This, to us, was amazing. Staff were so helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The property has an enclosed car park locked with a numeric padlock to which you are given the code. There is also a key safe outside your room so you don’t have to take the room key away with you. The room was so clean with a small shower room. No food is prepared here but you are literally opposite a Wetherspoons for food at anytime of day.

Myself and my 2 daughters stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium which is about a 20 mins drive away we didn’t need to worry about getting back late as they give you a code to get in and there is on site parking also a code to use it was convenient we would stay here again

Hotel was basic but good value for London. Shower OK. Room and bathroom cleaned every day. Tea bags and milk tubs added daily. Towels changed 3 days out of 4. TV useless. Needs about 30 minutes to warm up and limited channel choice.

Just back from staying here & it was a basic hotel but clean & comfortable we choose this hotel for the close proximity’s to Wembley which we were going to for a concert but easy access into central London too it’s a no frills hotel but a nice base & the women who checked us in was lovely & helpful, the bar was closed as new owners taking over but there’s a Wetherspoons across the road

At first checking in seemed a little impersonal. Combination locks and such to open boxes for the keys etc. but I was checking in quite late as arrival had been very delayed. However messages to the host were answered quickly. However Christina was present the following morning and was very friendly and accommodating. The conteninental breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of options and she even cooked porridge for me, which I was very pleased about. Breakfast for £6 in London is amazing! The room and ensuite bathroom were very clean and there was secure parking in the back for my motorbike - also very much appreciated in such a busy area of London.

Hotel was basic, lady who greeted us was lovely, very friendly and helpful - check in was easy and hassle free - hotel was basic but clean, room was a good size with high ceilings - bed wasn’t very comfortable could do with new mattress. shame the bathroom smelt damp and mouldy, we opted not to use the shower facilities. Location is excellent and easy for bus and underground links.

We had a lovely stay at The Windmill. The room and the bathroom was both very clean, and the bed really comfortable. The host was lovely and welcoming. It's a short walk from Kilburn underground station, and the bus stops right outside the guesthouse if you don't want to take the walk. The Jubilee line takes you to central London in a wiff. We are definitly coming back on another occasion.

The rooms are very clean and are filled with all the necessities. The staff member was very professional and extremely nice. Will definitely be coming back to stay in the future if I have any events in London again.

I arrived late in the evening so used self check in which was easy to use and well explained. Only a 10 minute walk from the tube station too. The room itself was really good, very clean, modern and comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower was not working (room 110). It had been fine on a previous stay so I can only assume this was a new issue. The pressure was fine but there was no hot water at all. The sink water was working perfectly so I think it was a. Issue with the thermostatic valve in the tap. Aside from having to have a freezing cold shower I had a comfortable stay and would come back. It had to leave early so didn’t have any breakfast. The room was nice, the bathroom small but functional. The double bed in the family room was really good. Our only complaint is that the single bed in our room was awful. I’ll definitely come back next time in London, but in 2 rooms.

A warm welcome at the entrance. Easy check in, arrived a little bit early so waited in the bar whilst they finished my room and was in quickly and a bit earlier than check in time. It was a warm day and there wasn't aircon in the room however my window did open fully & a fan is provided. Tea making facilities in the room as well as a bottle of water, handwash & shower gel in the bathroom too. The towels were a little on the small side, I couldn't wrap the larger of the two around my waist, was more of a hand towel than one for drying yourself. Bed was fine, had a good night sleep but there was definitely a few bumps here & there. Overall clean, easy to find, warm welcome & definitely value for money for a Saturday night.

Had arranged car parking prior to arrival... No arrival details sent and no reply to 10 phone calls to the hotel.. Ended up parking on side road and walking to hotel... No one on reception but guy in bar next door assisted me in checking in. Room tiny, noisy as over main road, shower cubicle tiny and unable to turn on cold water so ended up getting scalded Overall shocking experience

We stayed 1 night (Saturday) in a room with twin beds. The room itself was an ok size. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the toilet and shower were on a step, which was a bit awkward (particularly in the night!). There was a lot of noise from the pub downstairs, even with the fan blasting it was difficult to sleep. We wanted to leave our bags for the day but couldn't as the hotel reception closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so we ended up having to pay to leave our bags elsewhere, which wasn't ideal. It was a good location in terms of us accessing the tube to/from Wembley, but i'd not choose to stay here again.

Grateful that we could check in early. No drinking water as per advert, broken shower, blocked toilet, no breakfast as per advert available at all. No one answered the emergency number as per signage for us to report the blocked toilet. Not as advertised at all.

We arrived early, without notice, and with a load of request, as my elderly mother was with us. We were greeted warmly at the door, and the hotel staff, Christine went over and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Professional, friendly, approachable and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located with various stores, restaurants & pubs along the street. Not noisy though, and we enjoyed a good rest and sleep at the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will definitely come back again another time if we are in the area.

We stayed 1 night (Saturday) in a room with twin beds. The room itself was an ok size. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the toilet and shower were on a step, which was a bit awkward (particularly in the night!). There was a lot of noise from the pub downstairs, even with the fan blasting it was difficult to sleep. We wanted to leave our bags for the day but couldn't as the hotel reception closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so we ended up having to pay to leave our bags elsewhere, which wasn't ideal. It was a good location in terms of us accessing the tube to/from Wembley, but i'd not choose to stay here again.

Just back from staying here & it was a basic hotel but clean & comfortable we choose this hotel for the close proximity’s to Wembley which we were going to for a concert but easy access into central London too it’s a no frills hotel but a nice base & the women who checked us in was lovely & helpful, the bar was closed as new owners taking over but there’s a Wetherspoons across the road

Hotel was basic, lady who greeted us was lovely, very friendly and helpful - check in was easy and hassle free - hotel was basic but clean, room was a good size with high ceilings - bed wasn’t very comfortable could do with new mattress. shame the bathroom smelt damp and mouldy, we opted not to use the shower facilities. Location is excellent and easy for bus and underground links.

We had a lovely stay at The Windmill. The room and the bathroom was both very clean, and the bed really comfortable. The host was lovely and welcoming. It's a short walk from Kilburn underground station, and the bus stops right outside the guesthouse if you don't want to take the walk. The Jubilee line takes you to central London in a wiff. We are definitly coming back on another occasion.

Room was clean and nice enough. Location did not have many dining options or nice shops. Walk to tube was 10-15 minutes. No 24hr front desk but Christin who checked us in was very helpful and nice.

simple, clean rooms above a pub (that was closed). we had the triple room, with 3 comfy single beds, a kettle and en-suite. We used the pub across the road for breakfast. 10 minute walk from Cricklewood station.

This, to us, was amazing. Staff were so helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The property has an enclosed car park locked with a numeric padlock to which you are given the code. There is also a key safe outside your room so you don’t have to take the room key away with you. The room was so clean with a small shower room. No food is prepared here but you are literally opposite a Wetherspoons for food at anytime of day.

Grateful that we could check in early. No drinking water as per advert, broken shower, blocked toilet, no breakfast as per advert available at all. No one answered the emergency number as per signage for us to report the blocked toilet. Not as advertised at all.

At first checking in seemed a little impersonal. Combination locks and such to open boxes for the keys etc. but I was checking in quite late as arrival had been very delayed. However messages to the host were answered quickly. However Christina was present the following morning and was very friendly and accommodating. The conteninental breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of options and she even cooked porridge for me, which I was very pleased about. Breakfast for £6 in London is amazing! The room and ensuite bathroom were very clean and there was secure parking in the back for my motorbike - also very much appreciated in such a busy area of London.

It's a very old building and ownership has recently changed so no breakfast yet. Room was clean, bathroom clean. Struggled to get the kettle to work so couldnt get a cuppa. Eventually I sorted it but not enough milk. No staff in the building as it was about 8 am and they arrive about 9am. I couldn't get tv to work then realised the master switch was nearly 8ft up the wall. Finished up standing on a chair just to switch tv on. Dangerous actually. Left without seeing any staff at all about 9.20 Ive stayed here before and it used to be about £50 a night. This time it was about £71 and not worth that. £50 was ok. Next time im in London I'll try somewhere else as the least you expect is a cuppa and a bit of tv. The shower was nice though and I had clean towels even if they were slightly worn. I think overall this guesthouse is too pricey for what it has on offer.

A decent place, simple but comfortable accommodation. The staff were fabulous, especially the young man on reception, he was so helpful and efficient. Parking is available, there's only room for about 8 cars but it's secure and costs £15 per night.

Room with the basic facilities. Clean and safe but basic. Suitable for an overnight stay near London. Close to transport links and sorrow need by restaurants for an easy dinner/breakfast. Don’t expect anything fancy. Communication before hand was good.

Hotel was fine, however some dubious practices by the hotel. We booked 3 rooms last July to be paid on arrival as 6 of us all paying separately. 2 hours before check-in the owner sends an email saying payment couldn’t be taken, despite the booking being for cash at check in. I ring them and he says they’ve cancelled all rooms and one has already been resold. He then offers us the other two rooms but adds £50 per room and even had the cheek to say we’d got a good deal when we’d originally booked. I’m guessing he missed the weekend being marathon and cup games at Wembley and wanted to get more money for the rooms. Disgusting behaviour considering we had travelled to London and had no choice but to pay the extra charge. Be careful when you book with this one, especially if you manage to get a good deal as they’ll look for a way to make more money out of you.
