The stay was okay . It was quiet through the night so we was able to get some much needed rest.If you book here you will have to use stairs no elevator.

The property is old and from outside at night there are purple lights blinking half out so first glance looks dumpy. Inside it has not been updated but it is clean and decent size room for the price. I stayed in a non smoking /king bed with a small table with 1 chair and a small fridge with a microwave, a tub/shower, Floors are tile cold and hard but rather that then dirty carpet honestly.It was fairly quiet, I was on 1st floor and smoking is on floor 2 and I did not smell smoke in room or common areas. Cart if u need to bring bags in that is wobbly tires. Pros Price- cheap $50-$60 a night Location - beltway- 288-45 close to freeways Pet friendly- at no charge Pay when arrive -cash or card No deposit for incidentals (none available) Pool area- clean and nice size with safety gate surrounding Cons- outside at night purple blinking lights Parking -lot has pot holes but parking was not overcrowded. Not updated and cold feeling but clean Staff nice enough until you ask for late checkout an hour and offer to pay extra but was denied.(understand the challenge) but most hotels work with you Towels- cheap and thin but enough for 2 people No coffee and vending is broken Hope that helps someone

Giant pot holes. Got handicap accessible room but no handicap parking at nearest door. Same car parked at nearest space from Thurs afternoon to Sun @11. Only One luggage cart that wasn't available when we needed it. Police activity blocked parking lot exit Both mornings. Fridge not cool. Strong Smoke smell in hall No late check out. Bed & pillows were acceptable. TV channel guide would be helpful. Outside door had key entrance but didn't lock. Anyone could enter. We won't be staying there again

Pool was filthy, not usable. The fridge had food from the previous guest. The outside of the fridge looked disgusting. We had issues with the toilet. We stayed there 5 days no obe went to check on the toilet. Would not stay there again. Does not let me add photos.

My room had bed bugs room number 142 and I booked 5 night only stayed once but in my stay the rooms are pet friendly and the motel smells of animals and cigarettes the pool fence is being built and the parking lot has pot holes everywhere and they still have yet to give me my refund for my 4 other nights that I didn’t stay

Literally the worst stay I’ve ever had woke up covered in fleas and roaches

I had to ask the front desk for a cain of Raid to spray for roaches. Also the sink in the bathroom fell off the wall and the shower was held together with zip ties. They offered me a refund, but they never gave me one. Never stay here.

Room was infested with roaches, scuffs and mysterious stains all over the walls, damaged drawers, worst experience of my life. Didn't stay any of the two nights we booked, ended up sleeping in our car and STILL not received any refund.

Dirty room? Smelled of mold bad, complained and got moved to a bit better room. That had nasty Wallac and bathroom.

this place was loud, dogs barking continuously. whole place smelled like cigarrette smoke no matter if i had a non smoking room. comforter had ciggarrete burns all over them. hallways dirty. so dirty my allergies couldnt handle it. only stayed 45 min after flying all day. very inconvenient. expedia picture is misleading. does not look nothing like the room. its filthy . worst hotel ive ever attempted to stay

When we first got there everything was okay before the end of the night our room was flooded someone had made the water system go off they moved us to another room it was full of fleas they moved us to another room that even had even more fleas

Upon entering my room, there were cockroaches traps set up on counters and in corners of the room, holes in the floor where flooring was missing, and an awful odor in the room. I didn’t say but 10 minutes and then I walked out. I requested a refund due to the deplorable conditions of the room and the owner was incredibly rude and started yelling at me. I will be going through hotels.com to request a refund since I had to go elsewhere in town to stay for my work trip.

There was nothing unique about our stay. They have roaches and one was alive on the bed.

Don’t recommend staying at the location woke up the next morning with bedbugs in the bed and roaches in the restroom price for this kind of conditions don’t recommend sleeping not one hour on the day here you will be disturbed and bit by them like I have experienced

The halls smells like animal urine & the rooms smells like an ashtray. The rooms were also filthy, like they didn’t actually clean them before we got there. There were used soap bars in the tub, other peoples hair on the walls in the bathroom, people’s belongings left in drawers, microwave was caked in food. Was very disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for.

When we arrived there was a strong odor of weed all around the lobby inside and outside! Later we saw 5 young people outside the front door smoking weed! The fridge in the room had dirty cups inside of it. The comforter was full of burned cigarette holes, the pillow cases and sheets had stains on them. The tv remote was broken and had no batteries in it. The toilet seat was broken. There were food stains on the floor in the bath room and around the fridge. There was something gritty like salt or sand all over the chairs. The light was missing in the bathroom. There were wall plugs hanging out of the walls. The parking lot needs cleaning and restriping!! What a dump!!!!!!! I booked through Hotels.com and was non refundable. We left immediately and did not stay there!!!

Got a Non smoker room and it smelled like cigarettes throughout my entire stay

It was old and dirty. Had a smoke smell and paint was peeling. Trash in the hall ways. Loud noises in the hall way. The window was glued shut. Outlets were loose so my charger wouldn’t stay plugged in

The room was good and spacious, the lobby reeked of cigarette smell, however the rooms did not had any foul smell. The room we got was really spacious and enough space for just the two of us which was really surprising. The major complaint that i have was the noise. We could hear a lot of noise throughout the night. I am unsure because we were given a room closer to the lobby or what, but it was really noisy in the entire night. There was a lot of movement that kept going on. Also we could hear the voices from adjacent rooms too. If not for the noise, i would have definitely given a 4 star rating to this motel.

The bed was comfortable but there was roaches and the tv was stuck on one channel

Stove didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close fully. Saw a few roaches (good thing we had our cat) if it wasn’t for every other hotel being out of power, it would be 1 star.

Best option for budget friendly place with easy access to freeways and the beltway. Kitchenette for basic meals and full sized fridge. The are no cooking utensils so bring a pot of pan if you want to cook.

I stayed her for a week and I paid for a king room with a kitchenette. But since I paid online I would get a better price. The front desk stuck me in a double queen smoking . When I told the front desk that this is not what I paid for he said I had a choice to stay or leave . But next time to make sure I pay cash he could help me out . When room service cleaned my room they took my ice chest and little electric skillet and they checked me out of the room when I got back I noticed my key didn’t work my stuff gone. The manager is very rude and unprofessional idk why they rent rooms online if they don’t honor that agreement once you check in

Had a great stay. Quick and easy check-in with friendly staff. Easy exchange of towels at anytime front counter. Will be staying again. Recommend to anyone going the area looking for a inexpensive and safe room!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is FILTHY! Shady people, Roaches , incompetent staff, lets just say If I could give it zero rating I would! Also I IMMEDIATELY LEFT! And then had to FIGHT with the same guy SIVA at the desk that promised he would make sure my EXPEDIA payment was refunded! That was a toral Sh*t Show! Let’s just say pictures are very deceptive!

It is close to work so quite convenient for me to take a quick nap.

The hotel smelled bad, the room smelled worse. Unfriendly people and unsafe.

This property is horrible, I had Roaches in my room. Mold on my ceiling. They had dogs and cats living there. The inside stinks of animals and weed smoke. Very NOISY. I dont Recommend rhis hotel to anyone.

Great location with easy access to Hwy 225 and Beltway 8 at affordable price. Clean room with kitchenette and full size fridge is great for cooking options. Best option for the price in an easy to access location.

Grand Prize Barbeque restaurant was closed all weekend. Nearest dining 1.5 miles away on Red Bluff road.

Room was not sweep well. Beds clean and comfy. Lots of young traffic?????. Coffee weak and nasty. Carpet in hall worn and musty. A/c worked well. Get what you paid for.
