Property nice and food was mediocre. No one showed up for any of our service calls we made. It took 24 hours to get face towels. We finally caught one of the cleaners in the hall and got some from her. It took 4 hours to get someone to fix the toilet (we had to call a few times). The bellman called us on our last day to say he was coming get our luggage and never came. We brought it down ourselves. Then we paid for late checkout and our keys were still deactivated at the regular checkout time. Card machines don’t accept tap or some card chips. We tried a few different cards. We had to walk to an ATM. Not a 5-star experience. Not sure I’d go back.

The room cleanliness was poor. You could tell there was no deep clean in between stays. The promptness with service was horrible. Expect to wait over an hour for food at restaurants. I brought things to attention to the staff but nothing seemed to phase them to want to make things better.
