This hotel is perfectly fine for the price. It’s a bit dated, simple and a little dirty in the common areas. Check in was friendly, the shuttle is convenient and it was close to downtown.

Listed free parking. There were absolutely no parking spots available and not an area that I'd park my car on the street by any means. Did not stay there as a result and asked for a partial refund but they refused. DO NOT chance it here...you will regret it. For the price, look at the hotels around the airport and save a little money and have a safe spot to park.

Great location, great staff, clean room, and shuttle to downtown area.

Property is in area that you generally don’t feel safe. They have to have a security guard there to help with keeping you safe. Room was ok and breakfast was good.

Good hotel overall. The elevator was broken during our stay which was inconvenient but didn’t cause major issues. The bathroom in our room was dirty and the room had some stains on the wall. Could really use a deep clean and maybe some updates. There was also a funky smell in the hallways.

Good property and super helpful. Had a free shuttle running for Summerfest that was extremely convenient

The staff was great. The shuttle was very convenient. And the breakfast was good too.

Staff are friendly. The hotel shuttle is unreliable. We waited 25 minutes so we could make a reservation and shuttle did not show so we had to find other transportation.

The parking is terrible at this hotel. No reserved spaces for each room. We were luck to get a spot on the the street.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The room smelt like cigarettes and couldn’t even stay there due to cleanliness. Had to book another hotel and stayed elsewhere.

Stayed for 2 nights and had to be in 3 different rooms total. Got there and our first rooms toilet didn’t work so they put us in another room. The second room had water seeping up under the floor boards and the mini fridge leaked all over during the middle of the night and soiled our food. They then put is in a third room, which was nice and didn’t have functional issues, but each room was heavily banged up. The overall housekeeping of the rooms was poor, each had zero hand soap and dirty floors. Kinda gave the overall vibe of none of the staff really caring. When we got back to the hotel on our second night, we heard another group of people staying there asking for a different room because their room had flooded while they were out. Overall very poor maintenance of the place and management.

The facility was obviously very old & remodeled numerous times with an attempt to upgrade. The room was so dirty, obviously their cleaning standards are very low. I have photos to show. Checking in was fast and good. Receptionist was helpful. The area is definitely not the best! Went up to my room to find some dudes just hanging out in the corridor. Moisture and mold In the bathroom. No room amenities, even no water to drink! Nothing just two empty cups. Breakfast was so poor.

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Very friendly& welcoming. Everything else about this hotel was terrible. The hallways were littered with clutter & not vacuumed. The stairwell floors were covered in scum & crumbs. The room appeared to be clean - but the floors were sticky & the sheets were stained. The window coverings were falling off the tracks & didn’t cover the window totally. The parking lot on a Saturday night has loiters partying next to guests cars. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Wyndham should be embarassed.

Checked into room around 6 pm. When I got into the room there was so much spilt mess on the floor my shoes were sticking. Table tops, floors, and cabinets all had visible messes not cleaned. No towels or soap in the bathroom. Food from last person still out on a dresser. Went and complained to the front desk and they told me “the mop was locked in the closet but they’ll cuss out the cleaning staff” for me. Left for a 5 hour event and came back to nothing cleaned or restocked. Will not be returning and would recommend others to go to a different hotel.

I am very unimpressed with our stay at the Days Inn, we have been to countless other hotels, resorts and motels and this was the worst one I have stayed at in my time. The room was dirty upon arrival with hand marks on the walls, ceiling, doors etc, there was what looked like juice or some kind of syrup that was on the fridge when arriving, as well the bathroom was very dirty. The shower seal was broke and pretty well filled the entire bathroom with water and when telling the cleaners they said they were aware of the issue and meaning to fix it. We were given stained towels to clean up the water. The bathroom was covered in mold and the shampoo had water added to it to appear half full and the conditioner was watered down with less than half a bottle being in it, we asked for more and were given it 2 hours later and the bottle had already been used with half the amount gone. Drug users came in the building through the night, used substances outside the building near our vehicle and people off the street came in for breakfast and took everything they were able. Our last day there was a leak coming from the room above us that smelt like sewage and was leaking into the light fixture in the washroom. Staff preparing breakfast were unprofessional and spoke very inappropriately and one staff in particular looked to be under the influence. There was no one at front desk during the night as we called about a noise complain to realize no one was at the desk thought out the nigh

Loose hair all over the bathroom, lack of sweeping. Bunched up tissues shoved in the tissue box, look dirty. Room has trash sprinkled about in random areas, seems like much of the room isn’t properly cleaned. Loose hair in the bedding/sheets. I paid $166 for a single night for this?

Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Lobby was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable, parking lot was poorly lit and had questionable people hanging around in it.

The place was not too bad. It was a weird set up like once you walk in you have a small kinda room that leads to a door that leads to your actual room. Which I found odd. Bathroom looked real good and ceiling was high so you can actually stretch and feel open since for me being tall. The knob that turns on the shower was hard to move to a point that you actually need two hands to move the knob to turn on the shower and heat up the water. TV was nice and bed was nice as well. The walls needs some work cause there was once an iron on the wall and they painted around it leaving the old paint on the wall. The one thing I do want to share as well is that when traveling through uber there was several drivers telling me that the area is notorious of prostitution. I did see some women wearing some questionable clothing that you would see in strip clubs. I thought I would share this since some ubers were talking about the area. There is a security officers on the property that were very nice and they were very polite too. Never had a problem with the staff they did their jobs and even asked if everything was okay.

I never post reviews but I want to prevent anyine else experiencing the same thing. Don't book at this hotel. It was very noisy hotel. Wyndham hotels usually has good places to stay. This place was terrible. Bed base was made of sheet metal, when there was contact, it made a loud noise. Even when you turned to change positions, the bed made a squeeky tin sound. Walls were so thin, I could hear the people talking in the room next to me. The young adults next to me played music until 10:30pm. It was quiet until they came back from a night out around 3am. They had music playing, singing and laughing for the next few hours. Not being able to sleep, I just got up at 6am to take a shower. There was no hot water coming from the shower. Earlier in the evening, walking in the hallways, I could hear people talking in their rooms. Some guests were playing loud music as well. The hallway smelled like marijuana. Some guests were letting their kids run around through hallways, and near front desk. I was told the vending machine that sold drinks was on the 3rd floor. A room key was required to access the floors, but the elevator wouldn't stop on the 3rd floor. My room faced a busy street, which was noisy. Cars driving by with music at high volumes. Rate charged was $199usd/night plus tax. Very overpriced. I don't recommend this hotel.

Shuttle to and from the event was awesome! The staff was helpful and very nice. The room needed to be painted and the toilet ran constantly. The shower faucet was really hard to use. The room was sectioned off strange. Overall positive.

The bed were so creaky.

Simple stay for convention. Room clean and comfortable. Looking for chair to sit in but no chair or desk. Some of decor looks to be from the 70’s.

We arrived an hour after check in and our room was not ready yet. Front desk let us know and was apologetic and it didn’t take long. The room was an odd layout, with a small entry room with a tv and couch and nothing else. Beds were nice but we had no cups, no idea where the ice machine was or any way to get drinks. The deadbolt didn’t work, it was actually offset and the door didn’t open all the way. Room was clean overall, but just a little unusual layout and website pictures definitely did not reflect.

The beds were so terrible and noisy , The porperty is right on road and you can hear all the traffic. The rooms have so low sound proofing you can hear everything next and they can hear you.

It’s not fancy, but free onsite parking and good location. Check in took a while, but the young woman at the front desk was all alone and making people feel welcome the best she could.

Rooms are pretty rundown. Some broken furniture and fixtures. The price was reasonable and there is offstreet parking.

They verbally agreed to give us another night on the phone(in our room) then, without contacting us, gave our room away and threw our stuff in a corner. The manager said that he was going to help us get a discounted rate at another hotel and then didn’t. He never called me back or offered any compensation. Complete BS. Sadly, the staff liked us as we had great interactions with all of them. They were just as upset. One cried. Another offered us a room in their home. It was truly sad and upsetting for everyone because of their manager, who wasn’t even there on arguably their busiest weekend of the year. Thumbs down and I should get a refund. Especially after waiting 2 hours at the bar for the manager to show up. Pathetic.

Great staff all around. The room was clean, breakfast was great, especially the potatoes and pancakes, but ran out of coffee. It was nice to have the bar open in the evening too.

Previous misunderstanding with costs through Expedia. Have been rectified! Manager AK was very helpful, professional, curious and considerate. Would absolutely book at this location again.

1) i prepaid for 3 nights via expedia =$285. I got there and Marie accidentally reversed my payment. Therefore having to charge me again for the room. Accidentally charging me the Days Inn price of $325. They reversed that payment and charged $285 again. The refunds take 5-7 business days to be in my account. So over $900 was taken out my account within 24 hours and i now have to wait a week to get 2 payments back. That alone went over my budget . 1) i was given a room- the lights didnt turn on 2)tranferred me to another- i slept in the room overnight and woke up and realized the lock on my room door doesn't work. Anyone could have walked in while i was asleep 3) transferred me to another room the next morning and i was 30 minutes late to my business meeting because of the hotels error 4) i came back that evening ,to now the 3rd room i was given, and there was not only built up pee on the back bottom of the toilet, but the shower ran out of hot water TWICE within 20 minutes. I wish i could attach a picture to show the pee on the toilet. 5) They told me they'd refund me $15 for the inconveniences. What an insult. I was only there 3 nights . I would NEVER stay here again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT stay here! We stayed for one night. At 2:30 am we were awoken by loud guests. The guests screamed, slammed doors, yelled and what sounded like hit one another for almost two hours. We called the front desk several times and no one answered. We felt unsafe as we couldn’t see who or what was happening in the hallway. We did not call the police as we didn’t know again what was happening. We were trapped in our room. No one from the hotel EVER contacted us. Not a note. Not a morning phone call. We spoke with a manager in the morning who reported the noise disturbance was inebriated guests. He had threatened to kick them out and they pleaded for him not to. He listened to them. Rather than protecting and supporting us and other guests, he actively chosen to leave us feeing unsafe. We obviously didn’t sleep well. We were NOT offered anything to recoup our stay other than a “thanks for understanding.” Ridiculous. Additionally the hotel need rehab. It is old and dark and the kitchen looks dirty and was left open so anyone could enter it.

Checked in for 3 nights, the girl that checked us in was nice but only activated our key card for one night. Didn’t know at the time but 2 out of 3 nights I had to go back down to the front so she could reactivate the key. Housekeeping never came to our room the whole time. The hallways smelled very strongly of weed. The first 2 nights the hotel phone in our room rang and rang at 3:30AM. The 3rd night we took the phone off the hook.

Staff was great, all we interacted with were friendly & professional. We read a lot of reviews mentioning safety - we walked back & forth to downtime several times over the weekend and never felt unsafe. I also noticed the hotel had security present each evening/night and early morning. It is definitely a budget-friendly hotel but was clean and we slept well. Our room was clean and serviced each day so overall a good stay.

The hotel is on the edge of the historic Brewer's Hill neighborhood which makes for a nice 15 minute walk down to the riverwalk. We found it easy to drive to the lake front and there was plenty of free public parking. The breakfast at the hotel was good too.

The area was a little sketch. Not ideal for kids. The lobby was small so it made it hard to wait when the line was long. The hotel looks like it was just remodeling but smelt moldy, the floors need repairs, the walls are damaged and the door was old. I was nervous about the room door locks. The bed frame is made of metal and noisy. The people are nice! We enjoyed Sean our shuttle driver. The shuttle is free which helped on getting to downtown. They also had security guard during the ride and round the building.

We were close to everything! No matter where we were headed it took 10 minutes or less to get there! It was great!

I did not feel particularly safe in this neighborhood with my daughter. A bunch of neighbors eyeing us as we came in. Right across the street from government housing. The cops got called on a family right during check in for breaking a car window parked out front. The staff were great, and the suite was a good size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Definitely needs some updating, parts of the floor in the room were cracked, and there was a hole in the door where I could see directly into the hallway and vice versa. It was loud til about 1am. Affordable, but I’ll pay more to be in a safer location.

The property itself seemed fine. By no means fancy but it served its purpose. The area around the hotel was questionable. Seems like quite a different vibe from downtown Milwaukee which was all of 5 minutes away. I did all the online check in stuff but still had to do the paperwork when I got there. Overall it was fine and I felt safe.

The staff were AMAZING! However, the area around was rather unsafe. A car had a smashed window right outside the front doors, and 2 police officers were shot 8 minutes away.

Hotel looked run down and very dated. Not in a nice area. Didn’t feel confident about leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. Fixtures and decoration looked like it was from the 90’s.

When we checked in the first red flag was when they offered us a steering wheel lock. Then told us to park in a certain location so the camera could pick up the car. We were told there was a gang going around and taking cars and killings people. Also it smelled of alcohol the moment we walked in the lobby (a beer can was on the floor). We felt unsafe and left. Would not recommend this property.

Shuttle service to/from locations within two miles of facility was helpful and appreciated. Morning breakfast offering was excellent.

Breakfast was fresh

Location was adequate. Occasional passing vehicles playing music loud (that you could hear it indoors). Breakfast had a very basic limited menu, the same pancakes, link sausage, biscuits, gravy, diced potatoes, bread, bagels, cornflake and Cheerios. Oh, and 6 yogurts. Staff kept it clean, but very stingy in how many pancakes placed out at one time. No fitness area, like advertised. Asked at the desk and said they've asked to have that fixed, but it can't be apparently.

The parking lot was overfilled when we returned in the evening. We did managed to find a tight space. When we came out in the morning the car parked behind us was touching our bumper! Also, the breakfast was awful! Only biscuits and sausage gravy, cold eggs and stale cereal! No coffee and not a healthy option in sight! The stair well reeked of figurative smoke and the hallways spieled musty. This was our first trip to the area so I was not aware of the type of neighborhood this hotel was in, which is my fault,but this property with all its lacking did not warrant the $250 a night price tag!

Their complimentary breakfast was just Toast and biscuits And asked for another key (2 of us in a room) they wanted to charge me

Good breakfast Quiet

No hot water, very very very limited breakfast, ive been to many days inn and this is by far the most limited with breakfast. It also had a musk smell through the hallways and in the room. The doors dont close as well inless you force it close.

Just a couple of minutes driving to the Fiserv Forum. Enjoyed very nice breakfast at cozy dining space.
