Cleanliness wasn’t great. Good breakfast!

Was just a great stay

The room was spacious but it was not hotel clean. There was a space behind the couch that was covered in so much dust you couldnt tell the color of the floor, a spot on the wall at the end of the couch where you could tell someone had their head (it was grimy), around the AC/heater hadnt been vacuumed in quite some time, there was a very visable corner in the bathroom where chunks of drywall had been for who knows how long. This room was not clean! Outside, one of the very firat things we noticed was an iver flowing outdoor trash can right next to the dumpster, the buckets for cigarettes at every door were ugly, and there was trash everywhere. Next the TV was not correctly hooked up and we had to access the problem ourselves to watch crappy TV. Lastly, the staff. They were friendly but spoke very poor English. I will not be coming back.

A small hiccup at check-in which was quickly resolved by competent staff. Room was clean, amenities included everything we needed and the biscuits and gravy breakfast was excellent! Thank you! JA

Most horrendous experience. Nothing worked, staff cussing when we checked into the hotel and staff fighting in the breakfast public area because it was supposed to be ready by 7 and it food wasn’t out until 710. THE SAUNA was broken, no hot tub, pool was dirty with brownish yellow water. There was no ice in the whole hotel, they said they would send someone to get some and never did. Upon check in the guy half way into checking me in said what time is it, the person at the other computer said the time and he said thank God I’m clocking out and walked away without finishing checking me I . Seriously save your money and go to a super 8 before this terrible place! Oh and when I tried to check out the employee said I don’t have time to talk to you just put your keys in the basket and leave. Went to walk out the doors and the outside door wouldn’t open turn around and the inside door had shut and wouldn’t open with a kid in my arms and bags carrying out I had to pry the doors open. Then the guy coming back in said this place is trash, I would never come back. Seriously the worst experience and we banked on the sauna to help my son cut weight for his fight, otherwise I would have booked somewhere else.
