Great place. Close to park and food.

The room was still dirty kinda

We loved our stay! Rooms were spacious and clean; staff was accommodating.

From the moment we walked in, there was no one at the frint desk to greet us to check us in. We stood approximately 7-8 minutes waiting on somebody. We took our grandson for a Valentine trip because he wanted to swim in an indoor pool. Once we got checked in we made our way to the indoor "heated" pool only to find a "very cold" indoor pool that was under construction. One of the lights that was suppose to be in the pool was laying poolside with red caution cones sitting next to it, with a chair on top of it. The light kept going on and going off which made us nervous, because water and electricity can be dangerous. It was advertised the facility had towels at poolside and also a sauna. There were no towels or sauna. I made my way to the front desk to get towels and reported to the staff that the pool was cold. The Staff at the front desk reported that there were no maintenance staff on weekends. They gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. We found our room to be very hot and could not get the thermostat to turn down. When it came time to go to bed, we pulled the sofa bed out for our grandson. I went to get the bedding for the bed, and found the bag torn with only a blanket in it and 2 pillow cases. My husband went to the front desk to retrieve the bedding and he was told they would deliver it to the room. We waited approximately 30 to 40 mins. The next morning, no breakfast was being served. The room was very warm couldn't adjust the temperature on the thermostat breakfast and no breakfast I was down there at 7:00 a.m. Plus the refrigerator in the room did not work
