Beautiful semi olympic swimming pool. Good and various breakfast. Covered parking. Staff at the reception are cold, some smile would be greatly appreciated.

The reception staff were extremely discourteous and unprofessional, and the housekeeping service was clearly inadequate, with the room not even being cleaned properly during the stay. The swimming pool, which actually belongs to an external spa rather than the hotel itself, was another major disappointment: extremely dirty, overcrowded, and far below what should be expected from a hotel claiming even basic standards of quality. The breakfast staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful, further contributing to an overall very negative experience. Overall, this hotel falls far below the basic standards of cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism that one would expect in Europe. Definitely not an experience I would ever want to repeat, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

This is an older property, however it’s still a great value! The air conditioning is centralized with minimal control, only airflow, in the room. Its location is very close to the city center.
