Room in great condition, well equiped, Comfortable bed, thick towels. Breakfast had good variety of selections. Restaurants were across the parking lot. The pool was closed for maintenance but we were allowed to go to hotel across the street to swim.

Wish the indoor pool had been open. It's one of the big reasons we stay there. It was closed when only the hot tub was being repaired.

I booked with this hotel because the website indicated there was an indoor pool- but the pool wasn’t available, if we had known we would have picked a different hotel.

We were traveling back home from a vacation and decided to break up the trip. We really enjoyed the hotel. The pool was under maintenance, but we were given permission to swim at their sister hotel. The morning breakfast was very solid and well stocked.

This is not a review it’s a mere observation. That is not a picture of the hotel I stayed in. And the flimsy little overhang with no protected parking while you check in is ridiculous. I went around the building twice to find the entrance…who came up with that architecture?

Nice place to stay. Little old but clean and well kept. Great breakfast every morning. Laundry room clean and machines clean and worked great.

The swimming pool in the whirlpool were broke

Room and amenities. When we arrived in the room, the mattress protector on the bed was covered in animal hair, pubic hair, and stains. It appeared the proper mattress cover had not been installed, which was very unpleasant to discover. We contacted the front desk, and staff came to assist. They were polite and did their best to resolve the issue, eventually replacing the bedding with clean items. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay. There was no notice about this at booking or prior to arrival, which was disappointing since those amenities were part of why we chose this hotel. The staff interaction itself was positive, but the room condition and unavailable amenities did not meet expectations.

I typically try to avoid leaving negative reviews as I know that things can happen but unfortunately I was not left with a choice this time. We arrived slightly later than planned (around 10:30pm). As I went to check in the person ahead of me was checking out and ensuring their card would not be charged for whatever reason they were leaving. This let me to think they had experienced some sort of issue but I didn’t think much of it. I checked in and we got to our room. The room itself felt somewhat dated and not very clean. There was a strange odor in the room. I was going to write it off as a potential lack of help until we pulled out the sofa bed for my kids to sleep. The mattress looked terribly dirty and there were several visible bedbugs in numerous places. This was the dealbreaker for us and we notified the front desk of the issue and they allowed us to leave with no penalty so we were able to find accommodations elsewhere. When we arrived at the desk to let them know what was happening the two employees were talking and discussing a “list” of issues that had been encountered that evening that had been documented on a piece of paper. This led me to believe the issues I discovered were likely not an isolated incident but that the staff was aware and hopefully working to find resolution. This stay was certainly not what I expected but I hope that they can solve their issues and provide a positive guest experience for visitors in the future.

The room wasn’t spotless but it was very clean. The service was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were very accommodating.

The bathroom was gross, shower floor was dirty. I had to put a towel down to step on, as I was not stepping on those floors with my bare feet. Carpet was dirty. There was a smell coming from the air conditioner.

We were given a room and it was dirty. Mold in shower, general thick dust and dirty walls and surfaces, then the bedding was even dirty. I went to the desk and he was very nice when I showed him the pictures. We were given a different room and it was much better. It looks like they have a lot of the studios rented to long staying folks for work.

Stayed for a week with a family of 4 including 2 small children. Room was labeled to be acceptable for 4. Pretty much standing on top of each other when we were there. Luckily planned things to take the majority of the day up so we weren’t at the hotel very long. Had to keep asking for new toiletries rather than have them available. Breakfast was mediocre. Not a terrible place if passing through, NOT for an extended stay

Highway nearby was very loud at night.

The hand held shower was broken. There were no hangers in the closet. Getting fresh towels was a chore.

Sheets were wrinkled like someone had slept in them before. AC/heat blew cold air then hot air and was very noisy.

Definitely needs updating. Stayed for 3 nights and room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had an issue with leaking faucet and waited 24 hrs for room to be changed

We’ve stayed her multiple times when visiting family in Mooresville and we’ve always loved it here. It’s quiet, clean, and all staff members are always nice. We will definitely stay again.
