The hotel was very clean. The room was very spacious & very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I got a text that my room was ready around 10am(I hadn't even left home yet)! I liked the layout of the room a lot. I cant figure out why the property charges a $3 a day parking fee (added automatically to your bill). This is just an unnecessary money grab. Even so, i would definitely stay here again.

We had a 9 day say in early August with our family. While the property and room were nice. A few maintenance concerns were not addressed during our stay, and I have not received a follow up since arriving back home. Breakfast is mediocre and no variety. 1 or 2 nights this is ok. We got to experience the same breakfast all 8 times. Some days some items were not stocked leaving even less options. Towels and Wash cloths were not always readily available. Had to wait until next morning on a couple occasions. The closet door in our room had screws missing from a hinge so it didn't close properly. The sliding door for bathroom with the shower had a problem with the track making it tougher to open and close. Also, there was some mould around the ceiling. The towel bar in the bathroom with toilet was barely hanging on. There is a power cord that runs under the desk that fell down towards the end our stay that I managed to put back up.\ myself. To top it off they charge $3 per night for parking. Understandable for a downtown hotel with limited parking but, this is just off the highway with no other option for transportation. A simple cash grab is all that is.

Overall it served its purpose, room was fine as were the premises. Things that need improvements: kitchen (bar food), pool and breakfast. We ordered chicken fingers and fries, fries were burned yet not fully cooked, chicken was awful. Pool was small, cloudy, cold and dimly lit. Breakfast had ok coffee but it ends there.

Very small pool, outdoor fire pit wasn't working, bar closed at 10pm (Mike was awesome). Door handle to bathroom loose/broken, toilet paper holder loose, ice machine not working on second floor, entry to hotel on the side of the building not working, hallways had no A/C- extremely hot in the hallways. During breakfast they were all out of orange juice and they kept bringing eggs out in small batches so we had to wait for long.

Comfy beds, cold AC, great breakfast. Pool was in the small size. Sunday night we had issues with noisy hallway, we called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told it’s a late bar night and there’s no curfew. We planned on doing another stay in June for a convention near by but would not stay there due to that Sunday night incident. It was after 11pm, we had small children in our rooms and found it truly inconsiderate and ridiculous that grown adults were allowed to behave like that while people are trying to sleep. I hope your company re evaluate that late bar night/no curfew rule for the sake of other customers who aren’t inconsiderate of those trying to sleep!!!

When we checked into our room there were cheerioes on the floor and food smeared on the the couch. I went to the front desk and was given another room which was cleaner, but still had something smeared on the couch. We did not use the couch. The rooms were nice and roomy for our family of 5 but not the cleanest.

The check-in process itself was smooth, and the staff member at the desk was helpful. Unfortunately, the room experience was the complete opposite. When we got to our first room, the pullout couch was clean for the kids, but when we went to use the main bed, we found ketchup stains and a french fry between the sheets. This clearly showed the bedding had not been changed. We went downstairs, showed the front desk a photo, and were quickly moved to the room next door. Before settling in, I checked the bed in the second room, and found someone’s work ID inside the sheets. At that point, i was livid and tired. I requested a room on a different floor, assuming the same staff member had cleaned both rooms. We were moved again, this time to a smaller room than what we originally had so it was inconvenient for our family size, but at least the sheets appeared clean. I tried to file a formal complaint, but was told no manager works on weekends. I was promised a call from management on Monday, but no one ever reached out. Overall, the cleanliness issues were unacceptable and made it very difficult to feel comfortable for the rest of the stay. While the front desk staff was polite and responsive, the housekeeping concerns and lack of follow-up from management mean I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel served our purposes for a quick one night stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with two beds, and there was still room for a small sitting area with a couch and desk. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Free breakfast was the typical cereal, bread/toaster, wafflemaker, cooked eggs, and sausage. One thing that was not great was that the furniture in the room seems pretty worn out, our drawers did not all stay closed. Also - the toilet area, (located in the most central part of the room), and the shower and sink area are in two separate enclosures in different spots in the room, and they both just have a sliding door with a frosted panel. This wasn't ideal for having more than one person in the room. Overall though, it met our needs. Its location was convenient for our needs as we were visiting someone who lives nearby, and I understand it's close to the capitol as well. It's also pretty close to the highway, so there's easy access to other parts of the Harrisburg/Hershey area.

By far the best hotel stay this year - very well maintained, clean, quiet, attentive staff. The room was large with enough space for multiple activities simulaneously - a comfortable couch/ottoman with large screen TV, a designated office area separate from the sleeping area, and a large well-appointed shower room separate completely separate from the commode - both with spacious counter space and sinks. 10 out of 10!

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. The layout of the room was bad. It is cramped, there are no outlets where you want them, the bathroom and shower room doors slide loudly and are translucent. They are facing the bed and anyone who goes in there during the night creates a light show for sleeping people. Water spills out of the shower and you drip water in the bathroom after washing your hands as you reach for the hand towel located right over the toilet paper. Also, aside from the occasional blasting light when someone goes to the bathroom during the night, you’ll need a nightlight to avoid walking into walls and doors. This is for the king bed and sofa room.

The hotel was in pretty good shape but a few things were annoying. The design of the King room has the toilet and shower in separate “rooms” both located at the foot of the bed and used rolling “Barn” doors with frosted glass. There’s no privacy! The light shines through in the middle of the night when you have to use the toilet. The doors don’t lock and they are noisy. Second-the temperature of the fitness center was set to 77’! There was no way to change the temperature and no fan to cool room off. Third-sadly the coffee was lukewarm.

This hotel is only a stones throw from the highway… It is extremely noisy with all the traffic going by and I wish I had pay closer attention to the map when I booked it. I would not recommend this hotel solely, because I found it to be one of the worst nights of sleep due to the noise. The first room that we went into the lights were on and the window was open and the door would not close so we requested a second room. It was minimally better. Very small bathrooms. Breakfast was minimal and nothing to write home about.

Property was clean, and room was spacious. What would have made this experience over the top would be complimentary water for each of the guests (only two bottles were provided for 5 guests). Other than than everything was great.

Rooms need to be updated. They have sliding, heavy doors for the bathroom and shower which are separate areas. The first room we went to the handle to the sliding door was broken and it was out of its track and we could not move it easily. The front desk gave us a different room.The furniture needs to be cleaned. The one couch was dirty with stains. Contrary to the sofa, the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It is also very noisy on the side near I 81. You can hear all the tractor trailers and traffic.

Given an occupied room at check-in. Got a different room, woke up at 0100 to a stranger standing over us. No resolution. No response from management that night, or after the stay. Their room assignment system is terrible, key system is terrible, the Management experience was terrible. The Bartender is awesome. Keep that guy. The Evening Supervisor was kind and concerned for our sake, but powerless to help. Don't recommend.

Comfy beds, cold AC, great breakfast. Pool was in the small size. Sunday night we had issues with noisy hallway, we called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told it’s a late bar night and there’s no curfew. We planned on doing another stay in June for a convention near by but would not stay there due to that Sunday night incident. It was after 11pm, we had small children in our rooms and found it truly inconsiderate and ridiculous that grown adults were allowed to behave like that while people are trying to sleep. I hope your company re evaluate that late bar night/no curfew rule for the sake of other customers who aren’t inconsiderate of those trying to sleep!!!

Hotel was clean, great location, good service, and there are postings for quiet hours from 10 pm - 6 am -- which, as a mom, I appreciate. My family were on the 2nd floor, and it was so loud in the lobby and fire pit area outside from at least midnight through 2 am, that I called the lobby at 1 am to let them know it was disruptive. Nothing was done. Thank good ess we checked outthe next day.

The check-in process itself was smooth, and the staff member at the desk was helpful. Unfortunately, the room experience was the complete opposite. When we got to our first room, the pullout couch was clean for the kids, but when we went to use the main bed, we found ketchup stains and a french fry between the sheets. This clearly showed the bedding had not been changed. We went downstairs, showed the front desk a photo, and were quickly moved to the room next door. Before settling in, I checked the bed in the second room, and found someone’s work ID inside the sheets. At that point, i was livid and tired. I requested a room on a different floor, assuming the same staff member had cleaned both rooms. We were moved again, this time to a smaller room than what we originally had so it was inconvenient for our family size, but at least the sheets appeared clean. I tried to file a formal complaint, but was told no manager works on weekends. I was promised a call from management on Monday, but no one ever reached out. Overall, the cleanliness issues were unacceptable and made it very difficult to feel comfortable for the rest of the stay. While the front desk staff was polite and responsive, the housekeeping concerns and lack of follow-up from management mean I cannot recommend this hotel.

If you plan on visiting Hershey Park, we recommend this property for your stay. It is about 20 minutes or so from that park, a quiet spot with a pool, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The only issue we faced during our stay was that the shampoo and body washes were empty / near empty in the shower. The staff was quick to resolve this issue.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I was given a different room than I expected. It turned out to be a problem with HOTELS.COM primarily. It was close to a major highway but quiet inside with windows shut.

We had a 9 day say in early August with our family. While the property and room were nice. A few maintenance concerns were not addressed during our stay, and I have not received a follow up since arriving back home. Breakfast is mediocre and no variety. 1 or 2 nights this is ok. We got to experience the same breakfast all 8 times. Some days some items were not stocked leaving even less options. Towels and Wash cloths were not always readily available. Had to wait until next morning on a couple occasions. The closet door in our room had screws missing from a hinge so it didn't close properly. The sliding door for bathroom with the shower had a problem with the track making it tougher to open and close. Also, there was some mould around the ceiling. The towel bar in the bathroom with toilet was barely hanging on. There is a power cord that runs under the desk that fell down towards the end our stay that I managed to put back up.\ myself. To top it off they charge $3 per night for parking. Understandable for a downtown hotel with limited parking but, this is just off the highway with no other option for transportation. A simple cash grab is all that is.

There are no water fountains available in the property Also in morning when I went with my 3 years old kids and 6 years old kids there was a long line for breakfast where we have to wait for around 25-30 mins and after waiting this long when it was our turn to get food there was nothing left and also staff closed the counter

2nd stay in 2 weeks and was not the wonderful stay we had previously experienced. Room next to elevator was noisy and didn't sleep well. Breakfast out of many items and was disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel with my party of 7 for pleasure. It was a marriot that was close to Hershey park. My stay was ok. I made a reservation for 2 queen beds room. I asked for them to be 2 connecting rooms so my party can be together. The front desk was not able to accomodate us. They couldn't even put us on the same floor. We were a floor apart. We checked in the evening and the lady at the front desk mentioned that the hotel was fully booked. Why was there only one person at the fron desk if the hotel was full booked. When I checked in and asked for more towels I was told that I had to come back down to the lobby to pick up the towels as they didn't have the support they needed to bring them to my room. I came down for towels and to buy water and I had to wait more than 10 minutes as the one front desk lady was helping another guest. While I was waiting another business guest came to check in and had to wait even longer to be helped. In one room - the room was very hot and stuffy. The AC unit was not working and took a while for it to turn on. That room was missing a floor lamp and the phone didn't work. The second room was a little better temperature wise but the tissue box was empty. There was no soap or other ammenities at the sink. I am not sure that I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff was amazing and the place was incredibly clean but it’s slowly falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, towel hanger fell off the wall, shower handles pulling away from the wall. Just needs some improvements but overall a great place to stay

The woman at the desk didn't really think our issue was important enough. Bath jell bracket kept falling off the shower wall. Maintenance NEVER showed up or acknowledged the issue. We mentioned it twice to this woman and once to a gentleman who said he would personally come up to try and fix it, never showed up either.
