Mycket fint hotell med trevlig personal. Fint poolområde med utsikt över Bergen och Levanto dalgången. Frukostbuffén var väldigt bra. Transport med minibuss hela dagarna från hotellet till tågstation eller centrum, smidigt!

I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful were the staff from front desk to waiter, particularly Frankie at the front desk. He showed me short cuts to walk down to the train station. The hotel is up on the hill with a nice pool and spa facilities perfect for relaxation after a day of walking in Cinque Terre. It provides shuttle service to town center and train station from 9 am to 11 pm which makes it a good starting point to explore Cinque Terre.

Great location with convenient access to cinque terre. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station and to the town/beach. Whenever we called they were prompt in picking us up. Rooms were spacious, pool feels like a resort, breakfast fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Schön gelegenes Hotel zum relaxen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof und in die Stadt. Beides ist ist aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool mit Poolbar.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. It’s relatively small, one on-site restaurant with excellent food (and many choices in town), nice pool and spa, very relaxing. We took the train to explore cinque terre (7 mins to Monterosso), but were glad to have a nice quiet hotel to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

This property is perfect for a CinqueTerra visit. It is an amazing property. It is very clean, the rooms are very nice and luxurious. The spa was really nice, my wife and I both had treatments. The staff were amazing, Maria, Frankie and Martina at the reception desk are beyond charming and genuine; they will make sure that all your needs are met. The GM, didn’t catch his name, was very kind and helpful as well. Now the food. The food was wonderful. We had lunch and dinner; both were five star quality. However, the breakfast was sensational. Great property and would recommend to anyone.

Veldig hyggelig personale; alle som jobbet under frokosten/i restauranten, ved bassenget, sjåførene og renholdere var veldig hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Rent og fint over alt. Store rom. Behagelig bassengområde, men veldig få solsenger. Fantastisk frokost! Sykt bra shuttleservice fra 09:00-23:00.

We chose this hotel at the last minute as our VRBO canceled on us. It turned out to be a very happy accident. Levanto is a lovely town with pretty streets and great food and the shuttle from the hotel to city centre and station made accessing the local area super easy. The staff was very helpful and had great info/ suggestions for us. The room was clean and the included breakfast delicious. Sitting at the pool after a long day of hiking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was in need of a refurb, particularly the walk in shower which leaked all over the floor. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The evening meals were ‘cheffy’ and pricey, and the breakfasts were fab. Hotel located a little out of town but a free shuttle service available. Great resort base for exploring the cinque terre.

This is 4 star hotel, in Levanto. The rooms are super clean but need an upgrade. The staff is super friendly, there is a free shuttle to take you to downtown or train station. The breakfast is amazing so is the pool.

Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely accommodating! They have a van that took us to the train station & downtown & picked us up several times. That was a huge benefit to us! We also ate dinner at the restaurant our last night there & it was one of our best meals of the trip! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable!

Overall, one of the nicest stays I’ve had stayed in general. The property is immaculate. The pool and gardens were lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included! Shuttle to town or train was super helpful. Quick train ride to all of the Cinque Terre villages. If I have the chance to return to CT, I will stay here! Oh, and if you have a car, free parking! Easy to get to.

Très bon séjour. Personnel très bienveillant yc le boss présent et attentif. Tout le monde parle le Français. Etablissement très bien entretenu et propre. Bel espace piscine et spa. Grandes chambres avec une décoration presque un peu trop neutre, salle de bain très propre et bien équipée à l’esthétique plutôt quelconque. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner : top ! La navette est super disponible et très pratique. L’environnement est très verdoyant, au calme. Bref, je recommande cet établissement qui permet de visiter les cinq terres à l’écart du tumulte touristique.

I will only stay here if traveling to the Cinque Terre region. The staff is amazing and is well located to the regional train and town. Our room was huge by European standards and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and they had plenty of gluten free goodies carefully placed in its own separate basket, a really nice touch. We enjoyed an incredible dinner outside on the patio with beautiful views of the mountains. The food was artfully plated, delicious and the service excellent! The spa is well appointed with a lovely outdoor pool, so welcomed after a long day of hiking. I enjoyed a terrific sports massage with Julia, highly recommend! They also provide shuttle service to the town and train station if needed. The resort is removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy towns yet very convenient to everything, providing a nice peaceful respite from the crowds. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Wow. Amazing. The room was massive which was great. The breakfast was fantastic. We ate on the terrace with the beautiful view. Evening meals were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The shuttlebus in and out of Levanto was priceless and effortless. The grounds and pool are stunning. Every single member of staff from the room cleaner to the general manager were absolutely wonderful. Always genuinely smiling and happy to see you and chat to you. The general manager was regularly checking on guests to see if all was good. He was also regularly checking in and chatting with his large team. A genuine man who seems to beloved by his team which shows in their actions and service to the guests. A priceless commodity. We were blown away and it forged life long memories and we cant wait to be back. Thank you so much

A great time at this marvellous hotel. All staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the train station and town an added bonus. They arranged bike hire and explained best place to cycle and trains to Cinque Terre - 5 fishing villages Views from our room terrific , would recommend

The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was in need of a refurb, particularly the walk in shower which leaked all over the floor. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The evening meals were ‘cheffy’ and pricey, and the breakfasts were fab. Hotel located a little out of town but a free shuttle service available. Great resort base for exploring the cinque terre.

This is 4 star hotel, in Levanto. The rooms are super clean but need an upgrade. The staff is super friendly, there is a free shuttle to take you to downtown or train station. The breakfast is amazing so is the pool.

A very large hotel room. Quiet. Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. Varied breakfast buffet. We were picked up at the train station and that was a wonderful bonus.

Veldig hyggelig personale; alle som jobbet under frokosten/i restauranten, ved bassenget, sjåførene og renholdere var veldig hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Rent og fint over alt. Store rom. Behagelig bassengområde, men veldig få solsenger. Fantastisk frokost! Sykt bra shuttleservice fra 09:00-23:00.

The property is a little far from everything but their transportation was excellent. We were relieved after a long day of travel to be picked up at the Lavanto Train Station. It was late so we opted to have dinner at the restaurant there. The food was fabulous just like the service. The wait staff were excellent probably the best that we encountered this trip. The room was big and comfortable with tile flooring. It was loud with moving chairs above us at times but other than that it was quiet. We had a patio off the sliding glass doors which was a plus. The air conditioner worked great. The bathrooms were a good size and had all of the amenities that we needed. The breakfast was incredible. It had everything we wanted and then some. Again the wait staff was excellent there too. We took the transportation downtown and hiked to Monterosso. We made it to Monterosso but it was pouring rain. We were tired and soaking wet when we arrived back to the hotel. We put on our robes and dragged ourselves went to the free spa. So nice! It’s great having a hotel with transportation service. We didn’t have to shlep our bags up a ton of stairs like most Airbnbs in Italy. The spa was relaxing, the food was great, and kudos to the staff. The front desk was so helpful and excellent, the wait staff at breakfast were great, and the restaurant staff were incredible. We moved to different hotel closer to Portofino and we noticed the difference. Thank you Park Hotel Argento for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the urban area and the train station. You can see the hotel very clearly up ahead when you are standing on the platform at station. We didn't realise the hotel lay on a shuttle service from the station - so we walked up the hill with 2 suitcases which was very difficult in the sweltering heat! However on arrival we were given a large bottle or chilled water! Our room was extremely spacious. The bathroom was very large, however I've never seen. Such a small shower in such a large bathroom. Great toiletries. Robes and slippers provided. Tv good. The pool is beautiful and overlooks the train station. Lovely pool bar and good staff. Hotel staff very helpful. We were so glad to find that the restaurant staff at breakfast were fantastic- having just spent 4 nights having received pretty poor service in the restaurants in Montrosso and pisa. It really was a breath of fresh air here. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and back which is much needed. The best thing we did in Levanto was hire bikes at a place the hotel recommended and ride thru the old railways tunnels to Framura and bonosolo

I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful were the staff from front desk to waiter, particularly Frankie at the front desk. He showed me short cuts to walk down to the train station. The hotel is up on the hill with a nice pool and spa facilities perfect for relaxation after a day of walking in Cinque Terre. It provides shuttle service to town center and train station from 9 am to 11 pm which makes it a good starting point to explore Cinque Terre.

Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely accommodating! They have a van that took us to the train station & downtown & picked us up several times. That was a huge benefit to us! We also ate dinner at the restaurant our last night there & it was one of our best meals of the trip! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable!

Food options were very limited, especially at the breakfast buffet, but also during the day (pool terrace). Transportation was an issue as the hotel is very remotely located, and the shuttle service works on a limited time scale, additionally it's often used, which results in long waiting time.

What an incredible stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful & helpful. A major plus is that they offer a shuttle service to the train station and town centre making it very convenient to see nearby towns. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved this hotel so much I almost don’t want to leave a review, we’d like to keep it as our secret! I have never known such a genuinely friendly hotel, all of the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent, the hotel is spotless, it’s in a wonderfully peaceful location but only a 10 minute walk into town. If you don’t fancy the walk for any reason the shuttle bus will take you there and pick you up any time you ask. We honestly could not have been happier and will definitely be back.

We chose this hotel at the last minute as our VRBO canceled on us. It turned out to be a very happy accident. Levanto is a lovely town with pretty streets and great food and the shuttle from the hotel to city centre and station made accessing the local area super easy. The staff was very helpful and had great info/ suggestions for us. The room was clean and the included breakfast delicious. Sitting at the pool after a long day of hiking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

The staff and property are five star. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The spa and pool area are beautiful. Frankie at the front desk was very informative on activities to do in the area. This is the only property to stay at when visiting Cinque Terra. You want to stay in Levanto which has many shops, restaurants and beach compared to the Cinque Terra cities which are overcrowded. Many thanks to the general manager and his staff.

The staff is quite approachable and willing to help, while also being low key in their approach (they wait for you to ask questions rather than getting in your face). Good mix of American and European guests. Opportunities to meet other travelers if you want, and no need to if you want to be private. Great stay.

Great place for a visit to Cinque Terra. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel shuttle was extremely convenient, and we enjoyed visiting the charming, less crowded town of Levanto near the hotel. Included breakfast was a nice feature. Would recommend this hotel as it is close enough but not right in the middle of crowded CT towns.

Great location with convenient access to cinque terre. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station and to the town/beach. Whenever we called they were prompt in picking us up. Rooms were spacious, pool feels like a resort, breakfast fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Schön gelegenes Hotel zum relaxen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof und in die Stadt. Beides ist ist aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool mit Poolbar.

Dette hotellet vil jeg virkelig anbefale. Veldig blide og hjelpsomme ansatte, en god atmosfære. Nydelig bassengområde og spa. Frokosten var super, og det er også en restaurant på stedet. Hotellet ligger i åssiden litt over byen med utsikt over fjellene. Det er 10-15 min å gå ned til sentrum, og litt under til togstasjonen. Hotellet har en shuttle service til stasjonen og sentrum som fungerte utmerket. Korte og hyppige togturer til nærliggende byer, som cinque terre.

Wine and cocktails overpriced. Insufficient sunbeds. Should ensure that can always provide dinner in the restaurant for all hotel guests. There was some initial confusion with our room allocation which we absolutely understood. These things happen. However, to offer us an alternative choice of two rooms, (an upgrade to a suite was the terminology used) one which smelt musty and the other overlooking the back of another building was disappointing. The room we were then offered was ideal but should have been the first one we were shown not the last. I think we were right to feel disappointed. Hotel location ideal for visiting Cinque Terre. Short walk to the station from the hotel.

Excellent place and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend this place.

The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was in need of a refurb, particularly the walk in shower which leaked all over the floor. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The evening meals were ‘cheffy’ and pricey, and the breakfasts were fab. Hotel located a little out of town but a free shuttle service available. Great resort base for exploring the cinque terre.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. It’s relatively small, one on-site restaurant with excellent food (and many choices in town), nice pool and spa, very relaxing. We took the train to explore cinque terre (7 mins to Monterosso), but were glad to have a nice quiet hotel to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

This property is perfect for a CinqueTerra visit. It is an amazing property. It is very clean, the rooms are very nice and luxurious. The spa was really nice, my wife and I both had treatments. The staff were amazing, Maria, Frankie and Martina at the reception desk are beyond charming and genuine; they will make sure that all your needs are met. The GM, didn’t catch his name, was very kind and helpful as well. Now the food. The food was wonderful. We had lunch and dinner; both were five star quality. However, the breakfast was sensational. Great property and would recommend to anyone.

Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely accommodating! They have a van that took us to the train station & downtown & picked us up several times. That was a huge benefit to us! We also ate dinner at the restaurant our last night there & it was one of our best meals of the trip! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable!

We had a wonderful stay here! Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommend for those visiting Cinque Terre. Was nice to be able to get away from the tourist crowds and take advantage of all the amenities Hotel Argento has to offer including a very nice breakfast buffet, a beautiful pool and saunas. The front desk was very helpful and can also help make restaurant reservations if you need.

We chose this hotel at the last minute as our VRBO canceled on us. It turned out to be a very happy accident. Levanto is a lovely town with pretty streets and great food and the shuttle from the hotel to city centre and station made accessing the local area super easy. The staff was very helpful and had great info/ suggestions for us. The room was clean and the included breakfast delicious. Sitting at the pool after a long day of hiking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

Nós amamos o hotel, desde o quarto até o café da manhã, mas principalmente todo o staff com muita gentileza e rapidez em todas as tratativas. O shuttle bus faz muita diferença que nos leva e busca para o hotel quantas vezes por necessário. Amamos e não vemos a hora de voltar!

We spent two nights here during our stay in the CT. The staff was wonderful : very accommodating, friendly and hospitable! The restaurant located in the hotel is exceptional! Every meal we had there was beautifully plated, tasted amazing and very authentic. We even saw the chef rolling out the gnocchi in the afternoon for dinner service. The rooms are a little dated and need some updating, but the pool is beautiful and location is convenient to the train station. Definitely call for the shuttle, because climbing that hill in July was BRUTAL! That was our fault for trying it though! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and the restaurant is really worth the trip alone!

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of exploring the Ligurian coast. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and delicious food, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The hotel is within walking distance of Levanto’s charming town center and beach, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
