Nice hotel,good custmer service but the breakfast can be better

Many things that was neglected which made my stay uncomfortable. 1. Mouldy toilet walls 2. Dirty toilet bowls 3. Broken tissue box 4. Dirty mini fridge that froze anything placed inside 5. I called to ask for extra pillows and told I couldn't have any. 6. Ask for extra towel to swim with and I had to pay $4sgd for a poor quality towel with a stain and literally falling apart. I suggest put lesser people in the breakfast area and more people in the cleaning area. Too many staff doing nothing when theres a lot to be done. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room is spacious and clean. Toiletries well stocked up.

全体的に良いホテルですが、最上階にクラブがあり、深夜まで重低音の騒音が部屋まで響いてくることと、エアコンの臭いが強かったのが気になりました。
