La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Houston Pasadena North

The hotel was extremely hot as soon as you walked in. The elevator was not working, which made it very inconvenient. Our room’s air conditioner was completely off and took forever to cool down. On top of that, the restroom was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. We were very disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was terrible as well. The gravy was watery, and the waffles had a strange taste.

The staff was unhelpful, there was vomit in the hallways, broken curtain, no shower curtain, room smelled of mildew. When the issues with the bedroom were brought up the desk clerk responded with not her fault.

Clean room

Very poorly maintained, grass was terribly high, room carpet felt humid wet, elevator was a tripping hazard as the elevator does not align with floor when doors open. Staff was friendly and nice, room was just ok
