Comfort Inn Staten Island

Perfect overnight stay while my fiance was recovering from the hospital.

It was half the price of some other hotels in the same location and it was probably still almost as good as those others. I would stay there again for that reason. The view on the hill side is really nice.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only wish they had a some laundry facilities.

The desk clerk on duty was excellent, brought ice to my room twice.

Good quality bed in 2 out of 4 rooms in which I stayed over the course of 2.5 weeks. Breakfast was fine to good; more healthy options (plain oatmeal, non-Sugary cereals) would have been nice. Scrambled Eggs had a weird artificial consistency. Some front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hallway on 3rd floor had unpleasant smell. Gym was small but decent.
