Carpet had stains and sticky residue at the table section as well as other areas in the room Counted 9 spiders and webbing inside the room across 2 windows. Grout/sealant in the bathroom moulded Drink stain on the wall just under the tv Canvas painting on the wall, big slash in it Either side of the bedside cabinets caked in dirt and dust down the sides and underneath Furniture outdated and severely worn Bed pillows lumpy Toilet seat cracked Sticky finger prints on the seats of the chairs in the room Sink chipped and inside bath chipped and repaired poorly This morning breakfast, reservation at 8am could not take place until 8;15ish due to the restaurant having missing staff .. the waiter/front house apologised , totally ok.. however felt the staff member was rushing around trying to tend to everyone which was a shame The baby bed we needed was missing the mattress.. after a while we realised when we saw the solid plank/base was made up with bedsheets.. not sure if staff knew that a mattress is needed also however called reception who resolved asap which was fab! Overall the location and breakfast was fab and the staff are thee most friendly and helpful, an absolute credit to the resort, just such a shame about the cleanliness and standard of the room

Très bon accueil de tout le personnel de la réception au restaurant. Breakfast de très haut niveau dans un très beau cadre. le resort est très bien arboré, et bien situé pour rayonner à pied ou en voiture dans les environs.
