I appreciated the gesture, but what happened next really stood out. The manager, noticing our group, came over and asked if others were also planning to order. When we said yes, but assured him we understood it was closing time, he didn’t hesitate. He told the bartender to go ahead and take everyone’s orders and insisted the drinks be served in proper glassware. A really wonderful hotel in the best location on the main square! Super friendly and accommodating staff, specifically Faucitini, Fernando, and Armando but front desk, maids, bell boys were are exceptional. Complimentary breakfast was super, use of bikes was wonderful fior the Sunday morning closure of Main Street fir biking and walking etc. we loved this hotel and our master suites!

This is a great, historic hotel with 5 star service, exceptional location and beautiful decor. In the US, this would easily e 3-4 times the price. Right in the center of Morelia’s historic center, but amazingly quiet. A fabulous visit!

A really wonderful hotel in the best location on the main square! Super friendly and accommodating staff, specifically Faucitini, Fernando, and Armando but front desk, maids, bell boys were are exceptional. Complimentary breakfast was super, use of bikes was wonderful fior the Sunday morning closure of Main Street fir biking and walking etc. we loved this hotel and our master suites!

Nice hotel. Good location. However if you are going in the warmer months and looking to be comfortable with AC. Don't book. Rooms get too hot and AC doesn't work. We got moved to a different room and AC was working better but it had a leak and bathroom sink was clogged. Hostess are too busy on their phones to acknowledge you. This was my second time staying here. Had a better experience the first time. Will not be recommending. Only good experience was person helping us with our luggage. Attentive and helpful.
