expected much better for the price. Probably would not recommend.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at the pool was ice cold. The hot tub jets are missing the elements so the water shoots out of the hot tub. I have photos of the rotten wood around hot tub. Just gross looks nothing like the place online.

Unfortunately for our stay the pool was out of order, but a family member said it’s one of the best hotel pools in the area. When we first pulled up I was a little nervous the building was closed because there were no vehicles out front, nothing that made it look open. The staff was great when we interacted with anyone.

Beds were uncomfortable, we had 2 rooms one was very smelly. Hot tub was not working, door to the pool didn't work for some of our stay, with our keys had to contact desk to have them open it. Never any towels at pool.

The desk attendant was short, demanded "license" and then "credit card" followed up by "room 220, elevator down there". The wall behind the front desk has water damage, the walls have chipped and peeling paint, the entry is over perfumed, second floor smells like drugs, there was mouse droppings in the room, toothpaste dried on the wall, and more chipped paint and dirty smudges on walls.

Definitely would not stay again. The hallway and elevator had a different unique smell every time we left our room. Cars honking in the parking lot at all times of the night. 2 different nights some one banged at our room door after 1230am and no one was there. The doors extra lock was broke off completely. Atleast the door itself still locked. Its too bad cause its in a decent location. The pics online do not match the actual hotel. It looks alot nicer online.

Terrible the rooms were falling apart, there was mold, an pubs in the bathroom, broken glass outside the door , dead birds , chilling on the pool patio, an staff was rude, so i checked out early and was double charged by them i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone,worst experience at a hotel Disgusting

The facilities needs a dire upgrade. Many places were very dirty! My shoes stuck to the carpet in our room. There were holes in both our bedsheets and our towels. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was extremely polite and very nice.

Its wasnt too bad of a place to stay. The room was fairly clean, but not thoroughly clean. No continental breakfast, which is always a bummer. The staff were very polite and the front area was clean and welcoming. Not my favorite place to stay but definitely not the worst.

The desk clerk was not friendly when we checked in and the carpet in our room was very dirty and the carpet was sticky in front of the sink. The swimming pool was not warm at all. The beds and pillows were comfortable though.

We stayed here waiting for our truck to be repaired at the Kenworth dealer next door. We found our room to be very clean, quiet (we were on the top floor), beds comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful. Overall, we would stay again. Believe me, we’ve stayed at some horrible hotels on the road and found this one to be pretty decent for the price :)

The property is badly in need of repairs inside and out. The room was very small. There was no space in the doorless closet to hang clothing, due to a safe on the floor. There was no desk, just two dining chairs and a small table. The tub floor had a foot long crack in the fiberglass. It was a handicap equipped room which had no counter space in the bathroom. There was visible accumulated dust on the furniture. Although there was no housekeeping service for our two day stay. The only thing we left in our room during the day was some clothing and a watch in a a duffle bag. I have not been able to locate the watch since the trip . . .

It is an aging property. There was an iron burn mark on the carpet in my room. Sink was outside the bathroom. On Monday morning the bathroom all wet and the drywall tape in the ceiling was peeling. There was nothing 'comfort,' about it really. Bath mat was threadbare. Towels on the cheaper side. Bath products smallest I've ever experienced. Refrigerator froze my drinks. I would not recommend this property.

Its located near the highway and a good hotel for a night or 2. There is a kwik trip for gas and groceries within walking distance. Staff was friendly and courteous. Location is near another off ramp with many food options.

First of all, the staff was very polite, cooperative, and receptive. The room and hallway had the strong odor of marijuana. The air conditioner did not work in the room. Management did not have any remedies for those. Property is dated. Would not stay here again due to property but staff was good.

The pool was under construction & it was not listed on their website. When asked staff they responded that it was on the website but couldn't show us where & then deferred us to management. The next person deferred us to someone else & so on.....

This hotel was awful, people smoking dope in the parking lot. There was a lot of non-hotel traffic. Loud arguments going on in the parking lot and the breakfast was non-existent! I would have complained to the manager but there were no employees to be found at check out. There were no bathroom supplies, and the bedding was worn and dirty! I have to say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. they also approved an early check in and at arrival we had to wait to check in making us late for the wedding we were attending!

I would have complained to the manager but there were no employees to be found at check out. There were no bathroom supplies, and the bedding was worn and dirty! I have to say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. they also approved an early check in and at arrival we had to wait to check in making us late for the wedding we were attending!

We didn’t get refunded for issues that arose during our stay and were not refunded when we had to check out earlier than we planned due to 2 deaths in our family while traveling here from Louisiana which is why we needed to check out earlier! Disappointing that people have to go thru such a traumatic issue & pay for a room that we weren’t able to stay in & enjoy because of hotel system semantic. Management should be ashamed when such things happen tragically with people in there care and management & staff are not accommodating or empathetic enough to do the right thing for the guest to be satisfied. We are very dissatisfied with management & the service rendered as guest of this particular establishment!!!!

Its wasnt too bad of a place to stay. The room was fairly clean, but not thoroughly clean. No continental breakfast, which is always a bummer. The staff were very polite and the front area was clean and welcoming. Not my favorite place to stay but definitely not the worst.

The hotel staff was very rude and snooty about certain things. They blamed our problem on booking through a third party and not straight from them. Later that night I went down and asked for a razor because I forgot mine and the guy at the front desk was annoyed I asked for one. When I got back to the room I looked at the razor and it WAS ALREADY USED. It was filled with hair. The rooms are not sound proof like it states. You could hear everything in the room next to us and the room above us.

Definitely would not stay again. The hallway and elevator had a different unique smell every time we left our room. Cars honking in the parking lot at all times of the night. 2 different nights some one banged at our room door after 1230am and no one was there. The doors extra lock was broke off completely. Atleast the door itself still locked. Its too bad cause its in a decent location. The pics online do not match the actual hotel. It looks alot nicer online.

Its located near the highway and a good hotel for a night or 2. There is a kwik trip for gas and groceries within walking distance. Staff was friendly and courteous. Location is near another off ramp with many food options.

Hotel was older. I booked mainly because they had a pool and hot tub, as I have 2 teen boys. Checked in at 6:30 pm, pool was closed and dark. Rooms were worn and older looking. We stayed here waiting for our truck to be repaired at the Kenworth dealer next door. We found our room to be very clean, quiet (we were on the top floor), beds comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful. Overall, we would stay again. Believe me, we’ve stayed at some horrible hotels on the road and found this one to be pretty decent for the price :)

There was no hot water in any of the rooms, the eggs were terrible, the room smelled a lot like bleach and gave me a headache. No one was around to help with anything. There was no one to check us out and no one to tell that the hot water was out. I will NOT recommend or stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean, and rest of the property seemedd clean as well. The food at teh breakfast was sub-standard. Front desk personel were difficult to understand and not very interested in anything beyond was was required.

Wish I would have known the pool and hot tub were down. It was one reason I chose the hotel. Otherwise, it was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We arrived and the man “at the front desk” was grumbling because he had to leave the tv area to check me in. After check-in he showed me in the map where our room was and explained that it would best to drive around the building to a different entrance. I asked if there was a luggage cart at that door and he said they only had the one but, if I needed it I could walk it around the building to the other entrance. When I looked at him for a moment he said he could just walk it through the building to the other door. When we arrived in the room we were it with a very strong chemical smell that never left. The bathtub had very poor done patches put in where the tub itself had broken, plus everything was either dusty or rusty. The beds were made, but looked as if someone had just thrown the bedding there and made a half hearted attempt at actually making the bed. When we went to the pool there were a ton of kids there not being watched by anyone, the adults were on the patio drinking, and not one towel at the pool to dry off. We ask the same man at the front desk for some towels and he said that people are stealing them and we may just need to get some from our room. Begrudgingly he eventually found 4 clean towels, there were five of us swimming, and said that was the best he could do. I will never stay here again. If it had been for more than a nights stay I would have demanded a refund and left.
