Sleep Inn & Suites North Mobile Saraland

For just an over night stay it is good.

We came to stay one night while traveling to Texas we always try to make sure they offer a breakfast we got up early to come down and eat and to our surprise the food looked completely awful. A crockpot of gravy that looked nasty and cold biscuits. Poptarts and mini muffins unwrapped one boiled egg and instant oatmeal .No coffee and room temperature orange juice . The only thing worth eating was waffles you can make and some bananas. Please make things better for your guest

The staff were polite and rooms were clean, but high beds made access difficult for my elderly mother. The flimsy closet bar broke and wasn't fixed during our stay, leaving no place to hang clothes. Breakfast options were very limited, so we only used them twice during our four-day visit. Thin flooring meant we heard noise from upstairs at night, and our room's view was completely obstructed (avoid room 224). Towels were thin and often insufficient for three guests, though extras were provided upon request. Overall, I would not return to this hotel or choose Sleep Inn again.

Maintenance of facility. I had a refrigerator that didn’t work and the sink drained very slowly. There is shampoo and conditioner provided. However, body wash would be nice.
