The Hotel is simply 10 out of 10, Great Location, Fantastic restaurant in the Hotel, The Staff, The Management simply can’t do enough for you, That are so friendly and warm well as welcoming.. The rooms are big and very clean and modern, It has a nice Spa and a swimming pool. I have been staying here for the last 7 years and I can never get enough of this place just superb. Special mention to Ekaterina who’s the front desk manager, She’s great 👏😊

Had a really good room with balcony. Quiet and spacious. Good location for a number of places nearby. Main centre is not too far to walk to. Good pool and spa included for guests. Parking can be limited, there is Blue zone out front and also Hotel car park. If you can the Blue Zone is likely cheaper, the reception staff were really helpful offering advice and sorting the parking.

Everything ok but the gym which is opens at 10 a.m. This is not anormal schedule since normally the guests are trying to workout or do some cardio early in the morning before breakfast. I’ve picked this hotel because of the gym but i wont do it anymore.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location . The views across the sea garden of the sea were amazing. The room was so huge and well appointed. Maybe there could be more hooks in the bathroom for wet towels, dressing gowns and swimming costumes. The shower cubicle has a bit of a design fault so the bathroom floor gets very wet. The pool and steam room were great. Breakfast was nice but I had to return my decaf coffee with soya milk because it had curdled in the jug and never got a replacement. Decaf coffee and soya milk were not available at the buffet and needed to be requested. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.

Fitness und Saunabereich im Keller sind sehr klein und ohne Aussicht. Es gibt keinen Ruheraum und keine Möglichkeit ins Freie zu kommen. Das Zimmer war schön, die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus schön, jedoch etwas laut. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir mussten öffentlich parken, da es keinen freien Parkplatz gab.

De toute façon le personnel était tellement désagréable que nous avons fui. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était également entièrement fermé. Nous avons du également changé de chambre, en plein séjour, au bout de 2 nuits à cause d'odeurs nauséabondes provenant de notre salle de bains, qui infectaient toute la chambre. le parking de l'hôtel n'est pas réservable à l'avance et il était complet à notre arrivée, nous avons du nous garer dans la rue et avons la bonne surprise d'avoir un sabot sur notre voiture. Nous n'avions pas payer le stationnement le dimanche car nous pensions que cela était gratuit ce jour là. Aucune information de la part de la réception. Avec tout cela, aucune information préalable sur les fermetures, aucune excuse et aucun geste de la direction de l'hôtel. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas trouver un autre hébergement pour quitter cet endroit Enorme déception et sentiment de gâchis pour cette très chère semaine de vacances dans cet établissement qui ne vaut absolument pas son prix. Had a very enjoyable stay, food was excellent, staff helpful, restaurant staff exceptional. Only drawback being parking no provision for disabled drivers unable to book underground parking which was only available on the day if space available.

It is advertised as 5 start on many booking websites but it is more a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is definitely between 3 and 4 star quality. Customer service is not good. Not welcoming, friendly neither in reception nor in the spa reception. Sauna and pool are rather dated a little bit.

I stayed in room number 802, it is a room in which it would be nice to have a refurbishment. The general cleanliness was not bad, but during the night there were bedbugs in my bed that bit me all over my body and very hard. Due to the fact that my flight left very early in the morning, I didn't have time to comment it at the reception, but I want to share it here so that it can be checked and it doesn't happen again to anyone.

We visited family in Varna and used the hotel for a 5 night stay in December. We booked an executive double room with a sea view. Check in was easy and reception staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel is situated a short walk to the centre. Our room was on the tenth floor 1003 and had a panoramic sea view. The room was large with a walk-in wardrobe, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, and spacious bedroom with large TV (no English channels worth watching). The king size bed was comfortable, bedding was changed regularly and plenty of clean towels were provided daily. Rituals toiletries are provided including shampoo & conditioner, and there is a decent enough wall mounted hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a tea making equipment, free safe and mini bar and you get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The hotel is quiet and we didn't hear any noise at night. Breakfast was served in reception as the restaurant was undergoing renovation and this may have affected the options available as food choices were limited. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly and helpful.

In general the hotel was good, but half way through my stay something happened that made me uncomfortable. I went down to breakfast and when I returned I found a contractor and cleaning lady in my bathroom (I think putting tape on the shower). I wasn’t expecting this so would have preferred warning that there would be a contractor. When they left, I went into the bathroom and noticed lots of drops of blood on the floor. I phoned down to reception to ask for someone to clean it, and when the cleaning lady and the contractor came back, they proceeded to have a heated argument in front of me. I don’t speak Bulgarian so don’t know what was said. Then when they both left, I went into the bathroom but there was still drops of blood on the floor so I had to call the cleaning lady back. Finally, when it was mostly clean, she left again. I wasn’t brave enough to call her back again to fully clean it so just made sure I didn’t step on that part of the floor. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and I didn’t receive an apology or acknowledgment from the hotel, except from a brief “sorry for the inconvenience” when I rang reception initially. Shame it ruined an otherwise nice hotel experience.

Had a really good room with balcony. Quiet and spacious. Good location for a number of places nearby. Main centre is not too far to walk to. Good pool and spa included for guests. Parking can be limited, there is Blue zone out front and also Hotel car park. If you can the Blue Zone is likely cheaper, the reception staff were really helpful offering advice and sorting the parking.

We visited family in Varna and used the hotel for a 5 night stay in December. We booked an executive double room with a sea view. Check in was easy and reception staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel is situated a short walk to the centre. Our room was on the tenth floor 1003 and had a panoramic sea view. The room was large with a walk-in wardrobe, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, and spacious bedroom with large TV (no English channels worth watching). The king size bed was comfortable, bedding was changed regularly and plenty of clean towels were provided daily. Rituals toiletries are provided including shampoo & conditioner, and there is a decent enough wall mounted hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a tea making equipment, free safe and mini bar and you get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The hotel is quiet and we didn't hear any noise at night. Breakfast was served in reception as the restaurant was undergoing renovation and this may have affected the options available as food choices were limited. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom suite on a high floor with two bathrooms. Beautiful and clean, great bellhop service and had a welcome bottle of red Bulgarian wine that we really enjoyed. Very central and walkable near beach. Great stay.

Fitness und Saunabereich im Keller sind sehr klein und ohne Aussicht. Es gibt keinen Ruheraum und keine Möglichkeit ins Freie zu kommen. Das Zimmer war schön, die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus schön, jedoch etwas laut. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir mussten öffentlich parken, da es keinen freien Parkplatz gab.

The Hotel is simply 10 out of 10, Great Location, Fantastic restaurant in the Hotel, The Staff, The Management simply can’t do enough for you, That are so friendly and warm well as welcoming.. The rooms are big and very clean and modern, It has a nice Spa and a swimming pool. I have been staying here for the last 7 years and I can never get enough of this place just superb. Special mention to Ekaterina who’s the front desk manager, She’s great 👏😊

Das Team an der Reception ist phantastisch! Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Der Spa Bereich ist sehr angenehm, kleiner Pool mit warmem Wasser, hübscher Saunabereich, Eisspender. Das Housekeeping ist zuverlässig und professionell. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Herrliche Aussicht über die Bucht von Warna. Restaurant: Essen OK, Service absolute Katastrophe. Der deutschsprachige Kellner hat sich sehr bemüht uns abzuweisen. Er tat so, als könne er nichts verstehen. Angeblich gab es weder Suppen noch Lamm. Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte brachte er gleichzeitig, Getränke nicht. Abgeräumt hat er auch nicht, der ganze Tisch stand selbst beim Bezahlen noch voll. Dafür trotz unseres Protestes den Fernseher so laut gestellt, dass wir uns gar nicht unterhalten konnten (wir waren die einzigen Gäste) Dieser unfreundliche Mann ist eine Schande für dieses schöne Hotel.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, als schwerbehinderter habe ich keinen Parkplatz bekommen können, sond musste mit dem Rollstuhl rund 590 m zu einem öffentlichen Parkplatz fahren.

In general the hotel was good, but half way through my stay something happened that made me uncomfortable. I went down to breakfast and when I returned I found a contractor and cleaning lady in my bathroom (I think putting tape on the shower). I wasn’t expecting this so would have preferred warning that there would be a contractor. When they left, I went into the bathroom and noticed lots of drops of blood on the floor. I phoned down to reception to ask for someone to clean it, and when the cleaning lady and the contractor came back, they proceeded to have a heated argument in front of me. I don’t speak Bulgarian so don’t know what was said. Then when they both left, I went into the bathroom but there was still drops of blood on the floor so I had to call the cleaning lady back. Finally, when it was mostly clean, she left again. I wasn’t brave enough to call her back again to fully clean it so just made sure I didn’t step on that part of the floor. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and I didn’t receive an apology or acknowledgment from the hotel, except from a brief “sorry for the inconvenience” when I rang reception initially. Shame it ruined an otherwise nice hotel experience.

It is advertised as 5 start on many booking websites but it is more a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is definitely between 3 and 4 star quality. Customer service is not good. Not welcoming, friendly neither in reception nor in the spa reception. Sauna and pool are rather dated a little bit.

For sure, one of the best and most comfortable hotels in Varna! From the great staff, the personal treatment, the spacious, well-equipped and clean rooms to the great breakfast! I had the pleasure of meeting the front office manager, Ekaterina, who was charming and amazing and took care of all our needs, thank you!!! We definitely felt at home, and we will return to this home very soon!!!!

However, the staff could be a bit more friendly, especially the lady at the swimming pool and Jim, who were not polite at all. Vu sur la mer, notamment si vous êtes au-dessus du 3e étage (les arbres du parc de Varna cachent un peu la vue sinon), chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit-déjeuner très complet, room-service plutôt rapide. Seul bémol, légèrement éloigné du centre ville où se trouve les magasins et qui est la partie agréable où se balader en dehors de la plage (mais Varna n'est pas très grande, 10-15min de marche et vous y êtes), mais placer à 2min de la plage donc ça compense...

Das Housekeeping ist zuverlässig und professionell. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Herrliche Aussicht über die Bucht von Warna. Restaurant: Essen OK, Service absolute Katastrophe. Der deutschsprachige Kellner hat sich sehr bemüht uns abzuweisen. Er tat so, als könne er nichts verstehen. Angeblich gab es weder Suppen noch Lamm. Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte brachte er gleichzeitig, Getränke nicht. Abgeräumt hat er auch nicht, der ganze Tisch stand selbst beim Bezahlen noch voll. Dafür trotz unseres Protestes den Fernseher so laut gestellt, dass wir uns gar nicht unterhalten konnten (wir waren die einzigen Gäste) Dieser unfreundliche Mann ist eine Schande für dieses schöne Hotel.

Overall, a very good experience. If travelling on my own, I’d probably choose this hotel again, however I was with my partner and there were a couple of things that really should be looked at to rate 5 stars. Our room was great, with a balcony overlooking Varna’s magnificent Sea Garden park, with the Black Sea beyond, within 10 minutes walk, and the inner city behind us for all conveniences. However, beware that the higher price rooms have thick old carpet that unfortunately smells of many celebrated nights over the hotel’s history. The lower price rooms still look good and do not have carpet. They need to replace it or remove it altogether. Another odd thing was that to connect to the hotel wi-fi, the tv needed to be turned on and it faces directly on to the bed. Otherwise, the room was absolutely fine. The main restaurant was being renovated (it looks like for a long time to come), and breakfast was in the downstairs lounge bar, so perhaps this had some effect, but for a fully booked summer resort, the buffet was modest by 5 star standards, and unfortunately a little uninviting. The eggs were not turned or replaced enough. Hot stuff was nearly cold. Fruit salad seemed from a tin. So, this place has all the elements of a 5 star resort - it’s just that many elements fall short of industry standards. The location is absolutely unrivalled in Varna and the staff were nice 🤗

Modern hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities you need. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant served delicious food. Local supermarket nearby which is handy. The Sea Garden across the road is an ideal place to relax.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. L’architecture moderne. Une vue exceptionnelle sur Varna. Pour des vacances en couple, j’ai trouvé l’endroit très froid, l’illustration la plus concrète a été notre repas d’hier soir. Comme nous n’avons pas commandé un verre à boire eh bien nous n’avions pas de verre du tout ! ni de pain ! En plat principal, on m’a servi cinq crevettes sur deux feuilles de salade. Je ne comprends pas qu’on puisse ne pas me donner un verre. Je ne comprends pas non plus qu’on ne me propose pas un morceau de pain. Mon mari a eu du riz. Il y avait une seule autre personne dans le restaurant. Nous sommes finalement passés au supermarché pour chercher à manger pour terminer notre repas. Je ne suis pas au régime pour qu’on me serve cinq crevettes sans eau ni pain. Et la serveuse n’a pas eu l’air de comprendre où était le problème. Bref pour des vacances c’est pas l’idéal ça ressemble plutôt à un truc pour professionnel.

QUELLE DECEPTION réservation de cet hôtel pour son spa, (critère primordial pour nous dans ce type d'établissement à ce prix là). entièrement fermé pendant notre séjour d'une semaine. Nous avons du payer 120 euros pour une journée de spa dans un autre hôtel. Même les massages n'étaient pas tous disponibles et pas tous les jours. De toute façon le personnel était tellement désagréable que nous avons fui. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était également entièrement fermé. Petit déjeuner servi, entassé devant le bar et dans le hall d'accueil. Nous avons du également changé de chambre, en plein séjour, au bout de 2 nuits à cause d'odeurs nauséabondes provenant de notre salle de bains, qui infectaient toute la chambre. le parking de l'hôtel n'est pas réservable à l'avance et il était complet à notre arrivée, nous avons du nous garer dans la rue et avons la bonne surprise d'avoir un sabot sur notre voiture. Nous n'avions pas payer le stationnement le dimanche car nous pensions que cela était gratuit ce jour là. Aucune information de la part de la réception. However, the staff could be a bit more friendly, especially the lady at the swimming pool and Jim, who were not polite at all. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rituals products are nice. Location is great, opposite the sea garden and close to the beach and town centre. However, Stuff could be more friendly and helpful. Staff don’t pick up a phone at reception. Sometimes responding with an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend room on the 12th floor. A lot of noice coming from air conditioning installed on the roof. Didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was good, basic but fresh and good coffee. Overall an average experience.
