# 1, it was advertised as being a breakfast buffet, it is NOT, It has very basic breakfast food only like any other hotel chain has # 2 Our room wasn't cleaned after the first night we arrived, Nights 2 and 3 the room wasn't checked on, the coffee pods didn't get refilled, neither the trash, very basic items! Come on folks # 3 Pets in the hotel is a NONO ! # 4 All the team members were very nice, Very clean so far, but its new Great job by the team

Hotel was very nice and clean. Pool was nice. However, there was much needed work on the other things. Staff was not sure about what they were doing when checking us in. Room was not ready when we arrived, 1 hour after check in time. The so called breakfast buffet was terrible, they were out of everything. No napkins, no eggs, no meat, no biscuits, no chocolate milk, found 1 piece of fruit, it was beautiful on the outside and rotten when I cut it open. They said truck was arriving next week.
